font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\">11\u670815\u65e5\uff0c\u674e\u5e84\u5411\u6700\u9ad8\u4eba\u6c11\u68c0\u5bdf\u9662\u63d0\u8d77\u63a7\u544a\uff0c\u6307\u8d23\u524d\u91cd\u5e86\u5e02\u59d4\u4e66\u8bb0\u8584\u7199\u6765\u4e3b\u6301&#8220;\u91cd\u5e86\u6253\u9ed1&#8221;\u65f6\u7684\u91cd\u5e86\u5e02\u516c\u5b89\u5c40\u674e\u5e84\u6848\u3001\u9f9a\u521a\u6a21\u6848\u4e13\u6848\u7ec4\u6240\u6709\u8b66\u5458\u6d89\u5acc\u5f87\u79c1\u6789\u6cd5\u7f6a\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u8ffd\u7a76\u5176\u5211\u4e8b\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px; font-family: arial, \u5b8b\u4f53, helvetica, verdana, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\u8c08\u8bdd\u4e2d\uff0c\u674e\u5e84\u5bf9\u91cd\u5e86\u5e02\u516c\u5b89\u5c40\u4e13\u6848\u7ec4\u5982\u4f55\u6545\u610f\u8fdd\u80cc\u4e8b\u5b9e\u975e\u6cd5\u5b9e\u65bd\u4fa6\u67e5\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u5236\u9020\u8bc1\u636e\u7b49\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u9648\u8ff0\u3002\u9f9a\u521a\u534e\u3001\u9f9a\u4e91\u98de\u4e24\u4eba\u5219\u9648\u8ff0\u4e86\u9f9a\u521a\u6a21\u53ca\u5176\u5bb6\u5c5e\u88ab\u4e13\u6848\u7ec4\u5f3a\u8feb\u4e3a\u674e\u5e84\u6848\u4f5c\u4f2a\u8bc1\u3001\u88ab\u5211\u8baf\u903c\u4f9b\u4e00\u4e8b\u3002<\/span>11\u670823\u65e5\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u6700\u9ad8\u4eba\u6c11\u68c0\u5bdf\u9662\u7684\u68c0\u5bdf\u5b98\u7ea6\u89c1\u4e86\u674e\u5e84\u548c\u5176\u5f8b\u5e08\u738b\u8a93\u534e\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u88ab\u5b9a\u7f6a\u4e3a\u91cd\u5e86&#8220;\u9ed1\u8001\u5927&#8221;\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u9f9a\u521a\u6a21\u7684\u4eb2\u5c5e\u9f9a\u521a\u534e\u548c\u9f9a\u4e91\u98de\uff0c\u5e76\u63a5\u53d7\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u4fe1\u8bbf\u3002<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\">\u636e\u674e\u5e84\u4ecb\u7ecd\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u68c0\u7684\u68c0\u5bdf\u5b98\u8bf4\u6b64\u6848\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u4ea4\u7ed9\u5730\u65b9\u7ba1\u8f96\uff0c\u5bf9\u6b64\uff0c\u4ed6\u548c\u4ee3\u7406\u5f8b\u5e08\u63d0\u51fa\uff0c\u5f3a\u70c8\u8981\u6c42\u91cd\u5e86\u68c0\u65b9\u56de\u907f\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u91cd\u5e86\u68c0\u65b9\u4e5f\u662f\u4ed6\u4eec\u63a7\u544a\u7684\u5bf9\u8c61\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\">\u674e\u5e84\u63a5\u5230\u91cd\u5e86\u4e00\u4e2d\u9662\u7684\u7ea6\u8c08\u7535\u8bdd\u540e\uff0c25\u65e5\u591c\u62b5\u8fbe\u91cd\u5e86\u3002\u4ed6\u5728\u6b64\u540e\u63a5\u53d7\u300a\u65b0\u4eac\u62a5\u300b\u8bb0\u8005\u91c7\u8bbf\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u66fe\u5199\u85cf\u5934\u8bd7&#8220;\u88ab\u903c\u8ba4\u7f6a\u7f13\u5211\uff0c\u51fa\u53bb\u575a\u51b3\u7533\u8bc9&#8221;\u8868\u8fbe\u4e0d\u6ee1\uff0c\u6b64\u6b21\u6b63\u5f0f\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e86\u7533\u8bc9\u72b6\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u63d0\u8d77\u518d\u5ba1\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\">\u8c08\u53ca\u6848\u4ef6\u91cd\u5ba1\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\uff0c\u674e\u5e84\u8ba4\u4e3a&#8220;\u963b\u529b\u91cd\u91cd\uff0c\u98ce\u9669\u6781\u5927&#8221;\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4e00\u65e6\u91cd\u5ba1\uff0c\u5c06\u6709\u4e00\u5927\u6279\u4eba\u8981\u627f\u62c5\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\"><strong>&#8220;\u674e\u4fca\u56e2\u4f19&#8221;<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\">\u9664\u4e86\u548c\u91cd\u5e86\u4e00\u4e2d\u9662\u8c08\u8bdd\uff0c\u674e\u5e84\u8fd8\u900f\u9732\u8bf4\uff0c\u6b64\u6b21\u4ed6\u5230\u91cd\u5e86\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u91cd\u8981\u4efb\u52a1\u662f\u4ee3\u7406\u91cd\u5e86\u674e\u4fca\u6848\u7684\u7533\u8bc9\u3002<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\">\u674e\u4fca\u662f\u91cd\u5e86\u4fca\u5cf0\u96c6\u56e2\u8463\u4e8b\u957f\uff0c\u5728\u91cd\u5e86\u6253\u9ed1\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c&#8220;\u674e\u4fca\u56e2\u4f19&#8221;\u4e8e2010\u5e7410\u6708\u88ab\u8b66\u65b9&#8220;\u6363\u6bc1&#8221;\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u9664&#8220;\u9ed1\u8001\u5927&#8221;\u674e\u4fca\u6f5c\u9003\u4ed6\u56fd\u5916\uff0c\u674e\u4fee\u6b66\u7b4920\u591a\u4eba\u5747\u88ab\u6355\u83b7\u5211\u3002<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\">\u674e\u5e84\u8bf4\uff0c\u91cd\u5e86\u6253\u6389\u7684&#8220;\u9ed1\u8001\u5927&#8221;\u5927\u591a\u6709\u7f6a\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u7f6a\u884c\u6ca1\u6709\u6cd5\u9662\u5224\u51b3\u7684\u90a3\u4e48\u91cd\u3002\u4f46\u4fca\u5cf0\u96c6\u56e2\u8463\u4e8b\u957f\u674e\u4fca&#8220;\u6bd4\u8f83\u5e72\u51c0&#8221;\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u6d89\u9ed1\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u4ed6\u613f\u4ee3\u7406\u6b64\u6848\u3002<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\">\u4fca\u5cf0\u96c6\u56e2\u66fe\u662f\u91cd\u5e86\u7eb3\u7a0e\u5927\u6237\uff0c\u66fe\u83b7\u91cd\u5e86\u5e02\u8bda\u4fe1\u4f01\u4e1a\u7b49\u6570\u5341\u9879\u5956\u52b1\u3002\u674e\u5e84\u8bf4\uff0c\u5982\u679c&#8220;\u674e\u4fca\u56e2\u4f19&#8221;\u662f\u9ed1\u793e\u4f1a\uff0c&#8220;\u90a3\u4e48\u5728\u5b9a\u4e3a\u9ed1\u793e\u4f1a\u4e4b\u524d\u6240\u83b7\u5f97\u7684\u5956\u52b1\u662f\u600e\u4e48\u56de\u4e8b\uff0c\u662f\u653f\u5e9c\u9020\u5047\uff0c\u8fd8\u662f\u6709\u4eba\u5305\u5e87\uff1f&#8221;<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\">\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u674e\u5e84\u8fd8\u63a5\u4e86\u516d\u4e03\u5341\u4ef6\u5176\u4ed6\u6848\u5b50\u3002\u674e\u5e84\u8bf4\uff0c\u4ed6\u63a5\u6848\u5b50\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u8981\u540c\u65f6\u7b26\u5408\u4e24\u70b9\uff1a\u4e00\u662f\u80fd\u770b\u51fa\u662f\u660e\u663e\u7684\u51a4\u5047\u9519\u6848\uff0c\u4e8c\u662f\u6709\u660e\u663e\u7684\u5211\u8baf\u903c\u4f9b\u3002<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\"><strong>\u90ed\u7ef4\u56fd\u63a2\u76d1<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\">\u674e\u5e84\u5411\u8bb0\u8005\u4ecb\u7ecd\u8bf4\uff0c\u4ed6\u5728\u88ab\u91cd\u5e86\u8b66\u65b9\u5173\u62bc\u5728\u770b\u5b88\u6240\u7684\u4e00\u5e74\u591a\u91cc\u53d7\u5230\u4f18\u5f85\u3002<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\">&#8220;\u6211\u7684\u6848\u5b50\u7279\u6b8a\uff0c\u5176\u5b9e\u9887\u53d7\u4f18\u5f85\u3002\u6211\u5728\u770b\u5b88\u6240\u5446\u4e86\u4e00\u5e74\u591a\uff0c\u81ea\u5df1\u6709\u5355\u95f4\uff0c\u771f\u6bdb\u5730\u6bef\u539a\u5f97\u7eca\u811a\uff0c\u5899\u548c\u9a6c\u6876\u662f\u8f6f\u5305\u88c5\u7684\uff0c\u6c34\u9f99\u5934\u662f\u81ea\u52a8\u611f\u5e94\u7684\u3002&#8221;<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\">&#8220;\u8fd8\u6709\u4e2a\u5927\u58c1\u6302\u7535\u89c6\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u4e0d\u80fd\u770b\u65b0\u95fb\uff0c\u4f46\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u7535\u5f71\u3002\u6211\u770b\u4e86\u300a\u5730\u96f7\u6218\u300b\uff0c\u300a\u5730\u9053\u6218\u300b\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u300a\u8ba9\u5b50\u5f39\u98de\u300b\u3002&#8221;<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\">\u8c08\u5230\u5728\u91cd\u5e86\u770b\u5b88\u6240\u548c\u76d1\u72f1\u91cc\u96be\u5fd8\u7684\u7ec6\u8282\uff0c\u674e\u5e84\u5411\u300a\u65b0\u4eac\u62a5\u300b\u8bb0\u8005\u8bf4\uff1a2011\u5e743\u670829\u65e5\uff0c\u65f6\u4efb\u91cd\u5e86\u5e02\u516c\u5b89\u5c40\u526f\u5c40\u957f\u7684\u90ed\u7ef4\u56fd(\u4eca\u5e748\u6708\uff0c\u5408\u80a5\u5e02\u4e2d\u7ea7\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u8c37\u5f00\u6765\u8c0b\u6740\u6848\u5ba1\u5224\u4e2d\u4ee5\u5f87\u79c1\u6789\u6cd5\u7f6a\u5224\u5904\u90ed\u7ef4\u56fd\u6709\u671f\u5f92\u5211\u5341\u4e00\u5e74)\u8d76\u5230\u770b\u5b88\u6240\u3002<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\">&#8220;\u4ed6\u8ba9\u7ba1\u6559\u628a\u4ed6\u4ece\u4e1c\u5317\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u718f\u9e21\u62ff\u51fa\u6765\uff0c\u8bf4\u5927\u5bb6\u90fd\u5c1d\u5c1d\u3002\u7ba1\u6559\u63b0\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u9e21\u7fc5\u8180\u540e\uff0c\u4ed6\u628a\u5269\u4e0b\u6574\u53ea\u9e21\u90fd\u7ed9\u6211\u5403\u3002\u6211\u4e00\u5e74\u591a\u6ca1\u5403\u8fc7\u8fd9\u597d\u4e1c\u897f\uff0c\u62ff\u8fc7\u6765\u5c31\u5543\u3002&#8221;<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px;
