font-size: 19px; color: #000000;\">\u8c01\u6765\u76d1\u7763\u6bdb\u6cfd\u4e1c\uff1f<\/strong><strong style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 19px; color: #000000;\">&#8220;<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 17px; line-height: 25px; font-family: 'MS Song', 'MS Hei'; padding: 0px 40px 12px 0px; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;\">\u6587\u9769\u524d\u7684\u4e2d\u5171\u4e2d\u592e\u7ec4\u7ec7\u90e8\u90e8\u957f\u5b89\u5b50\u6587,\u6587\u9769\u4e2d\u88ab\u6bdb\u6cfd\u4e1c\u5b9a\u4e3a&#8221;\u8584\u4e00\u6ce261\u4eba\u53db\u5f92\u96c6\u56e2&#8221;\u6210\u5458\uff0c\u53d7\u5230\u6279\u5224\u6298\u78e8\u3002\u6587\u9769\u540e\uff0c\u5b89\u5b50\u6587\u89c1\u5230\u9c8d\u5f64\u53d1\u51fa\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u95ee\u662f\uff1a&#8221;\u8c01\u6765\u76d1\u7763\u6bdb\u6cfd\u4e1c\uff1f&#8221;\u4ed6\u770b\u900f\u4e86\u4e00\u515a\u4e13\u653f\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u9886\u5bfc\u4eba\u72ec\u88c1\u4e13\u65ad\uff0c\u4e0d\u53d7\u4efb\u4f55\u76d1\u7763\u7684\u5236\u5ea6\u6027\u6839\u672c\u7f3a\u9677\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u5bf9\u6700\u9ad8\u9886\u5bfc\u4eba\u548c\u9886\u5bfc\u673a\u5173\u7684\u76d1\u7763\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 17px; line-height: 25px; font-family: 'MS Song', 'MS Hei'; padding: 0px 40px 12px 0px; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;\">\u5f53\u524d\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6700\u5927\u7684&#8221;\u5305\u516c&#8221;\uff0c\u4e5f\u5b58\u5728\u7740&#8221;\u8c01\u6765\u76d1\u7763\uff1f&#8221;\u7684\u4e25\u91cd\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4\u4e0d\u53d7\u76d1\u7763\uff0c\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u51fa\u73b0\u5931\u8bef\uff0c\u5c31\u8981\u53c2\u4e0e\u5236\u9020\u51a4\u5047\u9519\u6848\u3002\u6211\u63a5\u89e6\u5230\u7684\u51e0\u4f4d\u53d7\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4\u9519\u8bef\u5904\u7406\u7684\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\uff0c\u4e5f\u50cf\u5b89\u5b50\u6587\u4e00\u6837\u53d1\u51fa\u75db\u82e6\u7684\u547c\u53eb\uff1a&#8221;\u8c01\u6765\u76d1\u7763\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4\uff1f&#8221;<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 17px; line-height: 25px; font-family: 'MS Song', 'MS Hei'; padding: 0px 40px 12px 0px; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;\"><strong style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 19px; color: #000000;\">&#8220;<\/strong><strong style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 19px; color: #000000;\">\u6211\u5c31\u4ee3\u8868\u515a\u4e2d\u592e\u3002\u4f60\u544a\u5230\u4e2d\u592e\u4e5f\u6ca1\u7528\uff01<\/strong><strong style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 19px; color: #000000;\">&#8220;<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 17px; line-height: 25px; font-family: 'MS Song', 'MS Hei'; padding: 0px 40px 12px 0px; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;\">1978\u5e7411\u6708\uff0c\u5927\u8fde\u91d1\u5dde\u5de5\u4e1a\u6240\u7ffb\u8bd1\uff0c\u515a\u5458\u5173\u6625\u8363\uff0c\u5f97\u7f6a\u4e86\u6240\u957f\u7a0b\u7ecd\u5d07\uff0c\u906d\u7a0b\u6bd2\u6253\uff0c\u53d7\u4f24\u8eab\u6b8b\uff0c\u5bb6\u7834\u4eba\u4ea1\u3002\u5411\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4\u7533\u8bc9\uff0c\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4\u6d3e\u5458\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u56e0\u5b98\u50da\u4e3b\u4e49\u4f5c\u98ce\uff0c\u672a\u5411\u7533\u8bc9\u4eba\u3001\u73b0\u573a\u76ee\u51fb\u8bc1\u4eba\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u5f97\u51fa&#8221;\u67e5\u65e0\u5b9e\u636e\uff0c\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0d\u5b9e&#8221; \u7684\u9519\u8bef\u7ed3\u8bba\u3002\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4\u529e\u516c\u5385\u53d1\u51fa\uff081991\uff09135\u53f7\u6587\u4ef6 &#8220;\u6b64\u6848\u4e88\u4ee5\u4e86\u7ed3&#8221;\uff0c\u5982\u5173\u518d\u5bf9&#8221;\u8fd9\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\u8fdb\u884c\u63a7\u544a\uff0c\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4\u4e0d\u518d\u53d7\u7406\u3002&#8221;\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4\u4e00\u4f4d\u5218\u59d3\u5b98\u5458\u5bf9\u518d\u6b21\u7533\u8bc9\u7684\u5173\u6625\u8363\u8bf4\uff1a&#8221;\u6211\u5c31\u4ee3\u8868\u515a\u4e2d\u592e\u3001\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4\uff0c\u6211\u5c31\u8bf4\u7a0b\u6240\u957f\u6ca1\u6253\u4f60\u3002\u4f60\u613f\u4e0a\u54ea\u513f\u544a\u5c31\u4e0a\u54ea\u513f\u544a\u3002\u4f60\u5c31\u662f\u641e\u5230\u515a\u4e2d\u592e\u3001\u603b\u4e66\u8bb0\u90a3\u513f\u4e5f\u6ca1\u7528\u3002\u4ed6\u9876\u591a\u7ed9\u4f60\u5199\u4e00\u4e2a\u7eb8\u6761\u3002\u8fd8\u5f97\u8f6c\u5230\u6211\u7684\u624b\u5fc3\u91cc\uff0c\u8fd8\u5f97\u7531\u6211\u5904\u7406\u3002&#8221;&#8221;\u4f60\u518d\u6765\u544a\uff0c\u6211\u8fd8\u6293\u4f60\u3002&#8221;\u786e\u5b9e\uff0c\u5173\u6625\u8363\u4e00\u518d\u88ab\u6293\u56de\u5927\u8fde\uff0c\u7ee7\u7eed\u6328\u6253\u3001\u906d\u53d7\u8feb\u5bb3\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 17px; line-height: 25px; font-family: 'MS Song', 'MS Hei'; padding: 0px 40px 12px 0px; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;\">\u738b\u7389\u840d\u81ea\u6709\u623f\u5c4b\u88ab\u4fb5\u6743\u7a83\u5356\u3001\u5546\u573a\u5f20\u51e4\u7434\u7be1\u6539\u5979\u7684\u5de5\u8d44\u6863\u6848\uff0c\u7eb3\u5165\u5f20\u7684\u540d\u4e0b\uff0c\u738b\u7389\u840d\u5de5\u8d44\u88ab\u6539\u4e3a162\u5143\uff0c\u4f4e\u4e8e\u6700\u4f4e\u6536\u5165\u3002\u738b\u7389\u840d2003\u5e748\u6708\u4e0a\u8bbf\uff0c\u83b7\u5f97\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4\u4e00\u4f4d\u4e66\u8bb0\u4eb2\u81ea\u8c08\u8bdd\uff0c\u7531112\u53f7\u63a5\u5f85\u5458\u67e5\u529e\u5904\u7406\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4\u5de5\u4f5c\u4eba\u5458\u529e\u4e8b\u4e0d\u7ec6\u81f4\uff0c\u51fa\u73b0\u5931\u8bef\u3002\u5c06\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4\u4e66\u8bb0\u6307\u793a\u529e\u7406\u7684&#8221;\u9526\u5dde\u738b\u7389\u840d&#8221;\u4e0a\u8bc9\u6848\uff0c\u529e\u6210\u540c\u7701\u3001\u540c\u59d3\u3001\u540c\u540d\u3001\u540c\u9f84\u7684&#8221;\u629a\u987a\u738b\u7389\u840d&#8221;\u6848\uff0c\u81f4\u4f7f\u9526\u5dde\u738b\u7389\u840d\u6848\u6210\u4e3a\u906d\u5230\u9526\u5dde\u516c\u5b89\u3001\u6cd5\u9662\u5201\u96be\u7684\u5927\u51a4\u6848\uff0c\u5e76\u682a\u8fde\u5176\u4e08\u592b\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 17px; line-height: 25px; font-family: 'MS Song', 'MS Hei'; padding: 0px 40px 12px 0px; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;\">2005\u5e749\u6708\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4112\u53f7\u63a5\u5f85\u5458\u518d\u6b21\u63a5\u5f85\u9526\u5dde\u738b\u7389\u840d\uff0c\u4e86\u89e32003\u5e74\u5904\u7406\u7684\u662f\u629a\u987a\u738b\u7389\u840d\u4e00\u6848\u540e\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u8865\u6551\u610f\u89c1\uff1a&#8221;1.\u89e3\u51b3\u597d\u6d89\u6cd5\u6d89\u8bc9\u95ee\u9898\uff1b2.\u89e3\u51b3\u597d\u804c\u79f0\u3001\u5de5\u8d44\u3001\u5f85\u9047\u95ee\u9898\uff1b3\u3001\u9519\u6848\u7684\u76f8\u5f53\u8865\u507f\u3002&#8221;\u53ef\u662f\uff0c\u738b\u7389\u840d\u968f\u540e\u5f97\u5230\u7684\u4e0d\u662f\u516c\u6b63\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u4e0e\u8865\u507f\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u9526\u5dde\u5e02\u53e4\u5854\u533a\u5174\u4e1a\u6d3e\u51fa\u6240\u7684\u6253\u51fb\u62a5\u590d\uff0c\u5728\u738b\u7389\u840d\u91cd\u5ea6\u8d2b\u8840\u4f4f\u9662\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u88ab\u4e2d\u65ad\u8f93\u8840\u6cbb\u7597\uff0c\u5f3a\u5236\u62bc\u9001\u5230\u8fbd\u5b81\u7701\u9a6c\u4e09\u5bb6\u5b50\u5973\u5b50\u6559\u517b\u9662\uff0c\u88ab\u65e0\u7aef\u52b3\u655918\u4e2a\u6708\u3002\u8fdb\u5165\u6559\u517b\u9662\u5341\u5929\u540e\uff0c\u4ecd\u4e0d\u8fdb\u884c\u6cbb\u7597\uff0c\u738b\u7389\u840d\u4e08\u592b\u5356\u4e86\u623f\u5c4b\uff0c\u7ed9\u6559\u517b\u9662\u9001\u4e86\u4e24\u6b21\u94b1\uff0c\u624d\u7531\u6c88\u9633\u7b2c\u56db\u533b\u9662\u5b9e\u4e60\u533b\u751f\u52a8\u624b\u672f\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u9ad8\u5371\u75c5\u4eba\uff0c\u738b\u7389\u840d\u52a8\u624b\u672f\u65f6\u4ecd\u5e26\u7740\u624b\u94d0\uff0c\u5b9e\u4e60\u533b\u751f\u672a\u8fdb\u884c\u624b\u672f\u524d\u6d88\u6bd2\u3001\u9ebb\u9189\u7b49\u533b\u7597\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b21\u52a8\u624b\u672f\u5728\u9a6c\u4e09\u5bb6\u5b50\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u738b\u7389\u840d\u63d0\u51fa\u8fc7&#8221;\u6ca1\u6d88\u6bd2&#8221;\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u60f9\u6012\u4e86\u533b\u751f\uff0c\u5c31\u628a\u68c9\u7403\u585e\u8fdb\u8116\u5b50\u4f24\u53e3\u5185\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u68c9\u7403\u4ecd\u5728\u738b\u7389\u840d\u7684\u8116\u5b50\u91cc\u9762\u3002\u9001\u738b\u7389\u840d\u8fdb\u3001\u51fa\u9a6c\u4e09\u5bb6\u5b50\u6559\u517b\u9662\uff0c\u90fd\u6ca1\u6709\u7ed9\u738b\u7389\u840d\u4e66\u9762\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u52b3\u6559\u7406\u7531\u53ea\u662f\u8b66\u5bdf\u53e3\u5934\u8bf4\u7684\uff1a&#8221;\u4f60\u662f\u6cd5\u8f6e\u529f\u3002&#8221;\u5b9e\u9645\uff0c\u738b\u7389\u840d\u662f\u57fa\u7763\u5f92\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 17px;
