font-size: 16px; line-height: 24px; font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u5a92\u4f53\u4eba\u5468\u7b71\u8d5f\u5468\u4e00\uff0813\u65e5\uff09\u5728\u5176\u4e2a\u4eba\u5fae\u535a\u4e0a\u7206\u6599\u79f0\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7ea2\u5341\u5b57\u4f1a\u793e\u4f1a\u76d1\u7763\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08\u7b80\u79f0\uff1a\u7ea2\u76d1\u4f1a\uff09\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u662f\u7ea2\u5341\u5b57\u4f1a\u7684&#8220;\u516c\u5173\u90e8&#8221;\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6839\u636e\u7ea2\u76d1\u4f1a\u7684\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u7ae0\u7a0b\uff0c\u7ea2\u76d1\u4f1a\u7684\u529e\u516c\u7ecf\u8d39\u3001\u573a\u6240\u53ca\u8bbe\u65bd\u7b49\u5747\u7531\u7ea2\u4f1a\u63d0\u4f9b\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u72ec\u7acb\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\"><br \/>\u5468\u7b71\u8d5f\u8868\u793a\uff0c&#8220;\u54c1\u724c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ea7\u4e1a\u8054\u76df&#8221;\u5e76\u975e\u5176\u516c\u5f00\u5ba3\u79f0\u7684\u5b66\u672f\u6027NGO\uff08\u975e\u653f\u5e9c\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff09\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u5546\u4e1a\u516c\u53f8\u3002\u4ed6\u8fd8\u6000\u7591&#8220;\u738b\u6c38\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7ea2\u5341\u5b57\u4f1a\u6d89\u5acc\u5546\u4e1a\u5229\u76ca\u4ea4\u6362\u5173\u7cfb&#8221;\u3002\u5468\u7b71\u8d5f\u8fd8\u7279\u522b\u5bf9\u7ea2\u76d1\u4f1a\u59d4\u5458\u517c\u65b0\u95fb\u53d1\u8a00\u4eba\u738b\u6c38\u4e2a\u4eba\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u8d28\u7591\u3002\u4ed6\u8bf4\uff0c\u738b\u6c38\u4e3a\u7ea2\u76d1\u4f1a\u7684\u5b9e\u9645\u63a7\u5236\u4eba\uff0c\u4f46\u4ed6\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u540d\u4e3a&#8220;\u54c1\u724c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ea7\u4e1a\u8054\u76df&#8221;\u673a\u6784\u7684\u79d8\u4e66\u957f\u3002<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\">\u800c\u738b\u6c38\u4e5f\u63a5\u53d7\u4e86\u300a\u6cd5\u5236\u665a\u62a5\u300b\u8bb0\u8005\u91c7\u8bbf\uff0c\u5c31\u6709\u5173\u8d28\u7591\u9010\u4e00\u4f5c\u51fa\u56de\u5e94\u3002\u738b\u6c38\u8fd8\u628a\u6709\u5173\u91c7\u8bbf\u5185\u5bb9\u53d1\u8868\u5728\u5176\u5fae\u535a\u4e0a\u3002<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\">\u738b\u6c38\u5f62\u5bb9\u4ed6\u53d7\u5230\u8d28\u7591\u662f&#8220;\u88ab\u8bef\u4f24\u4e86&#8221;\uff0c\u5e76\u79f0\uff0c\u4ed6\u5176\u5b9e\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5bf9\u7ea2\u5341\u5b57\u4f1a\u76d1\u7763\u6700\u5389\u5bb3\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u800c\u5468\u7b71\u8d5f\u5219\u628a\u4e00\u4e2a\u76d1\u7763\u7ea2\u4f1a\u7684\u52c7\u58eb\u8bef\u5224\u4e3a&#8220;\u654c\u519b&#8221;\u3002<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;\">\u738b\u6c38\u4e5f\u540c\u65f6\u5426\u8ba4\u4e86\u5176\u662f\u7ea2\u76d1\u4f1a\u5b9e\u9645\u63a7\u5236\u4eba\u7684\u8bf4\u6cd5\uff0c\u5e76\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4ed6\u53ea\u662f\u7ea2\u76d1\u4f1a\u768416\u540d\u59d4\u5458\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u63a7\u5236\u5176\u4ed6\u6240\u6709\u7ea2\u76d1\u4f1a\u59d4\u5458\u3002<\/p><p style=\"padding: 6px 0px 10px;
