#333333;\">2003\u5e748\u670818\u65e5\uff0c\u6d59\u6c5f\u7701\u59d4\u7701\u653f\u5e9c\u53ec\u5f00\u5168\u7701\u6d77\u6d0b\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5de5\u4f5c\u4f1a\u8bae\uff0c\u672c\u4eba\u65f6\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u6d77\u6d0b\u62a5\u8bb0\u8005\u5230\u4f1a\u4e0e\u4f60\u89c1\u4e86\u4e00\u9762\uff0c\u7b97\u662f\u6709\u8fc7\u8054\u7cfb\u30022006\u5e747\u670829\u65e5\uff0c\u676d\u5dde\u8427\u5c71\u515a\u5c71\u9547\u57fa\u7763\u6559\u4f1a\u5728\u5efa\u6559\u5802\u88ab\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8fdd\u7ae0\u5efa\u7b51\u906d\u5f3a\u62c6\uff0c\u5f53\u65f6\u672c\u4eba\u4f5c\u4e86\u771f\u76f8\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u5f15\u8d77\u4f60\u7684\u5173\u6ce8\uff0c\u4e5f\u7b97\u4e0e\u4f60\u6709\u8fc7\u95f4\u63a5\u8054\u7cfb\u3002<\/p><p style=\"color: #333333;\">\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u6d59\u6c5f\u591a\u5730\u53c8\u4f20\u6765\u4e00\u4e9b\u57fa\u7763\u6559\u5802\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u9876\u4e0a\u7684\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u88ab\u5f3a\u5236\u62c6\u9664\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u7279\u5411\u4f60\u7d27\u6025\u547c\u5401\uff0c\u8bf7\u6b62\u4f4f\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u67d0\u4e9b\u9886\u5bfc\u4eba\u6709\u8fdd\u6c11\u610f\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u4ed6\u4eec\u628a\u653f\u5e9c\u4efd\u5185\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u505a\u597d\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e0d\u5c5e\u4e8e\u653f\u5e9c\u4efd\u5185\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u4ea4\u7ed9\u793e\u4f1a\u81ea\u6211\u6cbb\u7406\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u4ea4\u7ed9\u6cd5\u9662\uff0c\u6309\u73b0\u884c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u516c\u5f00\u3001\u516c\u6b63\u88c1\u51b3\u3002<\/p><p style=\"color: #333333;\">\u4e0b\u9762\u5c31\u7d27\u6025\u547c\u5401\u7684\u4e8b\u5b9e\u90e8\u5206\u7b80\u4ecb\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p><p style=\"color: #333333;\">2\u670827\u65e5\u65e9\u4e0a\u4e5d\u70b9\u949f\uff0c\u676d\u5dde\u4f59\u676d\u533a\u9ec4\u6e56\u9547\u9ec4\u6e56\u57fa\u7763\u6559\u5802\u95e8\u9876\u4e0a\u7684\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u88ab\u62c6\u9664\uff0c\u5f53\u5730\u653f\u5e9c\u6d3e\u4eba\u5e76\u52a8\u7528\u4e13\u7528\u8d77\u91cd\u673a\u62c6\u9664\uff0c\u5468\u56f4\u8bbe\u7acb\u9694\u79bb\u5e26\uff0c\u7981\u6b62\u56f4\u89c2\u4eba\u5458\u8fdb\u5165\u62c6\u9664\u73b0\u573a\uff0c\u4f46\u5916\u56f4\u8fd8\u662f\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u76ee\u51fb\u8005\u7167\u4e86\u73b0\u573a\u7167\u7247\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0a\u4f20\u7f51\u7edc&#8212;&#8212;\u6709\u56fe\u4e3a\u8bc1\u3002\u65b0\u6d6a\u5fae\u535a\u7f51\u53cb\u7559\u8a00\u8bf4&#8220;\u653f\u5e9c\u62c6\u9664\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u7684\u7406\u7531\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u592a\u9ad8\u4e86&#8221;\u3002\u6559\u5802\u6ca1\u6709\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u6807\u5fd7\uff0c\u8ddf\u4e00\u822c\u5efa\u7b51\u7269\u53c8\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u533a\u522b\u5462\uff1f\u81f3\u4e8e\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u5177\u4f53\u9ad8\u4e0d\u9ad8\uff0c\u5e94\u5f53\u7531\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6765\u754c\u5b9a\uff0c\u62c6\u9664\u4e5f\u5e94\u8be5\u6709\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u5f3a\u5236\u6267\u884c\u51b3\u5b9a\u4e66\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u7f3a\u5c11\u8fd9\u4e24\u70b9\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u653f\u5e9c\u5c31\u662f\u5728\u6267\u6cd5\u8fdd\u6cd5\uff0c\u5c31\u5f53\u7acb\u5373\u6062\u590d\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u539f\u72b6\u3002<\/p><p style=\"color: #333333;\">\u6b64\u524d\u76841\u67081\u65e5\uff0c\u676d\u5dde\u4f59\u676d\u533a\u826f\u6e1a\u9547\u52fe\u5e84\u5730\u533a\u7684\u57fa\u7763\u6559\u4f1a\u4fe1\u5f92\u4f20\u51fa\u6d88\u606f\uff0c\u826f\u6e1a\u9547\u91cc\u3001\u6751\u91cc\u6d3e\u4eba\u8981\u6c42\u62c6\u9664\u52fe\u5e84\u6559\u5802\u95e8\u9876\u4e0a\u7684\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\uff0c\u7406\u7531\u662f\u628a\u5341\u5b57\u67b6&#8220;\u653e\u5728\u9690\u853d\u5730\u65b9&#8221;\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u540c\u610f\u5c31\u8981\u5f3a\u62c6&#8212;&#8212;\u6839\u672c\u6ca1\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4f9d\u636e\u3002\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u884c\u4e3a\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u4f9d\u6cd5\u884c\u653f\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u8d77\u7801\u6ca1\u6709\u5c0a\u91cd\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff0c\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u5c0a\u91cd\u6c11\u610f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5f3a\u884c\u62c6\u9664\uff0c\u52bf\u5fc5\u5f15\u8d77\u884c\u653f\u8bc9\u8bbc\u3002<\/p><p style=\"color: #333333;\">\u518d\u8bf4\u540c\u6837\u662f\u521a\u521a\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\uff1a2\u670827\u65e5\uff0c\u6d59\u6c5f\u821f\u5c71\u5e02\u5b9a\u6d77\u533a\u767d\u6cc9\u9547\u767d\u6cc9\u57fa\u7763\u6559\u5802\u5f97\u5230\u5f53\u5730\u653f\u5e9c\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u7d27\u6025\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u660e\u540e\u5929\uff082\u670828\u65e5\u30013\u67081\u65e5\uff09\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u628a\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u62ff\u4e0b\u6765\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u8d23\u4efb\u81ea\u8d1f\u3002\u653f\u5e9c\u63d0\u51fa\u8981\u6d3e\u4eba\u5e76\u4e13\u7528\u8d77\u91cd\u673a\u628a\u6559\u5802\u5185\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u5efa\u7b51\u5f3a\u62c6\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u9876\u4e0a\u7684\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u3002\u5b98\u65b9\u767b\u8bb0\u7684\u767d\u6cc9\u6559\u5802\u5df2\u7ecf\u5efa\u5802\u5341\u4e94\u5e74\uff0c\u5168\u90e8\u7ecf\u6279\u51c6\u6309\u8bbe\u8ba1\u56fe\u65bd\u5de5\uff0c\u65e0\u8fdd\u7ae0\u3002\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u8981\u62c6\u9664\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u548c\u90e8\u5206\u5efa\u7b51\u5462\uff1f\u5f53\u5730\u57fa\u7763\u5f92\u5f97\u77e5\u7684\u6d88\u606f\u662f\uff0c2014\u5e741\u67088\u65e5\uff0c\u5728\u821f\u5c71\u89c6\u5bdf\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u6d59\u6c5f\u7701\u59d4\u526f\u4e66\u8bb0\u3001\u7701\u4eba\u5927\u5e38\u59d4\u4f1a\u4e3b\u4efb\u590f\u5b9d\u9f99\u8def\u8fc7\u821f\u5c71\u767d\u6cc9\u9547\u57fa\u7763\u6559\u5802\uff08\u300a\u6d59\u6c5f\u65e5\u62a5\u300b\u62a5\u9053\u8bc1\u5b9e\u590f\u5b9d\u9f99\u5f53\u5929\u5728\u821f\u5c71\u5b9a\u6d77\uff09\uff0c\u8bf4\u767d\u6cc9\u6559\u5802\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u592a\u9192\u76ee\uff0c\u592a\u5f20\u626c\uff0c\u8981\u628a\u5341\u5b57\u67b6\u62ff\u4e0b\u4e86\u3002\u968f\u540e\uff0c\u5f53\u5730\u653f\u5e9c\u901a\u8fc7\u5b97\u6559\u5c40\u6765\u843d\u5b9e\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u821f\u5c71\u5e02\u5b9a\u6d77\u533a\u57fa\u7763\u6559\u534f\u4f1a\u3001\u57fa\u7763\u6559\u4e09\u81ea\u7231\u56fd\u8fd0\u52a8\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08\u7b80\u79f0&#8220;\u57fa\u7763\u6559&#8216;\u4e24\u4f1a&#8217;&#8221;\uff09\u4e5f\u59a5\u534f\u8ba9\u6b65\uff0c\u4f46\u767d\u6cc9\u9547\u57fa\u7763\u6559\u4f1a\u53ca\u4fe1\u5f92\u8868\u793a\u575a\u51b3\u4e0d\u540c\u610f\uff0c\u8981\u575a\u6301\u7ad9\u5728\u771f\u7406\u7684\u7acb\u573a\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u8fd8\u5c31\u6b64\u4e8b\u4ee3\u4e3a\u7977\u544a\uff0c\u6c42\u4e3b\u57fa\u7763\u5e2e\u52a9\u6559\u4f1a\uff0c\u6c42\u4e3b\u57fa\u7763\u611f\u52a8\u653f\u5e9c\u9886\u5bfc\u7684\u5fc3\uff0c\u5982\u540c\u611f\u52a8\u6ce2\u65af\u541b\u738b\u4e9a\u54c8\u968f\u9c81\u738b\u7684\u5fc3\u4e00\u6837\uff08\u300a\u5723\u7ecf\uff1a\u4ee5\u65af\u5e16\u8bb0\u300b\uff09\uff0c\u4f7f\u4ed6\u6536\u56de\u6210\u547d\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u505a\u62b5\u6321\u4e3b\u57fa\u7763\u7684\u6076\u4e8b\u3002<\/p><p style=\"color:
