font-size: 14px; font-family: Arial, 'Heiti SC', 'Microsoft Yahei', simsun, sans-serif;\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u589e\u957f\u4e3b\u8981\u4f9d\u9760\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u9700\u8981\u5927\u91cf\u589e\u52a0\u7684\u4fe1\u8d37\u6295\u653e\u3002\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b66\u5bb6\u5434\u6653\u7075\u8bf4\uff1a&#8220;\u8fc7\u53bb30\u5e74\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u662f\u4ee5\u8d85\u91cf\u7684\u8d27\u5e01\u4f9b\u7ed9\u63a8\u52a8\u4e86\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\u3002&#8221;<\/p><p style=\"line-height: 24px; font-size: 14px; font-family: Arial, 'Heiti SC', 'Microsoft Yahei', simsun, sans-serif;\">\u5728\u591a\u6570\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f53\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fd9\u672c\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u6076\u6027\u901a\u8d27\u81a8\u80c0\u3002\u53ef\u662f\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u770b\u770b\u8fd1\u4e24\u5e74\u4e2d\u56fdCPI\u589e\u5e45\uff0c\u5927\u81f4\u57282%-3%\uff0c\u5076\u5c14\u7a81\u7834\u8fc73%\u3002\u56de\u987e\u8fd1\u5341\u5e74\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ea\u6709\u4e24\u6b21\u7269\u4ef7\u7684\u5927\u5e45\u5ea6\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c2008\u5e74CPI\u589e\u5e45\u6700\u9ad8\u8d85\u8fc78%\uff0c2011\u5e74\u6700\u9ad8\u7ea66%\u3002\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u7684\u8d27\u5e01\u8d85\u53d1\u6ca1\u6709\u5f15\u53d1\u901a\u8d27\u81a8\u80c0\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\u539f\u56e0\uff1f<\/p><p style=\"line-height: 24px; font-size: 14px; font-family: Arial, 'Heiti SC', 'Microsoft Yahei', simsun, sans-serif;\">\u6765\u81ea\u5b98\u65b9\u7684\u58f0\u97f3\u5426\u8ba4\u4e2d\u56fd\u8d27\u5e01\u4f9b\u5e94\u91cf\u5b58\u5728\u8d85\u53d1\u73b0\u8c61\u3002\u592e\u884c\u8c03\u67e5\u7edf\u8ba1\u53f8\u53f8\u957f\u76db\u677e\u6210\u5728\u4eca\u5e741\u6708\u7684\u65b0\u95fb\u53d1\u5e03\u4f1a\u4e0a\u8868\u793a\uff0c M2\u8f83\u5927\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u50a8\u84c4\u7387\u9ad8\u3001\u95f4\u63a5\u878d\u8d44\uff08\u6307\u94f6\u884c\u8d37\u6b3e\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u878d\u8d44\uff09\u6bd4\u91cd\u9ad8\u7b49\u9020\u6210\u7684\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u73b0\u5728\u5168\u7403\u50a8\u84c4\u7387\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5c45\u6c11\u50a8\u84c4\u7387\u5df2\u7ecf\u8d85\u8fc750%\uff08\u5c3d\u7ba1\u63a8\u52a8\u8fd9\u4e00\u8d8b\u52bf\u7684\u662f\u5c11\u6570\u5bb6\u5ead\uff09\u3002<\/p><p style=\"line-height: 24px; font-size: 14px; font-family: Arial, 'Heiti SC', 'Microsoft Yahei', simsun, sans-serif;\">\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b66\u5bb6\u7684\u89c2\u70b9\u4e0d\u5c3d\u76f8\u540c\uff0c\u6211\u4e0d\u5728\u6b64\u8d58\u8ff0\u3002\u4f46\u4e00\u4f4d\u6587\u5b66\u6559\u6388\u53d1\u660e\u4e86&#8220;\u8d2a\u5b98\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5b66&#8221;\u4e00\u8bcd\uff0c\u4ed6\u5728\u89e3\u91ca\u8d27\u5e01\u8d85\u53d1\u800c\u6ca1\u6709\u5f15\u8d77\u901a\u8d27\u81a8\u80c0\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u65f6\u53e6\u8f9f\u8e4a\u5f84\uff0c\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5e9e\u5927\u7684\u8d2a\u5b98\u7fa4\u4f53\u529f\u4e0d\u53ef\u6ca1\u3002<\/p><p style=\"line-height: 24px; font-size: 14px; font-family: Arial, 'Heiti SC', 'Microsoft Yahei', simsun, sans-serif;\">\u8d2a\u5b98\u4eec\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u4f1a\u53bb\u82b1\u9500\u5de8\u989d\u7684\u53d7\u8d3f\u6b3e\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c3d\u91cf\u4e0d\u5b58\u8fdb\u94f6\u884c\uff08\u62c5\u5fc3\u88ab\u53d1\u73b0\uff09\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4ee5\u5404\u79cd\u65b9\u5f0f\u9690\u85cf\u8d77\u6765\u3002\u8fd9\u4f4d\u6587\u5b66\u6559\u6388\u5927\u80c6\u4f30\u8ba1\uff0cM2\u4f59\u989d\u768450%\u5728\u8d2a\u5b98\u624b\u4e0a\uff0c\u662f\u4e0d\u6d41\u901a\u7684\u3002<br \/><\/p><p style=\"line-height: 24px; font-size: 14px; font-family: Arial, 'Heiti SC', 'Microsoft Yahei', simsun, sans-serif;\">\u85cf\u5bc6\u7801\u7bb1\u3002\u6d77\u5357\u6587\u660c\u539f\u5e02\u59d4\u4e66\u8bb0\u8c22\u660e\u4e2d\u5c062500\u4f59\u4e07\u5143\u73b0\u91d1\u85cf\u572819\u4e2a\u5bc6\u7801\u7bb1\u3002<\/p><p style=\"line-height: 24px; font-size: 14px; font-family: Arial, 'Heiti SC', 'Microsoft Yahei', simsun, sans-serif;\">\u85cf\u5395\u6240\u3002\u91cd\u5e86\u5deb\u5c71\u53bf\u4ea4\u901a\u5c40\u539f\u5c40\u957f\u664f\u5927\u5f6c\u5c064\u4e2a\u88c5\u6709\u5171939\u4e07\u5143\u7684\u7eb8\u7bb1\u85cf\u4e8e\u5c1a\u672a\u88c5\u4fee\u7684\u65b0\u5c45\u5395\u6240\u4e2d\uff0c\u56e0\u5395\u6240\u6e17\u6c34\u800c\u88ab\u53d1\u73b0\u3002<\/p><p style=\"line-height: 24px; font-size: 14px; font-family: Arial, 'Heiti SC', 'Microsoft Yahei', simsun, sans-serif;\">\u85cf\u7caa\u5751\u3002\u6c5f\u82cf\u7701\u5efa\u8bbe\u5385\u539f\u5385\u957f\u5f90\u5176\u8000\u8d2a\u6c61\u53d7\u8d3f\u8fd12\u5343\u4f59\u4e07\u5143\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u73b0\u91d1\u7ecf\u5c42\u5c42\u5851\u6599\u7eb8\u5305\u88c5\u540e\uff0c\u85cf\u5728\u6811\u6d1e\u5185\u3001\u7070\u5806\u5185\u3001\u7a3b\u7530\u91cc\u3001\u7caa\u5751\u91cc\u3002<\/p><p style=\"line-height: 24px; font-size: 14px; font-family: Arial, 'Heiti SC', 'Microsoft Yahei', simsun, sans-serif;\">\u85cf\u7164\u6c14\u7f50\u3002\u6c5f\u897f\u8d63\u5dde\u5e02\u516c\u8def\u5c40\u539f\u5c40\u957f\u674e\u56fd\u851a\u5bb6\u91cc\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u9ad8\u7ea7\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u7164\u6c14\u7f50\uff0c\u7528\u6765\u7a9d\u85cf\u6570\u767e\u4e07\u8d43\u6b3e\u3002\u53e6\u6709\u85cf280\u4e07\u5143\u5bc6\u7801\u7bb1\u57cb\u5230\u5176\u519c\u6751\u4e09\u54e5\u623f\u5c4b\u65c1\u7684\u5783\u573e\u5806\u4e0b\u3002<\/p><p style=\"line-height: 24px;
