       “\u8d8a\u5357\u897f\u85cf\u8054\u76df”\u548c“\u8d8a\u5357\u5987\u5973\u4e3a\u8d8a\u5357\u4e89\u53d6\u81ea\u7531”\u7684\u521b\u59cb\u4eba\u962e\u7389\u5e78\u5973\u58eb\u65e5\u524d\u53d1\u8868\u7ed9\u4e2d\u56fd\u516c\u6c11\u529b\u91cf\u53d1\u8d77\u4eba\u6768\u5efa\u5229\u535a\u58eb\u7684\u516c\u5f00\u4fe1\uff0c\u8868\u8fbe\u5bf9“\u516d\u56db”\u82f1\u96c4\u7684\u656c\u4ef0\u548c\u6000\u5ff5\uff0c\u8868\u793a\u4ed6\u4eec\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5c06\u4e8e<\/span>6\u6708<\/span>4\u65e5\u90a3\u5929\u4e3e\u529e\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u54cd\u5e94\u516c\u6c11\u529b\u91cf\u5168\u7403\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u7977\u544a\u7684\u547c\u5401\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u7948\u798f\u3002\u962e\u7389\u5e78\u5973\u58eb\u540c\u65f6\u5728\u4fe1\u91cc\u547c\u6c42\u8d8a\u4e2d\u4e24\u56fd\u4eba\u6c11\u5408\u4f5c\u594b\u6597\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e24\u56fd\u7684\u6c11\u4e3b\u4e0e\u548c\u5e73\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/p>

\u6211<\/span>\uff08\u962e\u6c0f\u7389<\/span>\u5e78\uff0c“\u8d8a\u5357\u897f\u85cf\u8054\u76df”\u548c“\u8d8a\u5357\u5987\u5973\u4e3a\u8d8a\u5357\u4e89\u53d6\u81ea\u7531”\u7684\u521b\u59cb\u4eba\uff09\u4ec5\u4ee3\u8868\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u540c\u4ec1\uff0c\u5411\u516c\u6c11\u529b\u91cf\u7684\u53d1\u8d77\u4eba\u6768\u5efa\u5229\u535a\u58eb\u81f4\u4ee5<\/span>\u6700\u70ed\u60c5\u7684\u95ee\u5019\u3002<\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

\u5728<\/span>2012\u5e74<\/span>11\u6708<\/span>16\u65e5\u81f3<\/span>18\u65e5\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u63f4\u85cf\u4f1a\u8bae\u4e0a\u4e0e\u60a8\u7684\u4f1a\u9762\u662f\u6211\u83ab\u5927\u7684\u8363\u5e78\u3002\u60a8\u6df1\u53d7\u5927\u5bb6\u7684\u5c0a\u656c\u3002\u60a8\u5173\u4e8e\u897f\u85cf\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u548c\u4eba\u9053\u7684\u6f14\u8bb2\u611f\u4eba\u81f3\u6df1\u3001\u4ee4\u4eba\u96be\u5fd8\u3002<\/span><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

\u6211\u77e5\u9053\u60a8\u662f“\u516b\u4e5d\u5929\u5b89\u95e8\u5c60\u6740”\u7684\u5e78\u5b58\u8005\uff0c\u5728\u90a3\u91cc\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u52c7\u6562\u7684\u5b66\u751f\u548c\u5e74\u8f7b\u4eba\u4eec\u4e3a\u4e86\u4ed6\u4eec\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u6c11\u4e3b\uff0c\u4e0d\u60dc\u4ee5\u751f\u547d\u4e3a\u4ee3\u4ef7\u8fdb\u884c\u548c\u5e73\u6297\u4e89\u3002<\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

\u4eb2\u7231\u7684\u6768\u535a\u58eb\uff0c\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u56db\u5343\u5e74\u91cc\uff0c\u8d8a\u5357\u4e00\u76f4\u56e0\u4e3a\u8fb9\u754c\u95ee\u9898\u4e0e\u5317\u90e8\u53d1\u751f\u4e89\u7aef\u3002\u8d8a\u5357\u662f\u4e2a\u8f83\u5c0f\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u5374\u6709\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6218\u7565\u4ef7\u503c\u548c\u653f\u6cbb\u610f\u4e49\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u56e0\u6b64\u4e0e\u5165\u4fb5\u8005\u4eec\u53d1\u751f\u8fc7\u591a\u8d77\u6218\u4e89\u3002\u4f46\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u611f\u5230\u5f88\u9a84\u50b2\u7684\u662f\u80fd\u591f\u4fdd\u6301\u8d8a\u5357\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u548c\u72ec\u7acb\u3002<\/span><\/p>

\u8d8a\u5357\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\u662f\u5730\u7406\u4e0a\u7684\u90bb\u56fd\u3002\u8fd9\u4e24\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u672c\u6765\u5e94\u8be5\u548c\u5e73\u5171\u5904\uff0c\u53ef\u60dc\u4ed6\u4eec\u6ca1\u6709\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4ed6\u4eec\u90fd\u53d7\u5230\u5171\u4ea7\u515a\u7684\u7edf\u6cbb\u3002<\/span><\/p>

\u4e2d\u56fd\u5171\u4ea7\u515a\u8bd5\u56fe\u5c06\u4ed6\u4eec\u63a7\u5236\u548c\u5f71\u54cd\u5ef6\u4f38\u5230\u5468\u8fb9\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u91ce\u5fc3\u4e16\u4eba\u7686\u77e5\u3002\u4e0d\u5e78\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u8d8a\u5357\u5171\u4ea7\u515a\u653f\u5e9c\u7adf\u6697\u5730\u91cc\u5728\u5f88\u591a\u4e8b\u60c5\u4e0a\u81ea\u613f\u5730\u4e0e\u4e2d\u56fd\u5171\u4ea7\u515a\u7ad9\u5728\u4e00\u8fb9\u3002<\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

\u6211\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u5728\u4e0d\u4e45\u7684\u5c06\u6765\uff0c\u4e24\u56fd\u4e4b\u95f4\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u4e89\u7aef\u3002\u8d8a\u5357\u4eba\u70ed\u7231\u548c\u5e73\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u4eec\u8a93\u6b7b\u62b5\u6297\u4e2d\u56fd\u5171\u4ea7\u515a\uff0c\u634d\u536b\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u9886\u571f\u548c\u81ea\u7531\u3002\u6211\u4e0d\u5e0c\u671b\u8d8a\u5357\u8d70\u4e0a\u897f\u85cf\u8fd9\u6761\u8def\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u5171\u4ea7\u515a\u7684\u91ce\u5fc3\u4f1a\u5bf9\u8d8a\u5357\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u90fd\u9020\u6210\u4f24\u5bb3\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5e0c\u671b\uff0c\u80fd\u4e0e\u60a8\u4e00\u9053\u89e3\u51b3\u8fd9\u4e9b\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4e3a\u8d8a\u4e2d\u4e24\u56fd\u4e89\u53d6\u81ea\u7531\u548c\u6c11\u4e3b\u3002<\/span><\/p>

\u6211\u4e5f\u975e\u5e38\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u5f97\u5230\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u7684\u5e2e\u52a9\uff0c\u8ba9\u8d8a\u4e2d\u4e24\u56fd\u4eba\u548c\u5e73\u5730\u751f\u6d3b\u3002\u4e24\u56fd\u95f4\u7684\u51b2\u7a81\u4e5f\u662f\u5b8c\u5168\u6ca1\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u3002<\/span><\/p>

\u5728\u5373\u5c06\u5230\u6765\u7684\u516d\u6708\u56db\u65e5\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u516c\u6c11\u529b\u91cf\u53d1\u8d77\u7684“\u516d\u56db\u4e8c\u5341\u4e94\u5468\u5e74\u7eaa\u5ff5\u65e5\u5168\u7403\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u7977\u544a”\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u6211\u4eec<\/span><\/span>“\u8d8a\u5357\u897f\u85cf\u8054\u76df”\u5728<\/span>\u5370\u5ea6\u8fbe\u5170\u8428<\/span>\u62c9\u7684\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u5c06\u4e3e\u529e\u70db\u5149\u665a\u4f1a\u60bc\u5ff5\u516d\u56db\u60e8\u6848\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u4e3a\u90a3\u4e9b\u4e3a\u4e86\u627e\u5bfb\u6b63\u4e49\u3001\u81ea\u7531\u548c\u6c11\u4e3b\u800c\u727a\u7272\u7684\u52c7\u58eb\u4eec\u7977\u544a\uff0c\u7948\u6c42\u4ed6\u4eec\u4fdd\u4f51\u8d8a\u5357\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\u3002<\/span><\/p>

Representing our fellows from all over the world, I, Nguy<\/span>\u1ec5n Th<\/span>\u1ecb Ng<\/span>\u1ecdc H<\/span>\u1ea1nh, founder of the Vietnam Tibet Alliance<\/strong> (Dharamsala, India) and Vietnamese Women Fighting for Freedom of Vietnam<\/strong> (Myerstown, PA, U.S.A.), would like to express our pleasure to send our warmest greetings to you, Dr. YANG Jianli, and the Citizen Power for China (Initiatives for China). <\/a><\/span><\/p>


It is a great honor to meet you in the International Meeting for Support of Tibet on the 16th to 18th of November, 2012. You are sincerely respected, especially with your voice supporting Tibet’s Freedom and Humanity. Your speeches about the Freedom and Humanity of human kind are very moving and unforgettable. We knew that you are one of the survivors of the Tiananmen Square Massacre of 1989, where the brave students and youths of China peacefully fought for democracy of their country with the price of their own lives.

<\/span><\/p>

Dear Dr. Yang, in the past 4000 years, Vietnam has continuously having conflicts with the north over the boundary issues. Regardless that Vietnam is a small country, but we are in a strategic and political resourceful land. Thus, we suffered wars with different invaders. However we are proud to keep our country free and independent from powerful countries.<\/span><\/p>


Vietnam and China geographically are neighbors. Two countries should have lived peacefully together, but unfortunately they are not because they are both under the control of the Communist Parties.

<\/span><\/p>

The Chinese Communist Party has the ambition to extend their control and influence with their political agenda over other countries nearby. Unfortunately, Vietnamese Communist government is voluntarily working in many cases with the Chinese communist party under table.

<\/span><\/p>

I expect there will be more conflicts coming between the two countries in the near future. We have a tradition to live in peace, but we guarantee to defend our people’s land and freedom from the Chinese Communists Party. We do not want Vietnam to be on the same path as Tibet. The ambition of Chinese Communist Party will hurt both Chinese and Vietnamese people. We hope that, we could work together to solve the conflicts, and to fight for the freedom and democracy of both countries.<\/span><\/p>


We strongly wish that we get the helping hands of the Chinese people so both countries could live in peace. The conflicts between our peoples are definitely unnecessary.

This coming June 4th, for the commemoration of the Tiananmen Square Massacre of 1989, our Vietnam Tibet Alliance office in Dharamsala, India will have a “Candlelight Vigil” in the memories of the tragedy in Tiananmen, as a part of the Global Prayer promoted by Citizen Power for China\/Initiatives for China. We will pray for the blessing from these brave souls for finding the Justice, Freedom and Democracy in both Vietnam and China.<\/span><\/p>
