line-height: 22px; font-family: NSimSun, SimSun, PMingLiU, Arial, Helvetica, 'Arial Unicode MS', sans-serif; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 0px; background-color: #ffffff;\">\u6709\u4e9b\u62a5\u9053\u5982\u300a\u4e09\u5b97\u7f6a\uff01\u5468\u6c38\u5eb7\u88ab\u5929\u6d25\u68c0\u65b9\u63d0\u8d77\u516c\u8bc9\u300b\u5f00\u5934\uff0c\u8ba9\u4eba\u4ea7\u751f\u4ece\u539f\u6765\u516c\u5e03\u7684\u516d\u5b97\u7f6a\u751a\u81f3\u4e03\u5b97\u7f6a\uff08\u52a0\u4e0a&#8220;\u975e\u7ec4\u7ec7\u653f\u6cbb\u6d3b\u52a8&#8221;\uff09\u51cf\u5c11\u81f3\u4e09\u5b97\u7f6a\u7684\u9519\u89c9\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e3a\u4f1a\u8f7b\u5224\u3002\u6211\u4ed4\u7ec6\u5c064\u67082\u65e5\u4e0e2014\u5e7412\u67085\u65e5\u8fd9\u4e24\u6761\u65b0\u534e\u793e\u6d88\u606f\u5bf9\u6bd4\uff0c\u53d1\u73b0\u5217\u4e3e\u7f6a\u72b6\u7684\u6587\u5b57\u57fa\u672c\u4e00\u6837\uff1a&#8220;\u5229\u7528\u804c\u52a1\u4e0a\u7684\u4fbf\u5229\uff0c\u4e3a\u4ed6\u4eba\u8c0b\u53d6\u5229\u76ca\uff0c\u975e\u6cd5\u6536\u53d7\u4ed6\u4eba\u5de8\u989d\u8d22\u7269\uff1b\u6ee5\u7528\u804c\u6743\uff0c\u81f4\u4f7f\u516c\u5171\u8d22\u4ea7\u3001\u56fd\u5bb6\u548c\u4eba\u6c11\u5229\u76ca\u906d\u53d7\u91cd\u5927\u635f\u5931\uff0c\u793e\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u6076\u52a3\uff0c\u60c5\u8282\u7279\u522b\u4e25\u91cd\uff1b\u8fdd\u53cd\u4fdd\u5b88\u56fd\u5bb6\u79d8\u5bc6\u6cd5\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u6545\u610f\u6cc4\u9732\u56fd\u5bb6\u79d8\u5bc6\uff0c\u60c5\u8282\u7279\u522b\u4e25\u91cd\uff0c\u4f9d\u6cd5\u5e94\u5f53\u4ee5\u53d7\u8d3f\u7f6a\u3001\u6ee5\u7528\u804c\u6743\u7f6a\u3001\u6545\u610f\u6cc4\u9732\u56fd\u5bb6\u79d8\u5bc6\u7f6a\u8ffd\u7a76\u5176\u5211\u4e8b\u8d23\u4efb&#8221;\uff0c\u7701\u7565\u7684\u53ea\u662f&#8220;\u5468\u6c38\u5eb7\u4e25\u91cd\u8fdd\u53cd\u515a\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u7eaa\u5f8b\u3001\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7eaa\u5f8b\u3001\u4fdd\u5bc6\u7eaa\u5f8b\u3001\u4e25\u91cd\u8fdd\u53cd\u5ec9\u6d01\u81ea\u5f8b\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u672c\u4eba\u53ca\u4eb2\u5c5e\u6536\u53d7\u4ed6\u4eba\u5927\u91cf\u8d22\u7269\uff1b\u4e0e\u591a\u540d\u5973\u6027\u901a\u5978\u5e76\u8fdb\u884c\u6743\u8272\u3001\u94b1\u8272\u4ea4\u6613\u3002\u8c03\u67e5\u4e2d\u8fd8\u53d1\u73b0\u5468\u6c38\u5eb7\u5176\u4ed6\u6d89\u5acc\u72af\u7f6a\u7ebf\u7d22&#8221;\u7b49\u6587\u5b57\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 22px; font-family: NSimSun, SimSun, PMingLiU, Arial, Helvetica, 'Arial Unicode MS', sans-serif; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 0px; background-color: #ffffff;\">\u5e94\u8be5\u8bf4\u7f6a\u9879\u5e76\u672a\u51cf\u5c11\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8fdd\u7eaa\u672c\u975e\u5211\u7f6a\uff0c\u6743\u8272\u4ea4\u6613\u4e0e\u94b1\u8272\u4ea4\u6613\u53ef\u7eb3\u5165&#8220;\u6ee5\u7528\u804c\u6743\u7f6a&#8221;\uff0c\u539f\u6765\u7684&#8220;\u516d\u5b97\u7f6a&#8221;\u662f\u5927\u5bb6\u6309\u7167\u7528\u5206\u53f7\uff08\uff1b\uff09\u533a\u9694\u7684\u7f6a\u540d\u6570\u91cf\u6765\u7406\u89e3\uff0c\u5c06\u8fdd\u7eaa\u5217\u5165\u5211\u7f6a\u4e86\u3002\u524d\u4e00\u5411\u9ad8\u6cd5\u62a5\u544a\u7684&#8220;\u975e\u7ec4\u7ec7\u653f\u6cbb\u6d3b\u52a8\uff08\u53cd\u515a\u7f6a\uff09&#8221;\u4e5f\u662f\u515a\u7eaa\uff0c\u975e\u5211\u7f6a\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 22px; font-family: NSimSun, SimSun, PMingLiU, Arial, Helvetica, 'Arial Unicode MS', sans-serif; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 0px; background-color: #ffffff;\">\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5468\u6848\u5176\u5b9e\u8fd8\u662f\u6309\u539f\u6765\u7684\u62df\u5b9a\u65b9\u6848\u7ee7\u7eed\uff0c\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u7684\u6240\u8c13&#8220;\u53cd\u51fb&#8221;\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u5c55\u73b0\u4e86\u90ed\u7684\u540e\u53f0&#8220;\u4ecd\u7136\u5728\u6218\u6597&#8221;\u7684\u59ff\u6001\uff0c\u4e0e\u66fe\u7684\u524d\u79d8\u4e66\u65bd\u829d\u9e3f3\u67085\u65e5\u5728\u4e24\u4f1a\u4e0a\u81ea\u4e3b\u6717\u8bfb\u7a3f\u4ef6\uff0c\u6279\u8bc4\u6d77\u5916\u5a92\u4f53&#8220;\u5728\u6709\u5173\u90e8\u95e8\u6ca1\u6709\u5582\u6599&#8221;\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4\u90a3\u7bc7&#8220;\u5e86\u4eb2\u738b&#8221;\u6587\u7ae0\u505a\u4e86\u4e0d\u8d1f\u8d23\u7684\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u5c5e\u4e8e\u540c\u7c7b\u6027\u8d28\uff0c\u662f\u5728\u6743\u529b\u6597\u4e89\u4e2d\u5c45\u4e8e\u5f31\u52bf\u7684\u4e00\u65b9\u4f7f\u51fa\u7684\u865a\u62db\uff0c\u6709\u70b9&#8220;\u6211\u6b7b\uff0c\u4e5f\u51b3\u4e0d\u8ba9\u4f60\u597d\u6d3b&#8221;\u7684\u610f\u601d\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 22px; font-family: NSimSun, SimSun, PMingLiU, Arial, Helvetica, 'Arial Unicode MS', sans-serif; margin-bottom: 1.5em; padding: 0px; background-color: #ffffff;\">\u5434\u7684\u7b80\u5386\u4e5f\u8bb8\u53ef\u4ee5\u89e3\u60d1\u3002\u5434\u632f\u82b3\u51fa\u751f\u4e8e1952\u5e74\uff0c 1971\u5e74\u8fdb\u5165\u77f3\u6cb9\u884c\u4e1a\uff0c\u5728\u8fbd\u6cb3\u6cb9\u7530\u5de5\u4f5c\u30021980\u5e74\u81f31993\u5e74\uff0c\u5434\u4ece\u62c5\u4efb\u4e2d\u6d77\u6cb9\u5357\u6d77\u897f\u90e8\u5de5\u7a0b\u516c\u53f8\u7ecf\u7406\u5f00\u59cb\uff0c\u8fc1\u4efb\u7ba1\u7406\u5c42\u5404\u79cd\u804c\u52a1\uff0c\u76f4\u81f3 2004\u5e74\u88ab\u4efb\u547d\u4e3a\u4e2d\u6d77\u6cb9\u603b\u516c\u53f8\u515a\u7ec4\u6210\u5458\u3001\u526f\u603b\u7ecf\u7406\uff0c\u671f\u95f4\u4e00\u76f4\u90fd\u5728\u4e2d\u6d77\u6cb9\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u76f4\u81f32013\u5e744\u67083\u65e5\uff0c\u300a\u4e2d\u56fd\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4eba\u4e8b\u62a5\u300b\u520a\u53d1\u4eba\u4e8b\u4efb\u514d\u901a\u544a\uff0c\u5ba3\u5e03\u5176\u65f661\u5c81\u7684\u5434\u632f\u82b3\u4e0d\u518d\u62c5\u4efb\u4e2d\u6d77\u6cb9\u603b\u516c\u53f8\u515a\u7ec4\u6210\u5458\u3001\u526f\u603b\u7ecf\u7406\u804c\u52a1\u3002\u6309\u5434\u5728\u514d\u804c\u524d\u51e0\u5929\u53d1\u8868\u7684\u300a\u7231\uff0c\u662f\u6c38\u6052\u4e0d\u53d8\u7684\u60c5\u611f&#8212;&#8212;\u6211\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u6d77\u6d0b\u77f3\u6cb9\u768433\u5e74\u300b\u4e00\u6587\u81ea\u8ff0\uff0c\u5434\u662f\u9000\u4f11\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px;
