margin-bottom: 15px; font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: #3a3939; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u4e2d\u5916\u8bc4\u8bba\u7740\u773c\u70b9\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u6b63\u597d\u8fce\u5408\u4e86&#8220;\u4e0a\u534a\u8eab\u7eaa\u5f8b&#8221;\u548c&#8220;\u4e0b\u534a\u8eab\u7eaa\u5f8b&#8221;\u7684\u8c03\u4f83\u8bf4\u6cd5\u3002\u5148\u8bf4\u4e2d\u5171\u515a\u7eaa\u7684&#8220;\u4e0a\u534a\u8eab&#8221;\uff1a&#8220;\u4e2d\u5171\u4e2d\u592e\u515a\u6821\u6559\u6388\u8f9b\u9e23\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u65e7\u6761\u4f8b\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u7a81\u51fa\u95ee\u9898\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\u90fd\u7ba1\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u4e9b\u95ee\u9898\u6ca1\u7ba1\u597d\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u653f\u6cbb\u7eaa\u5f8b\u3001\u653f\u6cbb\u89c4\u77e9\u7b49\u4ee5\u524d\u96be\u4ee5\u628a\u63e1\uff0c\u5b58\u5728\u6a21\u7cca\u5730\u5e26\uff0c\u6b64\u6b21\u4fee\u8ba2\u660e\u786e\u5217\u51fa\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5&#8220;\u5bf9\u53f7\u5165\u5ea7&#8221;\uff0c\u4f7f\u8fdd\u7eaa\u8005\u4e0d\u80fd\u518d\u5fc3\u5b58\u4fa5\u5e78\u3002&#8221;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: #3a3939; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c&#8220;\u5984\u8bae\u4e2d\u592e\u5927\u653f\u65b9\u9488\uff0c\u7834\u574f\u515a\u7684\u96c6\u4e2d\u7edf\u4e00&#8221;\u7684\u515a\u5185\u7eaa\u5f8b\u5982\u679c\u53ef\u4ee5&#8220;\u5bf9\u53f7\u5165\u5ea7&#8221;\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u4e2d\u5171\u515a\u5185\u6c11\u4e3b\u5c31\u6210\u4e3a\u7a7a\u8bdd\u3002\u591a\u7ef4\u7f51\u7ad9\u520a\u767b\u8bc4\u8bba\u6587\u7ae0\uff0c\u5bf9&#8220;\u5984\u8bae\u4e2d\u592e\u5927\u653f&#8221;\u4e4b&#8220;\u7f6a&#8221;\u8fdb\u884c\u8d28\u7591\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u5bf9&#8220;\u5984\u8bae&#8221;\u7ed9\u4e88\u5b9a\u6027\u7684\u5ea6\uff0c\u8be5\u5982\u4f55\u62ff\u634f\uff1f\u53c8\u7531\u8c01\u6765\u88c1\u5b9a\uff1f\u90fd\u5b58\u5728\u79cd\u79cd\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u4e5f\u4f1a\u884d\u751f\u51fa\u8d1f\u9762\u6548\u5e94\u3002\u8fd8\u6709\u5206\u6790\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u4e2d\u5171\u5728\u6c11\u4e3b\u5316\u7684\u9053\u8def\u4e0a\u9762\u4e34\u7740\u5012\u9000\u7684\u98ce\u9669\uff0c&#8220;\u5984\u8bae\u4e2d\u592e&#8221; \u7684\u7eaa\u5f8b\u5316\u53ef\u80fd\u5c06\u6210\u4e3a\u6392\u9664\u515a\u5185\u5f02\u8bae\u548c\u96c6\u6743\u4e13\u65ad\u7684\u62a4\u822a\u8005\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: #3a3939; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u591a\u7ef4\u6587\u7ae0\u8fd8\u7ed3\u5408&#8220;\u5984\u8bae\u4e2d\u592e\u5927\u653f\u65b9\u9488&#8221;\u7684\u7eaa\u5f8b\uff0c\u63d0\u5230\u4e2d\u5171\u524d\u603b\u7406\u6731\u9555\u57fa\u4e4b\u5b50\u6731\u4e91\u6765\u8fd1\u65e5\u5728\u4e00\u9ad8\u5c42\u8bba\u575b\u4e0a\u53d1\u8868\u4e0e\u4e2d\u56fd\u76ee\u524d\u7ecf\u6d4e\u653f\u7b56\u76f8\u6096\u7684&#8220;\u60ca\u4eba\u4e4b\u8bed&#8221;\uff0c\u4e4b\u540e\u62db\u6765\u4e86\u5168\u7f51\u5c01\u6740\u4e4b\u7978\u3002&#8220;\u5984\u8bae&#8221;\u6709&#8220;\u80e1\u8bf4\u516b\u9053&#8221;\u4e4b\u610f\uff0c\u800c\u6731\u4e91\u6765\u8bf4\u4e86\u4ec0\u4e48\u5462\uff1f\u6731\u4e91\u6765\u53ea\u662f\u8bf4\uff1a2015\u5e74\u56fd\u5bb6\u5df2\u7ecf\u6295\u5165\u4e86\u63a5\u8fd12\u4e07\u4ebf\u5143\u7684\u589e\u957f\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5176\u5b9e\u5f88\u591a\u90fd\u662f\u8d44\u6e90\u6d6a\u8d39\uff0c\u4e3a\u8fc7\u5269\u4ea7\u80fd\u515c\u5e95\u3002&#8220;\u5982 \u679c\u653f\u5e9c\u62c5\u5fc3\u793e\u4f1a\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u76f4\u63a5\u53bb\u89e3\u51b3\u6c11\u4f17\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u82b12\u4e07\u4ebf\u5143\u3002&#8221;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: #3a3939; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u8be5\u6587\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff1a&#8220;\u5728\u4e8b\u5173\u56fd\u8ba1\u6c11\u751f\u7684\u5927\u4e8b\u4e0a\uff0c\u90fd\u5e94\u5141\u8bb8\u591a\u79cd\u58f0\u97f3\u5e76 \u5b58\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u6709\u6240\u9274\u522b\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\u505a\u51fa\u516c\u8bc1\u51b3\u7b56\u3002&#8220;\u4e0b\u8fbe&#8221;\u3001&#8220;\u4e0a\u4f20&#8221;\u6e20\u9053\u7545\u901a\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u5efa\u7acb\u826f\u597d\u7684\u6c11\u4e3b\u53cd\u9988\u673a\u5236\u3002\u591a\u79cd\u58f0\u97f3\u76f8\u8fa9\u9a73\u76f8\u5f71\u54cd\u624d\u80fd\u907f\u514d\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u5f2f\u8def\u3002\u81ea\u5341\u516b\u5927 \u540e\uff0c\u4e2d\u5171\u4ece\u4e25\u6cbb\u515a\u6210\u7ee9\u6590\u7136\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u8c0b\u5212\u5168\u9762\u6cbb\u515a\u5927\u5c40\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e0d\u5e94\u4ed8\u4ee5\u727a\u7272\u6c11\u4e3b\u7684\u4ee3\u4ef7\u3002&#8221;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: #3a3939; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u518d\u8bf4\u4e2d\u5171\u515a\u7eaa\u7684&#8220;\u4e0b\u534a\u8eab&#8221;\uff0c\u6cd5\u65b0\u793e\u6587\u7ae0\u5199\u9053\uff1a&#8220;\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\uff0c\u5728\u9ad8\u5c14\u592b\u7403\u548c\u5df2\u5a5a\u7537\u6027\u7684\u60c5\u5987\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u5b58\u5728\u4ec0\u4e48\u5171\u540c\u70b9\u5462\uff1f\u4f46\u8fd9\u4e9b\u90fd\u6210\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u5171\u4ea7\u515a\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5168\u7403\u6700\u5927\u653f\u515a\u7981\u6b62\u51768800\u4e07\u515a\u5458\u505a\u7684\u4e8b\u3002&#8221;\u5bf9\u9ad8\u5c14\u592b\u7403\uff0c\u6cd5\u65b0\u793e\u6587\u7ae0\u56de\u987e\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4f53\u80b2\u6d3b\u52a8\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u6539\u9769\u5f00\u653e\u540e\u5f97\u5230\u53d1\u5c55\u666e\u53ca\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u8bf4\uff1a&#8220;\u5728\u5b98\u65b9\u7684\u9f13\u52b1\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c10\u5e74\u95f4\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u9ad8\u5c14\u592b\u7403\u573a\u7684\u6570\u91cf\u589e\u52a0\u4e09\u500d\uff0c\u4f46\u73b0\u5728\u5b83\u4eec\u8fdb\u5165\u4e2d\u5171\u6253\u51fb\u7684\u7784\u51c6\u955c\u5185\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u9ad8\u5c14\u592b\u7403\u6210\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u6709\u94b1\u9636\u5c42\u548c\u4e00\u4e9b\u653f\u6cbb\u9886\u5bfc\u4eba\u559c\u6b22\u7684\u8fd0\u52a8&#8221;\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: #3a3939; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u5173\u4e8e\u4e2d\u5171\u65b0\u515a\u7eaa\u4e2d&#8220;\u4e0d\u6b63\u5f53\u6027\u5173\u7cfb&#8221;\u7b49\u9053\u5fb7\u9886\u57df\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u6cd5\u65b0\u793e\u6587\u7ae0\u4e5f\u8f6c\u5f15\u4e2d\u5171\u4e2d\u592e\u515a\u6821\u6559\u6388\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u89e3\u91ca\u4e86\u5b83\u7684\u6765\u5386\uff1a\u4ee5\u524d\u7684\u7528\u8bed&#8220;\u901a\u5978&#8221;
