line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u5b98\u65b9\u73af\u7403\u7f51\u3001\u51e4\u51f0\u7f51\u7b49\u5a92\u4f53\u62a5\u9053\uff0c&#8220;\u5b54\u5b50\u548c\u5e73\u5956&#8221;\u4e3b\u529e\u65b9&#8220;\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u9645\u548c\u5e73\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3&#8221;9\u670828\u53f7\u5ba3\u5e03\uff0c\u5c062015\u5e74&#8220;\u5b54\u5b50\u548c\u5e73\u5956&#8221;\u6388\u4e8891\u5c81\u7684\u6d25\u5df4\u5e03\u97e6\u603b\u7edf\u7f57\u4f2f\u7279.\u7a46\u52a0\u8d1d\uff08Robert Mugabe\uff09\uff0c\u5956\u91d150\u4e07\u5143\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\uff0c\u6298\u5408\u8fd18\u4e07\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u9881\u5956\u5178\u793c\u5b9a\u4e8e\u4eca\u5e7412\u6708\u4e3e\u884c\u3002\u5982\u679c\u7a46\u52a0\u8d1d\u540c\u610f\u51fa\u5e2d\uff0c\u5178\u793c\u5c06\u5728\u5317\u4eac\u7684\u9493\u9c7c\u53f0\u56fd\u5bbe\u9986\u5185\u4e3e\u884c\u3002<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e2d\u6587\u7f51\u520a\u300a\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e8b\u52a1\u300b\u4e3b\u7f16\u4f0d\u51e110\u670823\u53f7\u63a5\u53d7\u672c\u53f0\u8bb0\u8005\u7535\u8bdd\u91c7\u8bbf\u65f6\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684&#8220;\u5b54\u5b50\u548c\u5e73\u5956&#8221;\u4e0e\u548c\u5e73\u65e0\u5173\uff0c\u662f\u4e2d\u5171\u4e3a\u63a8\u5e7f\u5176\u5b98\u65b9\u610f\u8bc6\u5f62\u6001\u800c\u8bbe\u7acb\u7684\u3002<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;\">&#8220;\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5956\u9879\u8fc7\u53bb\u51e0\u5e74\u7684\u5f97\u4e3b\uff0c\u90fd\u8ddf\u548c\u5e73\u6ca1\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u8ddf\u610f\u8bc6\u5f62\u6001\u6709\u5173\u3002\u6bd4\u5982\u53d1\u7ed9\u666e\u4eac\uff0c\u666e\u4eac\u90fd\u4e0d\u613f\u63a5\u53d7\u3002\u666e\u4eac\u662f\u4e2a\u548c\u5e73\u4e3b\u4e49\u8005\u5417\uff1f\u4ed6\u5bf9\u4e16\u754c\u548c\u5e73\u6709\u8d21\u732e\u5417\uff1f\u4ed6\u51e0\u6b21\u5165\u4fb5\u522b\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u8fd8\u5728\u6253\u53d9\u5229\u4e9a\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u72ec\u88c1\u8005\u3002\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5956\u53d1\u7ed9\u8fc7\u5361\u65af\u7279\u7f57\uff0c\u5361\u65af\u7279\u7f57\u8981\u628a\u5171\u4ea7\u4e3b\u4e49\u63a8\u5411\u5168\u4e16\u754c\uff0c\u8ddf\u548c\u5e73\u3001\u8ddf\u5b54\u5b50\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u5173\u7cfb\uff1f\u5b54\u5b50\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5112\u6559\u7684\uff0c\u8bb2\u7a76\u4e16\u754c\u5927\u540c\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\uff0c\u800c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5956\u9879\u7684\u5f97\u4e3b\u90fd\u662f\u72ec\u88c1\u8005\u3002\u73b0\u5728\u628a\u5956\u53d1\u7ed9\u7a46\u52a0\u8d1d\uff0c\u66f4\u8352\u5510\u4e86\u3002\u7a46\u52a0\u8d1d\u5728\u975e\u6d32\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5927\u519b\u9600\u3001\u5927\u72ec\u88c1\u8005\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6740\u4eba\u72c2\u3002&#8221;<br \/><br \/>\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e2d\u6587\u653f\u8bba\u7f51\u520a\u300a\u5317\u4eac\u4e4b\u6625\u300b\u8363\u8a89\u4e3b\u7f16\u80e1\u5e73\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u57282010\u5e74\u5e95\u8bbe\u7acb&#8220;\u5b54\u5b50\u548c\u5e73\u5956&#8221; \u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u5bf9\u6297&#8220;\u8bfa\u8d1d\u5c14\u548c\u5e73\u5956&#8221;\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u5f02\u89c1\u4f5c\u5bb6\u5218\u6653\u6ce2\u5f53\u5e74\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u8bfa\u8d1d\u5c14\u548c\u5e73\u5956\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u5218\u6653\u6ce2\u4ecd\u5728\u72f1\u4e2d\u670d\u5211\uff0c\u4ed6\u7684\u59bb\u5b50\u5218\u971e\u5219\u906d\u8f6f\u7981\u3002<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 20px; font-size: 14px;\">&#8220;\u4e2d\u5171\u641e\u8fd9\u4e2a&#8216;\u5b54\u5b50\u548c\u5e73\u5956&#8217;\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u8fd8\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u548c&#8216;\u8bfa\u8d1d\u5c14\u548c\u5e73\u5956&#8217;\u76f8\u6297\u8861\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u8f6f\u5b9e\u529b\u3002&#8216;\u5b54\u5b50\u548c\u5e73\u5956&#8217;\u672c\u8eab\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u6743\u5a01\u6027\uff0c\u8fd1\u51e0\u6b21\u7684\u83b7\u5956\u4eba\u4e5f\u8c08\u4e0d\u4e0a\u5bf9\u4e16\u754c\u548c\u5e73\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u8d21\u732e\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u90fd\u662f\u4e13\u5236\u7edf\u6cbb\u8005\u3002&#8221;<\/p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 15px;
