font-size: 17px; line-height: 25px; font-family: 'MS Song', 'MS Hei'; padding: 0px 40px 12px 0px;\">&#8220;\u5927\u8d66\u56fd\u9645&#8221;\uff08Amnesty International\uff09\u5fb7\u56fd\u5206\u90e8\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e13\u5bb6\u666e\u83b1\u7279\uff08Dirk Pleiter\uff09\u5bf9\u5fb7\u56fd\u4e4b\u58f0\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5728\u4e00\u4e9b\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u9886\u57df\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u6743\u72b6\u51b5\u660e\u663e\u6076\u5316\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5c31\u5305\u62ec\u5bf9\u5f02\u89c1\u4eba\u58eb&#8211;\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5bf9\u7ef4\u6743\u5f8b\u5e08&#8211;\u6253\u538b\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u3002<\/p><p style=\"-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; font-size: 17px; line-height: 25px; font-family: 'MS Song', 'MS Hei'; padding: 0px 40px 12px 0px;\">&#8220;\u81ea7\u67089\u65e5\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u603b\u5171\u89c2\u5bdf\u5230\u4e86200\u4f59\u8d77\u902e\u6355\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u540e\u6765\u88ab\u91ca\u653e\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u5c11\u4eba\u81f3\u4eca\u4ecd\u88ab\u62d8\u6355\uff0c\u9762\u4e34\u7740\u88ab\u8d77\u8bc9\u3001\u83b7\u5211\u591a\u5e74\u7684\u5371\u9669\u3002&#8221;\u666e\u83b1\u7279\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u975e\u5e38\u4ee4\u4eba\u5931\u671b\uff0c&#8221;\u7ef4\u6743\u5f8b\u5e08\u7684\u51fa\u73b0\u672c\u6765\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u6cd5\u5236\u9886\u57df\u975e\u5e38\u79ef\u6781\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u672c\u6765\u662f\u5e94\u8be5\u5f97\u5230\uff08\u5f53\u5c40\uff09\u652f\u6301\u548c\u9f13\u52b1\u7684&#8221;\u3002<\/p><div style=\"margin: 0px; font-size: 17px; line-height: 25px; font-family: 'MS Song', 'MS Hei'; padding: 0px 40px 12px 0px;\">\u5fb7\u56fd\u4f7f\u9986\u5728\u5176\u56fd\u9645\u4eba\u6743\u65e5\u7684\u58f0\u660e\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e5f\u8c34\u8d23\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u5f53\u5c40\u5bf9\u6570\u767e\u4f4d\u5f8b\u5e08\u7b49\u4eba\u7684\u5927\u89c4\u6a21\u6253\u538b\u8fd0\u52a8\uff0c&#8221;\u4ecd\u6709\u51e0\u5341\u4eba\u88ab\u5173\u62bc\u5728\u4e0d\u660e\u5730\u70b9\uff0c\u5982\u738b\u5b87\u3001\u5468\u4e16\u5cf0\u548c\u674e\u548c\u5e73\u3002&#8221;\u5e76\u8868\u793a\u4e2d\u56fd\u5728\u4fdd\u969c\u8a00\u8bba\u81ea\u7531\u65b9\u9762\u5b58\u5728\u5927\u95ee\u9898\u3002&#8221;\u62d8\u7559\u6d66\u5fd7\u5f3a\u5f8b\u5e08\u3001\u4f0a\u529b\u54c8\u6728&#183;\u571f\u8d6b\u63d0\u6559\u6388\u548c\u5ba1\u67e5\u5236\u5ea6\u7684\u6279\u8bc4\u8005\u6768\u8302\u4e1c\u5c31\u662f\u8fd9\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\u3002&#8221;<\/p><p style=\"-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; font-size: 17px; line-height: 25px; font-family: 'MS Song', 'MS Hei'; padding: 0px 40px 12px 0px;\">\u5728\u9ad8\u745c\u95ee\u9898\u4e0a\uff0c\u4eba\u6743\u95ee\u9898\u4e13\u5bb6\u666e\u83b1\u7279\u6301\u4e0d\u540c\u89c2\u70b9\u3002\u4ed6\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u9ad8\u903e\u83b7\u51c6\u76d1\u5916\u670d\u5211\u4e0d\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u6743\u72b6\u51b5\u597d\u8f6c\u7684\u8bc1\u660e\u3002&#8221;\u9ad8\u745c\u83b7\u5f97\u81ea\u7531\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5f53\u7136\u5f88\u9ad8\u5174\uff0c\u4f46\u5979\u672c\u8eab\u5c31\u4e0d\u5e94\u8be5\u88ab\u6355\u3001\u88ab\u5224\u52117\u5e74\u3002\u5979\u56e0\u4e3a\u5065\u5eb7\u72b6\u51b5\u5728\u670d\u5211\u671f\u95f4\u4e25\u91cd\u6076\u5316\u800c\u88ab\u51c6\u4fdd\u5916\u5c31\u533b\uff0c\u4ece\u8fd9\u91cc\u9762\uff0c\u6211\u770b\u4e0d\u5230\u4eba\u6743\u9886\u57df\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8fdb\u6b65\u3002&#8221;<\/p><p style=\"-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;
