12pt;\">\u524d\u5e7f\u5dde\u5927\u5b66\u751f\u5f20\u5f3a\u56e0\u4e3a20\u5e74\u6765\u88ab\u5e7f\u5dde\u5e02\u8b66\u65b9\u62d2\u53d1\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\uff0c\u4e8e\u662f\u72b6\u544a\u516c\u5b89\u5c40\u3002\u5e7f\u5dde\u5e02\u4e2d\u7ea7\u6cd5\u9662\u53d7\u7406\u8be5\u6848\u540e\uff0c\u4e0d\u4e45\u524d\u4e24\u5ea6\u5f00\u5ead\u5ba1\u7406\uff0c\u4f46\u6cd5\u9662\u9662\u5728\u5ba1\u5224\u5927\u697c\u5165\u53e3\u5904\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e86\u68c0\u67e5\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u4eea\u5668\uff0c\u5f20\u5f3a\u79f0\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4ed6\u6ca1\u6709\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4ee3\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\uff0c\u88ab\u62d2\u7edd\u53c2\u52a0\u5ead\u5ba1\u3002\u5f20\u5f3a\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u79f0\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u53d7\u7406\u8be5\u6848\u7b49\u4e8e\u786e\u8ba4\u5176\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u65e0\u7406\u7531\u62d2\u7edd\u5176\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u51fa\u5ead\u3002<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u672c\u53f0\u66fe\u62a5\u9053\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728\u6df1\u5733\u7684\u57fa\u7763\u5f92\u5f20\u5f3a\uff0c1985\u5e74\u8003\u5165\u5e7f\u4e1c\u534e\u5357\u7406\u5de5\u5927\u5b66\u540e\uff0c\u5176\u6237\u7c4d\u4ece\u4e1c\u5317\u8001\u5bb6\u8fbd\u5b81\u7701\u8425\u53e3\u5e02\u8fc1\u5230\u5e7f\u5dde\u5e02\u516c\u5b89\u5c40\u5929\u6cb3\u5206\u5c40\u8f96\u533a\u843d\u6237\uff0c\u5e76\u57281986\u5e74\u9886\u5230\u7b2c\u4e00\u5f20\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u300289\u5e74\u5927\u5b66\u6bd5\u4e1a\u524d\uff0c\u8be5\u6821\u6821\u957f\u4ee5\u5f20\u5f3a&#8220;\u5b66\u4e60\u6210\u7ee9\u4e0d\u597d&#8221;\u4e3a\u7531\uff0c\u8d23\u4ee4\u5176\u9000\u5b66\u3002\u5728\u5f20\u5f3a\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1&#8220;\u6709\u6548\u671f\u965010\u5e74&#8221;\u5c4a\u6ee1\u540e\uff0c\u5929\u6cb3\u5206\u5c40\u62d2\u7edd\u5411\u4ed6\u53d1\u51fa\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4ee3\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u3002\u4e8c\u5341\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u5f20\u5f3a\u56e0\u4e3a\u6ca1\u6709\u5c45\u6c11\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u4ed6\u6ca1\u6709\u793e\u4fdd\u3001\u65e0\u6cd5\u5f00\u8bbe\u94f6\u884c\u8d26\u6237\u3001\u5750\u4e0d\u4e0a\u706b\u8f66\u3001\u98de\u673a\u3001\u65e0\u6cd5\u5c31\u4e1a\uff0c\u66f4\u65e0\u6cd5\u7ed3\u5a5a\u3002\u4ed6\u5728\u793e\u4f1a\u4e2d\u5982\u540c\u4e00\u4e2a&#8220;\u9690\u5f62\u4eba&#8221;\u3002<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">2012\u5e742\u670812\u65e5\uff0c\u5f20\u5f3a\u5411\u5e7f\u5dde\u5e02\u5929\u6cb3\u533a\u6cd5\u9662\u884c\u653f\u8d77\u8bc9\u6237\u53e3\u6240\u5728\u5730\u516c\u5b89\u673a\u5173\u5e7f\u5dde\u5e02\u516c\u5b89\u5c40\u5929\u6cb3\u5206\u5c40\u8fdd\u6cd5\u62d2\u53d1\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\uff0c\u906d\u6cd5\u9662\u9a73\u56de\u3002\u5176\u540e\u5411\u5e7f\u5dde\u5e02\u4e2d\u7ea7\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u8d77\u884c\u653f\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff0c\u4eca\u5e749\u6708\u53ca11\u6708\uff0c\u4e2d\u9662\u4e24\u5ea6\u5f00\u5ead\u5ba1\u7406\u6b64\u6848\uff0c\u4f46\u5f20\u5f3a\u88ab\u62d2\u7edd\u8fdb\u5165\u6cd5\u5ead\u3002\u4ed624\u65e5\u544a\u8bc9\u672c\u53f0\uff1a&#8220;\u5e7f\u5dde\u5e02\u4e2d\u7ea7\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u4e24\u6b21\u5ead\u5ba1\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u4ed6\u4eec\u5728\u5ba1\u5224\u5927\u697c\u4e00\u697c\u7684\u5165\u53e3\u5904\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e86\u4e13\u95e8\u68c0\u67e5\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u7684\u4eea\u5668\uff0c\u53ea\u80fd\u8bfb\u53d6\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u9646\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4ee3\u91cc\u9762\u6709\u82af\u7247\u7684\u90a3\u79cd\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u6211\u7684\u6237\u53e3\u6240\u5728\u5730\u7684\u516c\u5b89\u673a\u5173\u5e7f\u5dde\u5e02\u516c\u5b89\u5c40\u5929\u6cb3\u533a\u5206\u5c40\uff0c\u62d2\u7edd\u7ed9\u6211\u7b7e\u53d1\u65b0\u7684\u7b2c\u4e8c\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u5c31\u8fdb\u4e0d\u53bb\u4e2d\u7ea7\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u5ba1\u5224\u5927\u697c\uff0c\u6309\u7167\u6cd5\u9662\u7ed9\u6211\u7684\u4f20\u7968\u65e5\u671f2015\u5e749\u670818\u65e5\u548c11\u67084\u65e5\u7684\u4e24\u6b21\u5ead\u5ba1&#8221;\u3002<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u5f20\u5f3a\u7684\u4ee3\u7406\u5f8b\u5e08\u674e\u5fd7\u52c724\u65e5\u5bf9\u672c\u53f0\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5f20\u5f3a\u8d77\u8bc9\u516c\u5b89\u5c40\u7684\u4e00\u5ba1\u5df2\u88ab\u767d\u4e91\u533a\u6cd5\u9662\u9a73\u56de\uff0c\u4e8c\u5ba1\u8d77\u8bc9\u5230\u5e7f\u5dde\u5e02\u4e2d\u7ea7\u6cd5\u9662\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u88ab\u88c1\u5b9a&#8220;\u7ef4\u6301\u4e00\u5ba1\u5224\u51b3&#8221;\u3002\u4ed6\u8bf4\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u65e2\u7136\u53d7\u7406\u5f20\u5f3a\u7684\u8bc9\u72b6\uff0c\u7b49\u4e8e\u786e\u8ba4\u4e86\u4ed6\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u7406\u7531\u62d2\u7edd\u4ed6\u51fa\u5ead\uff1a&#8220;\u4ed6\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u6ca1\u6709\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\u624d\u8d77\u8bc9\u7684\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u65e2\u7136\u5df2\u7ecf\u7acb\u6848\u7b49\u4e8e\u786e\u8ba4\u4ed6\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u4ed6\u8bc1\u660e\uff08\u8eab\u4efd\uff09\u5e72\u561b\u3002\u4ed6\u73b0\u5728\u7684\u4e8c\u5ba1\u4e5f\u5df2\u7ecf\u88ab\u9a73\u56de\u4e86\uff0c\u4ed6\u8981\u662f\u56de\u53bb\uff08\u5bb6\u4e61\uff09\u529e\uff08\u8eab\u4efd\u8bc1\uff09\uff0c\u662f\u9a6c\u4e0a\u53ef\u4ee5\u529e\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4ed6\u4e0d\u540c\u610f&#8221;\u3002<\/span><br
