text-decoration: none;\">\u5c31\u804c\u6f14\u8bf4<\/a>\u65f6\u8868\u793a\uff1a&#8221;1992\u5e74\u4e24\u5cb8\u4e24\u4f1a\u79c9\u6301\u76f8\u4e92\u8c05\u89e3\u3001\u6c42\u5b58\u5171\u5f02\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u601d\u7ef4\uff0c\u8fdb\u884c\u6c9f\u901a\u534f\u5546\uff0c\u8fbe\u6210\u82e5\u5e72\u7684\u5171\u8bc6\u8ba4\u77e5\u4e0e\u8c05\u89e3\uff0c\u6211\u5c0a\u91cd\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5386\u53f2\u4e8b\u5b9e\u3002&#8230;&#8230;\u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u5c06\u81f4\u529b\u7ef4\u6301\u4e24\u5cb8\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u548c\u5e73\u7a33\u5b9a\uff1b\u6211\u4eec\u4f1a\u66f4\u52aa\u529b\u4fc3\u6210\u5185\u90e8\u548c\u89e3\uff0c\u5f3a\u5316\u6c11\u4e3b\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u51dd\u805a\u5171\u8bc6\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u81f4\u5bf9\u5916\u7684\u7acb\u573a\u3002&#8221;\u5ba3\u8a93\u5c31\u804c\u662f\u6309\u7167\u4e2d\u534e\u6c11\u56fd\u5baa\u6cd5\u89c4\u5b9a\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u3002\u5178\u793c\u4e2d\uff0c\u8521\u82f1\u6587\u5411\u56fd\u6c11\u515a\u521b\u59cb\u4eba\u3001&#8221;\u56fd\u7236&#8221;\u5b59\u4e2d\u5c71\u9057\u50cf\u4e09\u97a0\u8eac\uff0c\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u5979\u624b\u629a1947\u5e74\u51fa\u53f0\u7684\u4e2d\u534e\u6c11\u56fd\u5baa\u6cd5\u5ba3\u8a93\u5c31\u804c\u3002\u8fd9\u90e8\u5baa\u6cd5\u5f53\u65f6\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4e3a\u53f0\u6e7e\u64b0\u5199\uff0c\u5176\u9488\u5bf9\u7684\u5730\u533a\u4e5f\u5305\u62ec\u5982\u4eca\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u3002<\/p><p style=\"-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; color: #3e3e3e; font-size: 17px; line-height: 25px; font-family: 'MS Song', 'MS Hei'; padding: 0px 40px 12px 0px; background-color: #ffffff;\">\u5c31\u804c\u5178\u793c\u540e\u662f\u4ee5&#8221;\u53f0\u6e7e\u4e4b\u5149&#8221;\u4e3a\u4e3b\u9898\u7684\u6587\u827a\u8868\u6f14\uff0c\u5c55\u793a\u53f0\u6e7e\u7684\u6c11\u4fd7\u3002\u53f0\u4e0a\u8fd8\u51fa\u73b0\u4e86\u88c5\u626e\u6210\u53f0\u6e7e\u73cd\u73e0\u5976\u8336\u676f\u7684\u5409\u7965\u7269\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u996e\u54c1\u4e00\u5ea6\u98ce\u9761\u5168\u7403\uff0c\u5728\u5fb7\u56fd\u4e5f\u5927\u70ed\u8fc7\u4e00\u9635\u3002\u4f20\u9012\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u662f&#8221;\u6211\u4eec\u662f\u9a84\u50b2\u7684\u53f0\u6e7e\u4eba&#8221;\u3002\u6570\u767e\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u65cf\u7fa4\u8fc1\u79fb\u81f3\u6b64\uff0c\u521b\u9020\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u6c11\u4e3b\u3001\u591a\u5143\u6587\u5316\u548c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u53d1\u8fbe\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u3002<\/p><div><span style=\"color: #3e3e3e; font-family: 'MS Song', 'MS Hei'; font-size: 17px; line-height: 25px; background-color: #ffffff;\">\u5728\u5927\u7ea6\u534a\u4e2a\u5c0f\u65f6\u7684\u6f14\u8bf4\u4e2d\uff0c\u8521\u82f1\u6587\u4e5f\u63d0\u53ca\u4e86\u56e2\u7ed3\u7cbe\u795e\uff0c\u5979\u6b64\u756a\u8bb2\u8bdd\u7684\u91cd\u70b9\u5e76\u975e\u662f\u4e24\u5cb8\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u56fd\u5185\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u5979\u8bf4\uff1a&#8221;\u6211\u4eec\u57282016\u5e74\u4e00\u8d77\u628a\u56fd\u5bb6\u5e26\u5411\u65b0\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u3002&#8221;\u5979\u4e5f\u9053\u51fa\u4e86\u53f0\u6e7e\u73b0\u4eca\u9762\u4e34\u7684\u79cd\u79cd\u95ee\u9898\uff1a\u7ecf\u6d4e\u7684\u75b2\u5f31\u3001\u73af\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u3001\u8d2b\u5bcc\u5dee\u8ddd\u3001\u4eba\u53e3\u7ed3\u6784\u6025\u901f\u8001\u5316\uff0c\u770b\u62a4\u4f53\u7cfb\u5374\u5c1a\u672a\u5065\u5168\u3002\u5c24\u5176\u5e94\u5173\u6ce8\u5e74\u8f7b\u4eba\u7684\u672a\u6765\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u7fa4\u4f53\u662f\u5728\u9009\u6218\u4e2d\u529b\u633a\u8521\u82f1\u6587\u7684\u652f\u6301\u8005\u3002<\/span>&nbsp;<\/div><div>&nbsp;<\/div><div><\/div><div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/UploadCenter\/ArticlePics\/2016\/20\/201652020-4b.jpg\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" alt=\"\" \/>&nbsp;<\/div><p style=\"-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; color: #3e3e3e; font-size: 17px; line-height: 25px; font-family: 'MS Song', 'MS Hei'; padding: 0px 40px 12px 0px; background-color: #ffffff;\">\u8521\u82f1\u6587\u66fe\u591a\u6b21\u5f3a\u8c03\u56e2\u7ed3\u8d77\u6765\u8fce\u63a5\u6311\u6218\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\u6027\u3002\u540c\u4e3a\u6c11\u8fdb\u515a\u7c4d\u7684\u524d\u53f0\u6e7e\u603b\u7edf\u9648\u6c34\u62412000\u5e74\u4e0a\u4efb\u4e4b\u65f6\u4e00\u5ea6\u5bf9\u56fd\u6c11\u515a\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u6001\u5ea6\u5145\u6ee1\u671f\u5f85\uff0c\u4f46\u6700\u540e\u5374\u5e0c\u671b\u843d\u7a7a\u3002\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u7684\u6c11\u8fdb\u515a\u5728\u8bae\u4f1a\u4e2d\u5360\u5c45\u591a\u6570\uff0c\u4e0d\u5fc5\u62c5\u5fe7\u6539\u9769\u8ba1\u5212\u53d7\u963b\u3002\u8521\u82f1\u6587\u5ba3\u8a93\u5c31\u804c\u7684\u753b\u9762\u4e0e\u5176\u524d\u4efb&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dw.com\/zh\/%E9%A9%AC%E8%8B%B1%E4%B9%9D%E6%94%BF%E5%BA%9C%E7%9A%84%E4%B8%B4%E5%8E%BB%E7%A7%8B%E6%B3%A2\/a-19257506\" style=\"color: #0087eb; text-decoration: none;\">\u9a6c\u82f1\u4e5d<\/a>\u4efb\u804c\u5178\u793c\u7684\u753b\u9762\u770b\u8d77\u6765\u5dee\u522b\u4e0d\u5927\u3002\u9a6c\u82f1\u4e5d\u966a\u540c\u4ed6\u7684\u7ee7\u4efb\u8fdb\u5165\u603b\u7edf\u5e9c\u5927\u5385\u3002\u53cc\u65b9\u5f6c\u5f6c\u6709\u793c\uff0c\u591a\u6b21\u5728\u955c\u5934\u4e4b\u524d\u63e1\u624b\u3002\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u5728\u7528\u8bcd\u65b9\u9762\u8521\u82f1\u6587\u4e0e\u524d\u4efb\u5927\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u9a6c\u82f1\u4e5d\u5e38\u5e38\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u4e24\u5cb8\u540c\u80de\u540c\u5c5e\u4e00\u4e2a\u6c11\u65cf\uff0c\u8fd9\u547c\u5e94\u4e86\u5317\u4eac&#8221;\u8840\u6d53\u4e8e\u6c34&#8221;\u7684\u8bf4\u6cd5\u3002<\/p><p style=\"-webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;
