line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u4e3a\u52a0\u5f3a\u5bf9\u5883\u5916NGO\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eca\u5e744\u6708\u901a\u8fc7\u4e86\u300a\u5883\u5916\u975e\u653f\u5e9c\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff08NGO\uff09\u5883\u5185\u6d3b\u52a8\u7ba1\u7406\u6cd5\u300b\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u5728\u660e\u5e74\u5143\u65e6\u8d77\u5b9e\u65bd\u3002\u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c\u5f53\u5c40\u53c8\u5ba3\u5e03\u6c11\u653f\u90e8\u6c11\u95f4\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u66f4\u540d\u4e3a\u793e\u4f1a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff0c\u5bf9\u5916\u79f0\u56fd\u5bb6\u793e\u4f1a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u52a0\u5927\u529b\u5ea6\uff0c\u53d7\u7406\u5bf9\u975e\u6cd5\u793e\u4f1a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u4e3e\u62a5\u548c\u53d6\u7f14\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u5bf9\u6b64\uff0c\u66fe\u5728\u300a\u5883\u5916\u975e\u653f\u5e9c\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff08NGO\uff09\u5883\u5185\u6d3b\u52a8\u7ba1\u7406\u6cd5\u300b\u901a\u8fc7\u540e\u8868\u8fbe\u8fc7\u6297\u8bae\u7684\u4e00\u540d\u5f8b\u5e08\u544a\u8bc9\u672c\u53f0\uff0c\u65b0\u6574\u5408\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u8981\u52a0\u5927\u5bf9\u5883\u5916NGO\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u548c\u6253\u538b\uff1a<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8220;\u8fd9\u7b49\u4e8e\u662f\u63a7\u5236\u5883\u5916NGO\u6709\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5316\u3001\u6709\u4e13\u95e8\u7684\u90e8\u95e8\u7ba1\u7406\u4e86\uff0c\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u5c31\u914d\u5408\u5185\u90e8\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7684\u5b9e\u65bd\uff0c\u8ba9\u5883\u5916NGO\u65e0\u6cd5\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u751f\u5b58\u3002&#8221;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u8fd1\u6765\u52a0\u5f3a\u7ba1\u63a7NGO\u7684\u52a8\u4f5c\u9891\u4ecd\uff0c\u6c11\u653f\u90e8\u672c\u670815\u65e5\u5370\u53d1\u300a\u793e\u4f1a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u767b\u8bb0\u7ba1\u7406\u673a\u5173\u53d7\u7406\u6295\u8bc9\u4e3e\u62a5\u529e\u6cd5\uff08\u8bd5\u884c\uff09\u300b\u79f0\uff0c\u8981\u52a0\u5927\u5bf9\u5f00\u5c55\u6d3b\u52a8\u7684\u975e\u6cd5\u793e\u4f1a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u4e3e\u62a5\u30028\u67081\u65e5\uff0c\u6c11\u653f\u90e8\u516c\u5e03\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u300a\u793e\u4f1a\u56e2\u4f53\u767b\u8bb0\u7ba1\u7406\u6761\u4f8b\u300b\uff08\u4fee\u8ba2\u8349\u6848\u5f81\u6c42\u610f\u89c1\u7a3f\uff09\uff0c\u89c4\u5b9a\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u9646\u8fd0\u4f5c\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u56e2\u4f53\u5fc5\u987b\u516c\u5f00\u8d44\u91d1\u3001\u6240\u83b7\u6350\u6b3e\u6570\u989d\u3001\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\u53ca\u6210\u5458\u7b49\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5fc5\u987b\u6bcf\u5e74\u8fdb\u884c\u7533\u62a5\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8220;\u8fd9\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u4ee4\u4eba\u62c5\u5fc3\u7684\u3002\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\uff0c\u5bf9NGO\u7684\u4e25\u63a7\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u5e38\u89c4\u5316\u3002\u524d\u51e0\u5e74\u4e2d\u592e\u8981\u52a0\u5f3a\u5728\u8fd9\u4e9b\u56e2\u4f53\u91cc\u9762\u673a\u6784\u91cc\u9762\u7684\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u5b8c\u5168\u6709\u72ec\u7acb\u8fd0\u4f5c\u7684\u673a\u6784\u3002\u4eca\u5e74\u6765\u8bb2\uff0c\u4e5f\u770b\u5230\u4e86NGO\u6cd5\u91cc\u5df2\u7ecf\u6709\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u8981\u8ddf\u516c\u5b89\u53bb\u5907\u6848\u3002\u300a\u6148\u5584\u6cd5\u300b\u91cc\u9762\u7279\u522b\u63d0\u5230\uff0c\u5173\u4e8e\u56fd\u5bb6\u5b89\u5168\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u7b49\u7b49\u7684\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6761\u6587\u3002&#8221;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px;
