color: #3a3939; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">\u5fc3\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e2d\u56fd\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u8ba4\u540c\u4e24\u5cb8\u540c\u5c5e\u4e00\u4e2d\u3002\u7b2c\u4e8c\uff0c\u575a\u51b3\u53cd\u5bf9&#8220;\u53f0\u72ec&#8221;\u5206\u88c2\u52bf\u529b\u53ca\u5176\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u786e\u4fdd\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e3b\u6743\u548c\u9886\u571f\u5b8c\u6574\u662f\u56fd\u5bb6\u6838\u5fc3\u5229\u76ca\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u6761\u4e0d\u53ef\u903e\u8d8a\u7684\u7ea2\u7ebf\u3002\u7b2c\u4e09\uff0c\u63a8\u8fdb\u4e24\u5cb8\u7ecf\u6d4e\u793e\u4f1a\u878d\u5408\u53d1\u5c55\u3002\u4e24\u5cb8\u5f00\u5c55\u7ecf\u6d4e\u5408\u4f5c\u5177\u6709\u5f97\u5929\u72ec\u539a\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\u3002\u79c9\u6301\u4e92\u5229\u53cc\u8d62\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4e24\u5cb8\u7ecf\u6d4e\u793e\u4f1a\u878d\u5408\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u4e24\u5cb8\u540c\u80de\u5171\u540c\u5229\u76ca\u3002\u7b2c\u56db\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u5f18\u626c\u4e2d\u534e\u6587\u5316\u3002\u4e2d\u534e\u4f20\u7edf\u4f18\u79c0\u6587\u5316\u690d\u6839\u5728\u4e24\u5cb8\u540c\u80de\u5185\u5fc3\u6df1\u5904\uff0c\u662f\u4e24\u5cb8\u540c\u80de\u7684&#8220;\u6839&#8221;\u548c&#8220;\u9b42&#8221;\uff0c\u4e24\u5cb8\u540c\u80de\u662f\u4e2d\u534e\u6587\u5316\u7684\u4f20\u4eba\u3002\u7b2c\u4e94\uff0c\u589e\u8fdb\u4e24\u5cb8\u540c\u80de\u798f\u7949\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u4e3a\u63a8\u52a8\u4e24\u5cb8\u5173\u7cfb\u6240\u505a\u7684\u4e00\u5207\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e24\u5cb8\u540c\u80de\u5bf9\u7f8e\u597d\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u5411\u5f80\u3002\u7b2c\u516d\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e2d\u534e\u6c11\u65cf\u4f1f\u5927\u590d\u5174\u3002\u4eca\u5e74\u662f\u5b59\u4e2d\u5c71\u5148\u751f\u8bde\u8fb0150\u5468\u5e74\u3002\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u5b59\u4e2d\u5c71\u5148\u751f\u632f\u5174\u4e2d\u534e\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u5c55\u73b0\u51fa\u524d\u6240\u672a\u6709\u7684\u5149\u660e\u524d\u666f\u3002\u4e24\u5cb8\u5173\u7cfb\u53d1 \u5c55\u3001\u53f0\u6e7e\u540c\u80de\u524d\u9014\u7cfb\u4e8e\u4e2d\u534e\u6c11\u65cf\u4f1f\u5927\u590d\u5174\u3002<\/span><p style=\"margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: #3a3939; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u6d2a\u79c0\u67f1\u5728\u51fa\u5e2d\u5168\u56fd\u653f\u534f\u4e3b\u5e2d\u4fde\u6b63\u58f0\u7684\u6b22\u8fce\u665a\u5bb4\u65f6\u7684\u81f4\u8bcd\u4e2d\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4eca\u5929\u7684&#8220;\u6d2a\u4e60\u4f1a&#8221;\u662f\u5ef6\u7eed\u56fd\u5171\u4e24\u515a\u81ea2005\u5e74&#8220;\u8fde\u80e1\u4f1a&#8221;\u4ee5\u6765\u7684\u56fa\u5b9a\u4f1a\u8c08\uff0c\u4e24\u5cb8\u57fa\u4e8e\u4e5d\u4e8c\u5171\u8bc6\u7684\u4e92\u4fe1\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u5f53\u8fd9\u4e2a\u57fa\u7840\u4e0d\u53d8\uff0c\u5c31\u4f1a\u6709\u5f88\u597d\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u4e24\u5cb8\u53cc\u65b9\u5bf9\u4e24\u5cb8\u548c\u5e73\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u5fc3\u613f\u662f\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u53cd\u5bf9\u53f0\u72ec\u7684\u8fd9\u4e2a\u7acb\u573a\u4e5f\u662f\u5171\u540c\u4e0d\u53d8\u7684\u3002\u6d2a\u79c0\u67f1\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e24\u5cb8\u4ece\u8fdc\u79bb\u70df\u785d\u3001\u7ec8\u7ed3\u4ec7\u6068\u8d70\u5230\u5316\u51b0\u878d\u51b0\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u6b65\u90fd\u975e\u5e38\u7f13\u6162\u4e14\u8270\u96be\uff0c\u90fd\u8981\u514b\u670d\u5f88\u591a\u969c\u788d\u3001\u63a5\u53d7\u8bb8\u591a\u6311\u6218\u3002\u6d2a\u79c0\u67f1\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e24\u5cb8\u8981\u7ef4\u6301\u548c\u5e73\u53d1\u5c55\u76f8\u5f53\u4e0d\u6613\uff0c\u4f46\u8fd9\u4ef6\u4e8b\u65b9\u5411\u6ca1\u9519\u3001\u6b65\u4f10\u6ca1\u9519\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5e74\u624d\u4f1a\u5199\u4e0b\u4e00\u7bc7\u7bc7\u53f2\u9875\uff0c\u5728\u5404\u4e2a\u9886\u57df\u5747\u6709\u4e30\u7855\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u90fd\u503c\u5f97\u4e24\u5cb8\u5171\u540c\u73cd\u60dc\uff0c\u7edd\u4e0d\u5bb9\u8bb8\u8d70\u56de\u5934\u8def\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: #3a3939; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u6d2a\u79c0\u67f1\u6b64\u6b21\u7387\u56e2\u8bbf\u5927\u9646\u524d\uff0c\u56fd\u6c11\u515a\u5185\u4e3a\u4e86\u662f\u5426\u5728\u6d2a\u4e60\u4f1a\u65f6\u8868\u8ff0&#8220;\u4e00\u4e2d\u5404\u8868&#8221;\u3001\u751a\u81f3&#8220;\u4e00\u4e2d\u540c\u8868&#8221;\u6709\u4e89\u8bae\u3002\u6d2a\u79c0\u67f1\u884c\u524d\u66fe\u8bf4\uff0c\u6b64\u884c\u4e0d\u4f1a\u6709\u610f\u5916\u6f14\u51fa\u3002\u534e\u4e1c\u5e08\u8303\u5927\u5b66\u4e24\u5cb8\u4ea4\u6d41\u4e0e\u533a\u57df\u53d1\u5c55\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u526f\u6240\u957f\u5305\u627f\u67ef\u544a\u8bc9\u4e2d\u592e\u793e\uff0c\u6d2a\u79c0\u67f1\u6c42\u4e00\u4e2d\u539f\u5219\u4e4b\u540c\uff0c\u5b58\u4e00\u4e2d\u6db5\u4e49\u4e4b\u5f02\u7684\u8bf4\u6cd5\uff0c\u65e2\u7ef4\u6301\u4e86\u524d\u603b\u7edf\u9a6c\u82f1\u4e5d\u575a\u6301\u7684\u4e00\u4e2d\u5404\u8868\uff0c\u53c8\u5bf9\u4e00\u4e2d\uff08\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e2d\u56fd\uff09\u6709\u66f4\u660e\u786e\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u3002\u4ed6\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u56fd\u6c11\u515a\u5185\u56e0\u6b64\u800c\u8d77\u7684\u98ce\u6ce2\u5e94\u8be5\u53ef\u5c31\u6b64\u5e73\u606f\u3002\u4e0a\u6d77\u53f0\u6e7e\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u5e38\u52a1\u526f\u4f1a\u957f\u502a\u6c38\u6770\u5219\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u56fd\u6c11\u515a\u7684\u548c\u5e73\u653f\u7eb2\u4e3a\u8fd9\u6b21\u6d2a\u4e60\u4f1a\u5960\u5b9a\u597d\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u53ef\u5728\u6b64\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\u7ee7\u7eed\u589e\u5f3a\u4e92\u4fe1\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 30px;
