Chinese officials cremated Tashi&#8217;s body but later returned his ashes to the family, according to latest reports received by CECD on Tuesday.<\/span><\/p>  <p>&nbsp;<\/p>  <p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The arrest occurred as China began to intensify efforts to restrict online information sharing.
