margin-bottom: 15px; font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: #3a3939; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u56f4\u7ed5&#8220;\u7f8e\u56fd\u4f18\u5148&#8221;\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u7279\u6717\u666e\u5185\u653f\u5916\u4ea4\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5448\u73b0\u51fa\u5185\u5411\u6536\u7f29\u7684&#8220;\u5b64\u7acb\u4e3b\u4e49&#8221;\u7279\u5f81\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u7279\u6717\u666e\u52fe\u52d2\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5b8f\u5927\u7684\u6218\u7565\u5e03\u5c40\uff0c\u80fd\u8d70\u591a\u8fdc\u5c1a\u672a\u53ef\u77e5\uff0c\u4f46\u9996\u5148\u53d7\u5230\u8003\u9a8c\u7684\u5c31\u662f\u4e2d\u7f8e\u5173\u7cfb\u3002\u7279\u6717\u666e\u5728\u5019\u4efb\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u66fe\u5c61\u6b21\u53d1\u51fa\u9488\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u8d1f\u9762\u8a00\u8bba\uff0c\u591a\u6b21\u6279\u8bc4\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u5bf9\u534e\u8d38\u6613\u9006\u5dee\uff0c\u602a\u7f6a\u4e2d\u56fd\u5f71\u54cd\u7f8e\u56fd\u4eba\u5c31\u4e1a\uff0c\u6307\u8d23\u4e2d\u56fd\u6545\u610f\u8d2c\u4f4e\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\u6c47\u7387\u6765\u6269\u5927\u51fa\u53e3\u3002\u4ed6\u751a\u81f3\u8bd5\u56fe\u60f3\u4ee5&#8220;\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e2d\u56fd&#8221;\u505a\u7b79\u7801\uff0c\u4e0e\u4e2d\u56fd\u5c31\u8d38\u6613\u548c\u6c47\u7387\u95ee\u9898\u8fdb\u884c\u8c08\u5224\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: #3a3939; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; background-color: #ffffff;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u5317\u4eac\u65b9\u9762\u65e0\u6cd5\u5ffd\u89c6\u7279\u6717\u666e\u7ecf\u8d38\u56e2\u961f\u5e26\u6709\u7684\u5f3a\u70c8&#8220;\u53cd\u534e&#8221;\u7279\u5f81\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u80fd\u65e0\u89c6\u7279\u6717\u666e\u56fd\u9632\u5b89\u5168\u56e2\u961f\u6709\u610f\u5f3a\u5316\u5728\u4e1c\u4e9a\u5175\u529b\u90e8\u7f72\u7684\u503e\u5411\u3002\u4ecd\u5904\u4e8e\u89c2\u5bdf\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u5317\u4eac\uff0c\u671f\u5f85\u4e2d\u7f8e\u5173\u7cfb\u5e73\u7a33\u8fc7\u6e21\u7684\u5e0c\u671b\u6216\u8bb8\u53d7\u5230\u4e86\u5f3a\u70c8\u523a\u6fc0\u3002\u56e0\u4e3a\u7f8e\u56fd\u5927\u9009\u4e00\u5e74\u591a\u6765\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u7684\u5b98\u65b9\u5a92\u4f53\u4e00\u76f4\u5bf9\u6709\u83b7\u9009\u5e0c\u671b\u7684\u7f8e\u56fd\u6c11\u4e3b\u515a\u5019\u9009\u4eba\u5e0c\u62c9\u91cc\u5fc3\u6000\u4e0d\u6ee1\uff0c\u5531\u8870\u5e0c\u62c9\u91cc\u66fe\u7ecf\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u5a92\u4f53\u7684&#8220;\u4e3b\u65cb\u5f8b&#8221;\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u8fd8\u6709\u4e0d\u5c11\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u81ea\u79f0\u662f\u7279\u6717\u666e\u7684\u7c89\u4e1d\u3002\u4f46\u6b8a\u4e0d\u77e5\uff0c\u7279\u6717\u666e\u5374\u641e\u8d77\u4e86\u8054\u4fc4\u6297\u4e2d\u7684\u628a\u620f\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin-top: 30px;
