font-size: 13px; background-color: #ffffff;\"><p style=\"margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; font-size: 18px; line-height: 25px; color: #3a3939;\">\u9999\u6e2f\u4e1c\u7f51\u4eca\u5929\u5f15\u636e\u53ef\u9760\u6d88\u606f\u6765\u6e90\u62a5\u5bfc\u56fd\u9645\u5211\u8b66\u7ec4\u7ec7\u53d1\u51fa\u5168\u7403\u7ea2\u8272\u901a\u7f09\u4ee4\uff0c\u901a\u7f09\u4e2d\u56fd\u6d41\u4ea1\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u5bcc\u7fc1\u5546\u4eba\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u3002\u6d88\u606f\u6307\u56fd\u9645\u5211\u8b66\u4e8e\u6628\u5929\u53d1\u5e03\u7ea2\u8272\u901a\u7f09\u4ee4\u3002\u591a\u5bb6\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ee5\u53ca\u6d77\u5916\u5a92\u4f53\u4e5f\u62a5\u5bfc\u3002\u4e0d\u8fc7\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u5211\u8b66\u5b98\u7f51\u641c\u5bfb\u9488\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u5546\u4eba\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u7684\u7ea2\u8272\u901a\u7f09\u4ee4\uff0c\u5c1a\u6ca1\u6709\u627e\u5230\u7ed3\u679c\u3002\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u591a\u6b21\u5a01\u80c1\u66dd\u6599\u4e2d\u56fd\u5b98\u573a\u8d2a\u8150\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u5bf9\u6b64\u6d88\u606f\u5df2\u4f5c\u80af\u5b9a\u8bc1\u5b9e\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u9999\u6e2f\u4e1c\u7f51\u4eca\u5929\u62a5\u5bfc\uff0c\u636e\u53ef\u9760\u6d88\u606f\u6765\u6e90\u900f\u9732\uff0c\u56fd\u9645\u5211\u8b66\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6628\u65e5\u5df2\u53d1\u5e03\u7ea2\u8272\u901a\u62a5\uff08\u4fd7\u79f0\u300c\u7ea2\u8272\u901a\u7f09\u4ee4\u300d\uff09\uff0c\u901a\u7f09\u5916\u9003\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u5185\u5730\u5546\u4eba\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u3002\u636e\u6089\uff0c\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5317\u4eac\u76d8\u53e4\u6c0f\u6295\u8d44\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u5b9e \u9645\u63a7\u5236\u4eba\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u51cf\u514d\u5176\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8fdd\u5efa\u5904\u7f5a\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u89e3\u9664\u5176\u94f6\u884c\u51bb\u7ed3\u76841.6\u4ebf\u5143\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\uff0c\u81ea2010\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\u5148\u540e11\u6b21\u8d3f\u8d42\u56fd\u5bb6\u5b89\u5168\u90e8\u524d\u526f\u90e8\u957f\u9a6c\u5efa\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u8d22 \u7269\u603b\u503c\u8fbe6000\u591a\u4e07\u5143\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u636e\u4e86\u89e3\uff0c\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u4e8e2013\u5e7412\u670823\u65e5\u51fa\u9003\u5883\u5916\uff0c\u5e76\u56e0\u6d89\u5acc\u884c\u8d3f\u7f6a\uff0c\u4e8e\u6b21\u5e744\u670817\u65e5\uff0c\u88ab\u4e2d\u56fd\u68c0\u5bdf\u673a\u5173\u6279\u51c6\u902e\u6355\u30022015\u5e741\u6708\uff0c\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4\u786e\u8ba4\u9a6c\u5efa\u6d89\u4e25\u91cd\u8fdd\u7eaa\u8fdd\u6cd5\u800c\u53d7\u67e5\u3002\u540c\u5e743\u6708\uff0c\u5185\u4e2d\u56fd\u591a\u95f4\u5a92\u4f53\u62a5\u9053\u9a6c\u5efa\u56e0\u4e0e\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u6709\u5229\u76ca\u52fe\u7ed3\u800c\u72af\u4e8b\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u81f3\u53bb\u5e7412\u6708\uff0c\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4\u5ba3\u5e03\uff0c\u7ecf\u67e5\u540e\u53d1\u73b0\u9a6c\u5efa\u4e25\u91cd\u8fdd\u7eaa\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u804c\u52a1\u4e0a\u7684\u4fbf\u5229\u4e3a\u4ed6\u4eba\u8c0b\u53d6\u5229\u76ca\uff0c\u6536\u53d7\u5de8\u989d\u8d22\u7269\uff0c\u6d89\u5acc\u53d7\u8d3f\u72af\u7f6a\u3002\u7ecf\u4e2d\u7eaa\u59d4\u5e38\u59d4\u4f1a\u8bae\u5ba1\u8bae\u5e76\u62a5\u4e2d\u5171\u4e2d\u592e\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u51b3\u5b9a\u7ed9\u4e88\u9a6c\u5efa\u5f00\u9664\u515a\u7c4d\u53ca\u5f00\u9664\u516c\u804c\u5904\u5206\uff0c\u6536\u7f34\u8fdd\u7eaa\u6240\u5f97\uff1b\u5176\u6d89\u5acc\u72af\u7f6a\u95ee\u9898\u3001\u7ebf\u7d22\u53ca\u6240\u6d89\u6b3e\u7269\uff0c\u4ea6\u79fb\u9001\u53f8\u6cd5\u673a\u5173\u4f9d\u6cd5\u5904\u7406\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u4e1c\u7f51\u7684\u6d88\u606f\u8bf4\uff0c\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u662f\u5c71\u4e1c\u4eba\uff0c1980\u5e74\u4ee3\u4e8e\u53e4\u57ce\u4e2d\u5b66\u8bfb\u521d\u4e2d\uff0c\u6bd5\u4e1a\u540e\u672a\u8003\u4e0a\u9ad8\u4e2d\uff0c\u5230\u4e86\u6cb3\u5357\u7701\u90d1\u5dde\u5e02\u5b9a\u5c45\u3002\u4ed6\u521b\u529e\u6cb3\u5357\u5927\u8001\u677f\u5bb6\u5177\u5382\uff0c\u518d\u4e0e\u9999\u6e2f\u4e00\u4f01\u4e1a\u5408\u8d44\u6210\u7acb\u88d5\u8fbe\u7f6e\u4e1a\uff0c\u88d5\u8fbe \u7f6e\u4e1a\u53d8\u4e3a\u9999\u6e2f\u72ec\u8d44\u4f01\u4e1a\u3002\u4e4b\u540e\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u548c\u522b\u4eba\u5408\u8d44\u6210\u7acb\u5317\u4eac\u6587\u8302\u6295\u8d44\u987e\u95ee\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u540e\u6765\u6539\u540d\u70ba\u5317\u4eac\u6469\u6839\u6295\u8d44\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u6700\u540e\u6539\u540d\u4e3a\u5317\u4eac\u76d8\u53e4\u6c0f\u6295\u8d44\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u3002 2002\u5e74\uff0c\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u5728\u5317\u4eac\u6210\u7acb\u4e86\u5317\u4eac\u653f\u6cc9\u63a7\u80a1\u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u62a5\u5bfc\u5f15\u8ff0\u4e2d\u56fd\u5a92\u4f53\u6307\uff0c\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u5728\u77ed\u77ed20\u5e74\u95f4\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u5e9e\u5927\u8d44\u4ea7\uff0c2014\u5e74\u7684\u80e1\u6da6\u767e\u5bcc\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bcc\u8c6a\u699c\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ed6\u4ee5155\u4ebf\u8d44\u4ea7\uff0c\u6392\u540d\u7b2c74\u4f4d\u3002\u6709\u4f20\u95fb\u79f0\uff0c\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u6240\u4ee5\u80fd\u5feb\u901f\u53d1\u8ff9\uff0c\u662f\u56e0\u9760\u4e0a\u4e86\u653f\u575b\u4e2d\u4e00\u4e9b\u91cd\u8981\u4eba\u7269\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u88ab\u6307\u66fe\u4e0e\u5b98\u5458\u8054\u624b\u9677\u5bb3\u4e00\u540d\u534e\u5546\uff0c\u4ee5\u53d6\u5f97\u5de8\u989d\u8d44\u4ea7\uff0c\u53c8\u4e09\u5ea6\u56e0\u4e3a\u503a\u52a1\u7b49\u95ee\u9898\u9003\u4ea1\u6d77\u5916\uff0c\u4f46\u4ecd\u900f\u8fc7\u7f51\u7edc\u7206\u51fa\u591a\u540d\u653f\u5546\u754c\u91cd\u8981\u4eba\u7269\u7684\u91cd\u78c5\u731b\u6599\u3002\u636e\u4e86\u89e3\uff0c\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u9996\u6b21\u5916\u9003\u662f\u57281999\u5e74\u524d\u540e\uff0c\u4ed6\u5f53\u65f6\u6709\u4efd\u6295\u8d44\u5f00\u53d1\u7684\u88d5\u8fbe\u56fd\u8d38\u5927\u53a6\u9677\u5165\u591a\u5b97\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u9003\u4ea1\u5230\u7f8e\u56fd\u3002\u90ed\u53c8\u56e0\u70ba\u5728\u5317\u4eac\u7684\u5730\u4ea7\u6295\u8d44\u5931\u5229\uff0c\u57282005\u5e74\u524d\u5f80\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b21\u9003\u5f80\u6d77\u5916\u4ee5\u8eb2\u907f\u503a\u52a1\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u636e\u6d77\u5916\u963f\u6ce2\u7f57\u7f51\u4eca\u5929\u62a5\u5bfc\uff0c\u8be5\u5a92\u4f53\u8bb0\u8005\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u5211\u8b66\u7ea2\u8272\u901a\u62a5\u7684\u5b98\u7f51\u5e76\u672a\u627e\u5230\u76f8\u5173\u8bb0\u5f55\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u4e2d\u7f8e\u5e76\u65e0\u5f15\u6e21\u6761\u7ea6\uff0c\u4e2d\u5171\u8981\u6c42\u7f8e\u56fd\u9063\u8fd4\u301d\u7ea2\u901a\u72af\u301e\u56f0\u96be\u91cd\u91cd\u3002<\/p><div><span style=\"color: #3a3939; font-size: 15px;\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u5b98\u65b9\u5df2\u7ecf\u8bc1\u5b9e\u56fd\u9645\u5211\u8b66\u7ea2\u8272\u901a\u7f09\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u6d88\u606f\u3002\u636e\u4e2d\u56fd\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u5b98\u65b9\u7f51\u7ad9\u62a5\u544a\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u3000\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u53d1\u8a00\u4eba\u9646\u6177\u9488\u5bf9&#8221;\u636e\u9999\u6e2f\u5a92\u4f53\u7684\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u8981\u6c42\u56fd\u9645\u5211\u8b66\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5bf9\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u53d1\u5e03\u7ea2\u8272\u901a\u62a5\u3002\u4e2d\u65b9\u80fd\u5426\u8bc1\u5b9e\uff1f\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u6d89\u5acc\u72af\u4e86\u4ec0\u4e48\u7f6a\uff1f&#8221;\u7684\u63d0\u95ee\u65f6\uff0c\u56de\u7b54\u8bf4\uff1a\u4f60\u8bf4\u7684\u6ca1\u9519\u3002\u636e\u6211\u4eec\u4e86\u89e3\uff0c\u56fd\u9645\u5211\u8b66\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5df2\u7ecf\u5411\u72af\u7f6a\u5acc\u7591\u4eba\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u53d1\u51fa\u4e86\u7ea2\u8272\u901a\u7f09\u4ee4\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f&#8220;\u7ea2\u8272\u901a\u62a5&#8221;\u3002\u6709\u5173\u5177\u4f53\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u5411\u6709\u5173\u90e8\u95e8\u4e86\u89e3\u3002<\/span>&nbsp;<\/div><\/div><div itemprop=\"articleBody\" style=\"color: #141414;
