color: #333333; background-color: #ffffff;\"><div><div><\/div><\/div><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u56e0\u4e3a\u4f20\u64ad\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u7684\u6d77\u5916\u8baf\u606f\uff0c\u672c\u53f0\u8bb0\u8005\u5468\u65e5\uff0828\u65e5\uff09\u5f97\u6089\uff0c\u6df1\u5733\u7537\u5b50\u6797\u751f\u4eae\u906d\u8b66\u65b9\u6293\u6355\uff0c\u6709\u6d88\u606f\u6307\u6293\u6355\u6797\u751f\u4eae\u7684\u6307\u4ee4\u662f\u6765\u81ea\u5317\u4eac\u3002\u81f3\u4eca\u4e3a\u6b62\u6700\u5c11\u5df2\u67094\u4eba\u6d89\u53ca\u4e8b\u4ef6\u88ab\u6355\u6216\u906d\u4f20\u5524\u3002\uff08\u9ec4\u5c0f\u5c71 \/ \u6234\u7ef4\u68ee \u62a5\u9053\uff09<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u636e\u6797\u751f\u4eae\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u900f\u9732\uff0c\u4ed6\u662f\u5728\u4e0a\u661f\u671f\u88ab\u6293\u6355\uff0c\u4ed6\u66fe\u5728\u670b\u53cb\u5708\u900f\u9732\uff0c1\u4f4d\u53eb\u9b4f\u5f6c\u7684\u56fd\u4fdd\u66fe\u7ecf\u5230\u4ed6\u6bcd\u4eb2\u7684\u5e97\u91cc\u627e\u4ed6\uff0c\u4e4b\u540e\u8fd8\u6253\u7535\u8bdd\uff0c\u8981\u4ed6\u5230\u6df1\u5733\u5b9d\u5b89\u533a\u4e0a\u5ddd\u6d3e\u51fa\u6240\u3001\u89e3\u91ca\u4e00\u4e0b\u9999\u6e2f\u670b\u53cb\u7ed9\u4ed61\u679a\u5fbd\u7ae0\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u4ed6\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e00\u65f6\u95f4\u5373\u6709\u4eba\u63d0\u9192\u4ed6\u4e0d\u53ef\u524d\u53bb\uff0c\u5e76\u6709\u4eba\u5411\u5f53\u5730\u6d3e\u51fa\u6240\u81f4\u7535\u6297\u8bae\u3002\u4f46\u4e4b\u540e\u6797\u751f\u4eae\u5931\u53bb\u8054\u7edc\u3002\u5230\u7b2c2\u5929\uff0c\u6709\u77e5\u60c5\u4eba\u58eb\u53d1\u7ed9\u672c\u53f0\u8bb0\u8005\u7684\u7559\u8a00\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u6797\u751f\u4eae\u5df2\u4e8e\u5468\u56db\uff0825\u65e5\uff09\u665a\u88ab\u6355\uff0c\u5e76\u6709\u8bc1\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u6293\u6355\u4ed6\u7684\u6307\u4ee4\u662f\u6765\u81ea\u5317\u4eac\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u4ed6\u8bf4\uff1a\u5c0f\u6797\u3001\u6797\u751f\u4eae\u8dd1\u4e86\u597d\u8fdc\u4e86\uff0c\u8fd8\u662f\u88ab\u4ed6\u4eec\u7ed9\u902e\u4f4f\u4e86\u5f04\u8d70\u4e86\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u8fd8\u6ca1\u6709\u6d88\u606f\u3002\u5230\u73b0\u5728\u8fd8\u6ca1\u6709\u653e\u5462\uff0c\u5f53\u5730\u56fd\u4fdd\u8bf4\uff0c\u90fd\u662f\u5317\u4eac\u8ba9\u4ed6\u4eec\u6293\u7684\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u6797\u751f\u4eae\u7684\u53e61\u4f4d\u670b\u53cb\u4e25\u5973\u58eb\u900f\u9732\uff0c\u6797\u751f\u4eae\u5df2\u7ecf\u88ab\u62d8\u7559\uff0c\u5176\u4eb2\u5c5e\u8bf4\u73b0\u5728\u662f\u62d8\u7559\uff0c\u4f46\u6ca1\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u6d88\u606f\u3002\u800c\u4ed6\u88ab\u6293\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u6d89\u53ca\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ed6\u7684\u7f51\u7edc\u8d44\u8baf\u88ab\u76d1\u63a7\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u5979\u8bf4\uff1a\u6797\u751f\u4eae\u4ed6\u73b0\u5728\u662f\u884c\u653f\u62d8\u7559\uff0c\u7f6a\u540d\u4ed6\u4eec\u6ca1\u544a\u8bc9\u6211\uff0c\u6211\u6253\u7535\u8bdd\u7ed9\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u4eb2\u5c5e\u670b\u53cb\u3000\u3000\u544a\u8bc9\u6211\u3002\u56e0\u4e3a\u58f0\u63f4\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u561b\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u4ed6\u4eec\u67091\u4e2a\u751a\u4e48\u7b7e\u540d\u561b\uff0c\u7b7e\u540d\u4e4b\u540e\u90ae\u7bb1\u4f1a\u67091\u4e2a\u56de\u6267\uff0c\u90a3\u4e2a\u90ae\u7bb1\u88ab\u76d1\u63a7\u4e86\u300225\u53f7\u665a\u4e0a\uff0c\u56fd\u4fdd\u627e\u4ed6\u7684\u65f6\u5019\u4ed6\u6709\u8054\u7cfb\u8fc7\u6211\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u4ed6\u8fd8\u7559\u4e861\u4e2a\u7d27\u6025\u8054\u7cfb\u7535\u8bdd\u7ed9\u6211\uff0c\u4ed6\u8bf4\u5982\u679c\u6211\u88ab\u56fd\u4fdd\u6293\u53bb\u4e86\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u90a3\u4f60\u8054\u7cfb\u4e0d\u4e0a\u6211\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8054\u7cfb\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4eba\uff0c\u540e\u6765\u6211\u5c31\u662f\u8054\u7cfb\u4e0d\u4e0a\u4ed6\uff0c\u6211\u5c31\u8054\u7cfb\u4ed6\u7684\u8fd9\u4e2a\u670b\u53cb\uff0c\u624d\u77e5\u9053\u8fd9\u4e2a\u60c5\u51b5\u7684\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u6797\u751f\u4eae\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u9648\u5148\u751f\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u662f\u5426\u884c\u653f\u62d8\u7559\uff0c\u81f3\u4eca\u4e3a\u6b62\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u624b\u7eed\uff0c\u4ea6\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u8bf4\u6cd5\u3002\u4f46\u4eb2\u53cb\u53bb\u6d3e\u51fa\u6240\u4e86\u89e3\u60c5\u51b5\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u88ab\u8b66\u65b9\u544a\u77e5\uff0c\u6797\u751f\u4eae\u6d89\u53ca\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u5f88\u591a\u4e8b\u60c5\u3002\u8f96\u533a\u6d3e\u51fa\u6240\u6307\u4e0d\u8981\u53bb\u627e\u4ed6\uff0c\u663e\u793a\u5b98\u65b9\u8ba4\u4e3a\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e25\u91cd\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px;
