line-height: 23px; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u636e\u9999\u6e2f\u4e1c\u7f51\u4eca\u5929\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u4e16\u754c\u67099\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u62e5\u6709\u6838\u6b66\u5668\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u671d\u9c9c\u3002\u636e\u745e\u5178\u65af\u5fb7\u54e5\u5c14\u6469\u56fd\u9645\u548c\u5e73\u7814\u7a76\u6240\uff08SIPRI\uff09\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u5168\u7403\u6838\u529b\u91cf\u62a5\u544a\u6307\uff0c\u5728\u8fc7\u53bb\u4e00\u5e74\u91cc\uff0c\u5168\u7403\u6838\u5f39\u5934\u6570\u91cf\u867d\u7136\u7565\u5fae\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u4f46\u6240\u6709\u6709\u6838\u56fd\u5bb6\u90fd\u5728\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u8fdb\u6838\u6b66\u5668\u73b0\u4ee3\u5316\uff0c\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5168\u9762\u5e9f\u9664\u6838\u6b66\u5668\u4f9d\u7136\u662f\u4e00\u4ef6\u9065\u9065\u65e0\u671f\u7684\u4e8b\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px;
