font-size: 12pt;\">\u65f6\u4e8b\u8bc4\u8bba\u5458\u7a0b\u7fd4\u63a5\u53d7\u672c\u53f0\u8bbf\u95ee\u65f6\u5206\u6790\uff0c<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">10<\/span><span style=\"font-family: \u5b8b\u4f53; font-size: 12pt;\">\u7a0b\u7fd4\uff1a\u5341\u4e5d\u5927\u4e0d\u4f46\u80fd\u591f\u5982\u671f\u4e3e\u884c\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u6bd4\u8fc7\u53bb\u7684\u5b89\u6392\u63d0\u65e9\u4e86\uff0c\u5373\u662f\u8bf4\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u7684\u7206\u6599\u6ca1\u6709\u5f71\u54cd\u4e2d\u5171\u5341\u4e5d\u5927\u7684\u5b89\u6392\u3002\u90ed\u6587\u8d35\u5728\u4e03\u6708\u7684\u7206\u6599\uff0c\u662f\u9488\u5bf9\u5f53\u65f6\u7684\u5317\u6234\u6cb3\u4f1a\u8bae\u7684\u5b89\u6392\uff0c\u4f46\u73b0\u5728\u770b\u6765\u4e2d\u5171\u5341\u4e5d\u5927\u7684\u7b79\u5907\u662f\u6b63\u5e38\u8fdb\u884c\u3002<\/span><\/p>  <p>&nbsp;<\/p>  <p><span style=\"font-family: \u5b8b\u4f53; font-size: 12pt;\">\u5728\u534e\u5e9c\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u6218\u7565\u66a8\u56fd\u9645\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff08<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">CSIS<\/span><span style=\"font-family: \u5b8b\u4f53; font-size: 12pt;\">\uff09\u4e2d\u56fd\u95ee\u9898\u4e13\u5bb6\u5e84\u900a\uff08<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Christopher Johnson<\/span><span style=\"font-family: \u5b8b\u4f53; font-size: 12pt;\">\uff09\u63a5\u53d7\u672c\u53f0\u63d0\u95ee\u65f6\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u5341\u4e5d\u5927\u4e4b\u540e\u51fa\u7089\u7684\u4e2d\u5171\u4eba\u4e8b\u5b89\u6392\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u7ed3\u5c40\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u53d1\u751f\uff0c\u8981\u9884\u671f\u4efb\u4f55\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u610f\u5916\u3002\u5e84\u900a\u751a\u81f3\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u6062\u590d\u6bdb\u6cfd\u4e1c\u65f6\u671f\u7684\u515a\u4e3b\u5e2d\u5236\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4fdd\u7559\u515a\u603b\u4e66\u8bb0\u4e00\u804c\uff0c\u5916\u754c\u4e0d\u8981\u610f\u5916\u3002<\/span><\/p>  <p>&nbsp;<\/p>  <p><span style=\"font-family: \u5b8b\u4f53;
