line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u5341\u4e5d\u5c4a\u4e00\u4e2d\u5168\u4f1a\u5468\u4e09\uff0825\u65e5\uff09\u53ec\u5f00\uff0c\u5f53\u4e2d\u73b0\u4efb\u56fd\u52a1\u9662\u526f\u603b\u7406\u6c6a\u6d0b\uff0c\u5c06\u51fa\u4efb\u5168\u56fd\u653f\u534f\u4e3b\u5e2d\uff0c\u804c\u8d23\u9664\u8981\u4e3b\u6301\u653f\u534f\u7684\u5168\u9762\u5de5\u4f5c\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u4e3b\u8981\u7ba1\u7406\u6c11\u65cf\u3001\u5b97\u6559\u53ca\u897f\u85cf\u7b49\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u800c\u73b0\u4efb\u4e0a\u6d77\u5e02\u59d4\u4e66\u8bb0\u97e9\u6b63\uff0c\u5219\u88ab\u4efb\u547d\u4e3a\u56fd\u52a1\u9662\u5e38\u52a1\u526f\u603b\u7406\uff0c\u804c\u8d23\u4e3b\u8981\u5904\u7406\u7ecf\u6d4e\u3001\u4f53\u5236\u6539\u9769\u3001\u8282\u80fd\u51cf\u6392\u53ca\u673a\u6784\u6539\u9769\u7b49\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u6c6a\u6d0b\u5c06\u51fa\u4efb\u5168\u56fd\u653f\u534f\u4e3b\u5e2d\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u7ba1\u7406\u6c11\u65cf\u3001\u5b97\u6559\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ed6\u66fe\u4efb\u5e7f\u4e1c\u7701\u59d4\u4e66\u8bb0\uff0c\u4e8e2011\u5e74\u4e3b\u653f\u5e7f\u4e1c\u65f6\u671f\u9047\u5230\u7684\u6700\u4e25\u91cd\u653f\u6cbb\u5371\u673a\uff0c\u662f\u6c55\u5c3e\u9646\u4e30\u5e02\u4e4c\u574e\u6751\u7684\u6751\u6c11\u7ef4\u6743\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ed6\u540e\u6765\u6210\u529f\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u5176\u4e00\u5927\u653f\u7ee9\uff0c\u6709\u5b98\u573a\u4e2d\u4eba\u5f62\u5bb9&#8220;\u6253\u4e86\u4e00\u573a\u6f02\u4eae\u7684\u4ed7&#8221;\u3002\u6c6a\u6d0b\u66fe\u8868\u793a\u5c06\u4f1a\u5728\u5e7f\u4e1c\u5168\u7701\u63a8\u5e7f\u4e4c\u574e&#8220;\u4e00\u4eba\u4e00\u7968&#8221;\u9009\u6751\u5b98\u7684\u6c11\u4e3b\u9009\u4e3e\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u4ed6\u79bb\u5f00\u5e7f\u4e1c\u540e\uff0c\u4e4c\u574e\u6751\u7684\u7ef4\u6743\u8fd0\u52a8\u6700\u7ec8\u906d\u5230\u9547\u538b\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7ba1\u7406\u5b97\u6559\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u7ef4\u543e\u5c14\u4ee3\u8868\u5927\u4f1a\u53d1\u8a00\u4eba\u8fea\u91cc\u590f\u63d0\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u73b0\u5728\u5f53\u5c40\u6539\u53d8\u4e86\u7ba1\u6cbb\u73ed\u5b50\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5c11\u6570\u6c11\u65cf\u4ecd\u7136\u4f1a\u7ee7\u7eed\u53d7\u5230\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u6253\u538b\uff0c\u6839\u672c\u6ca1\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u6539\u53d8\u5f53\u5c40\u957f\u4e45\u4ee5\u6765\u6253\u538b\u5b97\u6559\u53ca\u9650\u5236\u5c11\u6570\u6c11\u65cf\u81ea\u7531\u53ca\u6743\u5229\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u8fea\u91cc\u590f\u63d0\u8bf4\ufe30\u4ed6\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u66f4\u6362\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5982\u679c\u653f\u7b56\u4e0d\u6362\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u6ca1\u6709\u91ca\u653e\u51fa\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6539\u5584\u7684\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8bda\u610f\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u4e0d\u7ba1\u662f\u8c01\u6362\uff0c\u4ed6\u90fd\u4f1a\u6267\u884c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u8bf4\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u6267\u884c\u8fd9\u79cd\u653f\u7b56\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u4ed6\u53ef\u80fd\u5c31\u5931\u53bb\u4ed6\u7684\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6743\u529b\uff0c\u4ece\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6253\u538b\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u7ef4\u543e\u5c14\u4eba\u7684\u8fd9\u4e2a\u72b6\u51b5\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5728\u6076\u5316\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u7f13\u89e3\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u8ff9\u8c61\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u8bf4\u5462\uff0c\u6211\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5341\u4e5d\u5927\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4ee4\u5230\u6211\u66f4\u52a0\u7684\u62c5\u5fe7\uff0c\u7ef4\u543e\u5c14\u4eba\u7684\u8fd9\u4e2a\u53d7\u5230\u538b\u5236\u7684\u8fd9\u4e2a\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u6269\u5927\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u4ed6\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u5f53\u5c40\u5c06\u5c11\u6570\u6c11\u65cf\u53ca\u6c49\u4eba\u4e00\u89c6\u540c\u4ec1\u7684\u770b\u5f85\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u624d\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6c11\u65cf\u878d\u548c\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u77db\u76fe\u53d1\u751f\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u800c\u97e9\u6b63\u5c06\u51fa\u4efb\u56fd\u52a1\u9662\u5e38\u52a1\u526f\u603b\u7406\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u8d1f\u8d23\u4f53\u5236\u6539\u9769\u53ca\u8282\u80fd\u51cf\u6392\u7b49\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4e0a\u6d77\u5c45\u6c11\u5f20\u5148\u751f\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u97e9\u6b63\u7ba1\u6cbb\u4e0a\u6d77\u591a\u5e74\uff0c\u4ea6\u770b\u4e0d\u5230\u4ed6\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u7a81\u51fa\u653f\u7ee9\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u4ed6\u73b0\u5728\u8eab\u5c45\u8981\u804c\uff0c\u4f46\u4f30\u8ba1\u4ed6\u96be\u6709\u4e00\u756a\u5927\u4f5c\u4e3a\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u5f20\u5148\u751f\u8bf4\ufe30\u97e9\u6b63\u7ba1\u7406\u4e0a\u6d77\u7684\uff0c\u5e94\u8be5\u662f\u9a6c\u9a6c\u864e\u864e\u7684\u53ef\u4ee5\u7684\uff0c\u5e94\u8be5\u662f\u600e\u4e48\u8bf4\u7684\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u529f\uff0c\u4ea6\u6ca1\u4ec0\u4e48\u8fc7\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e0a\u6d77\u4eba\u5bf9\u4ed6\u7684\u611f\u89c9\u5c31\u6bd4\u8f83\u80c6\u5c0f\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\uff0c\u4ed6\u5230\u4e86\u8fd9\u4f4d\u7f6e\u4e0a\uff0c\u4ed6\u5176\u5b9e\u662f\u7ed9\u4ed6\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u662f\u5f88\u5c0f\u7684\uff0c\u4e2d\u592e\u653f\u7b56\u5b9a\u4e0b\u6765\u4ee5\u540e\uff0c\u4ed6\u5177\u4f53\u662f\u5b9e\u884c\uff0c\u5b9e\u884c\u5230\u600e\u4e48\u6837\uff0c\u8981\u770b\u4e0a\u9762\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u600e\u4e48\u5b9a\u7684\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5979\u4eec\u8981\u538b\u5236\u8001\u767e\u59d3\uff0c\u4ed6\uff08\u97e9\u6b63\uff09\u505a\u5f97\u4e00\u6837\u597d\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u81f3\u4e8e\u97e9\u6b63\u8d1f\u8d23\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u90e8\u4efd\u662f\u7ba1\u7406\u8282\u80fd\u51cf\u6392\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u7ef4\u6743\u4eba\u58eb\u9648\u7acb\u96ef\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u7684\u786e\u6709\u5728\u73af\u4fdd\u65b9\u9762\u4e0b\u529f\u592b\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6253\u51fb\u529b\u5ea6\u5c31\u4e0d\u5230\u4f4d\uff0c\u5bf9\u8fdd\u6cd5\u6392\u6c61\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u60e9\u7f5a\u592a\u8f7b\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6c61\u67d3\u95ee\u9898\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u8fdf\u8fdf\u672a\u6539\u5584\uff0c\u5979\u5e0c\u671b\u65b0\u4efb\u526f\u603b\u7406\u53ef\u4ee5\u6539\u5584\u8fd9\u4e2a\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px;
