12pt;\">\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u56fd\u5bb6\u7ea7\u7535\u89c6\u53f0&#8220;RenTV&#8221;\u572812\u670822\u65e5\u62a5\u9053\u65b0\u95fb\u79f0\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u65b0\u5e74\u9910\u684c\u4e0a\u5fc5\u5907\u7684\u4e00\u9053\u9ad8\u6863\u83dc&#8212;&#8212;\u9ed1\u9c7c\u5b50\u9171\uff0c\u8fd1\u671f\u51fa\u73b0\u4e86\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u5bf9\u4eba\u4f53\u6709\u5bb3\u7684\u5047\u5192\u4f2a\u52a3\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u6765\u81ea\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684&#8220;\u5316\u5b66\u9c7c\u5b50\u9171&#8221;\u6d8c\u5165\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u5546\u5e97\u91cc\u51fa\u552e\u7684\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u4ea7\u9ed1\u9c7c\u5b50\u9171\u768470%\u7684\u90fd\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u9c7c\u5b50\u9171\u5047\u5192\u3002<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u4fc4\u5a92\u4f53\u900f\u9732\u79f0\uff0c\u6240\u8c13\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd&#8220;\u5316\u5b66\u9ed1\u9c7c\u5b50\u9171&#8221;\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5927\u591a\u6570\u662f\u6307\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u9c9f\u9c7c\u517b\u6b96\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e3a\u4e86\u8ba9\u9c7c\u5feb\u901f\u751f\u957f\uff0c\u5927\u91cf\u4f7f\u7528\u6fc0\u7d20\u5582\u517b\uff0c\u4ea7\u51fa\u7684\u9c7c\u5b50\u9171\u542b\u4e0d\u77e5\u540d\u6fc0\u7d20\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4e3a\u4e86\u80fd\u591f\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\u4fdd\u5b58\u9c7c\u5b50\u9171\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u9c7c\u5b50\u9171\u4e2d\u8fd8\u88ab\u6dfb\u52a0\u4e86\u9632\u8150\u5242\u7b49\u5316\u5b66\u6dfb\u52a0\u5242\u3002<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u9664\u6b64\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u6781\u5c11\u6570\u7684\u5b8c\u5168\u662f\u5229\u7528\u5316\u5b66\u5236\u5242\u3001\u8272\u7d20\u548c\u5473\u7d20\u52a0\u5de5\u5236\u9020\u7684\u9c7c\u5b50\u9171\uff0c\u4f46\u7531\u4e8e\u9020\u5047\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u5f88\u9ad8\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u5f88\u591a\u5e38\u5403\u9c7c\u5b50\u9171\u7684\u4eba\u90fd\u65e0\u6cd5\u5206\u8fa8\u51fa\u6765\u3002<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af&#8220;\u6e14\u4e1a\u54a8\u8be2&#8221;\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\u4e9a\u5386\u5c71\u5927&#183;\u4e9a\u7ef4\u5229\u8036\u592b\u5bf9\u6b64\u900f\u9732\u8bf4\uff0c\u76f8\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u7684\u7eaf\u5929\u7136\u517b\u6b96\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u9c9f\u9c7c\u517b\u6b96\u5f88\u5c11\u6709\u4e0d\u7528\u6fc0\u7d20\u7684\u3002\u8fd9\u6837\u7528\u5316\u5b66\u54c1\u50ac\u751f\u7684\u9c9f\u9c7c\u53ea\u89814\u5e74\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ea7\u9c7c\u5b50\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u6b63\u5e38\u76848\u5e74\u3002<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u4ed6\u8868\u793a\uff1a&#8220;\u8bf4\u4e2d\u56fd\u9c7c\u5b50\u9171\u8d28\u91cf\u5dee\uff0c\u5bf9\u4eba\u4f53\u5065\u5eb7\u6709\u5bb3\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u4ed6\u4eec\u90fd\u7528\u6fc0\u7d20\u517b\u9c7c\uff0c\u523a\u6fc0\u751f\u957f\u901f\u5ea6\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u9c7c\u5b50\u9171\u901a\u8fc7\u5404\u79cd\u76f4\u63a5\u6216\u95f4\u63a5\u7684\u9014\u5f84\u8fdb\u53e3\u5230\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af&#8221;\u3002<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u4ed6\u8fd8\u900f\u9732\u8bf4\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u5728\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u51fa\u552e\u7684\u6807\u6709&#8220;\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5236\u9020&#8221;\u7684\u9c7c\u5b50\u9171\uff0c70%\u90fd\u662f&#8220;\u4e2d\u56fd\u5236\u9020&#8221;\u7684\u9c7c\u5b50\u9171\uff0c\u4e4b\u540e\u5728\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5883\u5185\u91cd\u65b0\u5305\u88c5\uff0c\u6253\u4e0a&#8220;\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5236\u9020&#8221;\u7684\u5546\u6807\u3002<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5a92\u4f53\u53d1\u5e03\u89c6\u9891\u4e3a\u8bc1\u636e\uff0c\u89c6\u9891\u4e2d\u663e\u793a\u51e0\u4e2a\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u6b63\u4ece\u6c61\u6c34\u91cc\u635e\u51fa\u4e00\u6761\u5927\u9c7c\uff0c&#8220;\u63ed\u79d8&#8221;\u79f0\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9c7c\u5b50\u9171\u771f\u7684\u662f\u4ece\u9c7c\u7684\u809a\u5b50\u91cc\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\uff0c\u517b\u6b96\u7684\u73af\u5883\u4e5f\u662f\u6076\u52a3\u7684\u6c61\u6c34\u6c9f\u3002<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u4f46\u6709\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u517b\u6b96\u4f01\u4e1a\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5a92\u4f53\u5728\u6545\u610f\u62b9\u9ed1\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002\u6709\u4e2d\u56fd\u5a92\u4f53\u5f15\u8ff0\u6d59\u6c5f\u7701\u6d77\u6d0b\u4e0e\u6e14\u4e1a\u5c40\u539f\u526f\u5c40\u957f\u3001\u6d59\u6c5f\u7701\u6c34\u4ea7\u6d41\u901a\u4e0e\u52a0\u5de5\u534f\u4f1a\u526f\u4f1a\u957f\u7684\u770b\u6cd5\u5bf9\u6b64\u5f3a\u70c8\u5426\u8ba4\uff0c\u79f0\u9c9f\u9c7c\u5bf9\u6c34\u8d28\u8981\u6c42\u6781\u9ad8\uff0c\u6c61\u6c34\u6839\u672c\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u517b\u9c7c\u3002\u5c31\u4f01\u4e1a\u672c\u8eab\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u4e00\u516c\u65a4\u9c9f\u9c7c\u4ef7\u683c\u9ad8\u8fbe8000\u5143\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u54ea\u4e2a\u4f01\u4e1a\u613f\u610f\u62ff\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5f00\u73a9\u7b11\u3002<\/span><br
