line-height: 23px; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u6cd5\u65b0\u793e\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u6b27\u6d32\u8bae\u4f1a\u4eca\u5929\u53d1\u8868\u7684\u4e00\u4efd<a href=\"http:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/news\/fr\/press-room\/20180112IPR91637\/droits-de-l-homme-republique-democratique-du-congo-nigeria-et-tibet\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"color: #e20000; outline: 0px; transition: color 0.25s ease 0s;\">\u516c\u544a\u4e2d<\/a>\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u5e94\u8be5\u91ca\u653e\u535a\u4e3b\u5434\u6de6\uff0c\u53f0\u6e7e\u975e\u653f\u5e9c\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u674e\u660e\u54f2\uff0c\u897f\u85cf\u8bed\u8a00\u6743\u5229\u7ef4\u62a4\u8005\u624e\u897f\u6587\u8272\u7b49\u6240\u6709\u56e0\u4e3a\u4ece\u4e8b\u634d\u536b\u4eba\u6743\u6709\u5173\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u800c\u906d\u5230\u5173\u62bc\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\uff0c\u51c6\u8bb8\u5bb6\u5c5e\u63a2\u89c6\u53ca\u6709\u9009\u62e9\u5f8b\u5e08\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u4e2d\u592e\u793e\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u6b27\u6d32\u8bae\u4f1a\u4eca\u5929\u5728\u603b\u90e8\u53f2\u7279\u62c9\u65af\u5821\u53ec\u5f00\u7684\u5168\u4f1a\u4e0a\uff0c\u67095\u5927\u515a\u56e2\u63d0\u51fa\u7d27\u6025\u51b3\u8bae\u6848\uff0c\u4e0a\u5348\u8fa9\u8bba\u65f6\u95f4\u7ea6\u670912\u4f4d\u8bae\u5458\u53d1\u8a00\u5173\u6ce8\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u6743\u8bae\u9898\uff0c\u968f\u540e\u5728\u4e2d\u5348\u8868\u51b3\u65f6\uff0c\u4ee5\u538b\u5012\u6027\u6bd4\u6570\u901a\u8fc7\u8fd9\u9879\u51b3\u8bae\u6848\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u6839\u636e5\u515a\u56e2\u534f\u5546\u7684\u51b3\u8bae\u6587\u7248\u672c\uff0c\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e2d\u56fd\u8eab\u4e3a\u8d38\u6613\u5927\u56fd\u5e94\u91cd\u89c6\u6cd5\u6cbb\uff0c\u6b27\u6d32\u8bae\u4f1a\u4e25\u6b63\u5173\u5207\u5176\u5904\u7f6e\u4eba\u6743\u4eba\u58eb\u53ca\u7ef4\u6743\u5f8b\u5e08\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u6b27\u6d32\u8bae\u4f1a\u51b3\u8bae\u6587\u70b9\u540d\u5173\u6ce8\u5bf9\u8c61\u5305\u62ec\u674e\u660e\u54f2\u53ca\u4e2d\u56fd\u7ef4\u6743\u4eba\u58eb\u5434\u6de6\u3001\u8c22\u9633\u53ca\u624e\u897f\u6587\u8272\u7b49\u4eba\uff0c\u547c\u5401\u4e2d\u65b9\u5e94\u8be5\u65e0\u6761\u4ef6\u91ca\u653e\u88ab\u62d8\u7981\u7684\u4eba\u6743\u4eba\u58eb\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u6b27\u6d32\u8bae\u5458\u4e5f\u8981\u6c42\u5bf9\u8c22\u9633\u5f8b\u5e08\u6307\u63a7\u66fe\u906d\u5230\u7684\u9177\u5211\u8fdb\u884c\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u8457\u540d\u7ef4\u6743\u5f8b\u5e08\u8c22\u9633\uff0c\u53bb\u5e7412\u670826\u65e5\u88ab\u6e56\u5357\u957f\u6c99\u4e2d\u7ea7\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u88ab\u5224&#8220;\u717d\u52a8\u98a0\u8986\u56fd\u5bb6\u653f\u6743&#8221;\u7f6a\u6210\uff0c\u4f46\u6cd5\u9662\u6307\u4ed6&#8220;\u5f52\u6848\u540e\u8ba4\u7f6a\u6094\u7f6a&#8221;\uff0c\u514d\u5176\u5211\u4e8b\u5904\u7f5a\u3002\u4f46\u7f51\u540d\u4e3a&#8220;\u8d85\u7ea7\u4f4e\u4fd7\u5f8b\u5e08&#8221;\u7684\u7ef4\u6743\u4eba\u58eb\u5434\u6de6\u56e0\u540c\u4e00\u7f6a\u540d\u88ab\u5224\u516b\u5e74\u76d1\u7981\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u8c22\u9633\u548c\u5434\u6de6\u6848\u5ba3\u5224\u540e\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u548c\u5fb7\u56fd\u9a7b\u534e\u5927\u4f7f\u9986\u53d1\u8868\u8054\u5408\u58f0\u660e\u8fdb\u884c\u8c34\u8d23\uff0c\u6b27\u76df\u59d4\u54e1\u4f1a\u5916\u4ea4\u548c\u5b89\u5168\u653f\u7b56\u9ad8\u7d1a\u4ee3\u8868\u83ab\u683c\u91cc\u5c3c\u4e5f\u66fe\u5bf9&#8220;\u6b64\u6df1\u8868\u5173\u6ce8&#8221;\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u6cd5\u65b0\u793e\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u6b27\u6d32\u8bae\u5458\u4e5f\u62c5\u5fc3\u4e2d\u56fd\u901a\u8fc7\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u5b89\u5168\u6cd5\u4f1a\u5bf9\u5c11\u6570\u6c11\u65cf\u9020\u6210\u8d1f\u9762\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u53cd\u6050\u6cd5\u5c06\u5f71\u54cd\u5230\u897f\u85cf\u548c\u4f5b\u6559\u6587\u5316\u8868\u8fbe\uff0c\u800c\u300a\u4e2d\u56fd\u5883\u5916\u975e\u653f\u5e9c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5883\u5185\u6d3b\u52a8\u7ba1\u7406\u6cd5\u300b\u5c06\u7ef4\u6743\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7f6e\u4e8e\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002\u6b27\u6d32\u8bae\u5458\u4eec\u9080\u8bf7\u6240\u6709\u6b27\u76df\u56fd\u5bb6\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u5bf9\u4e2d\u56fd\u91c7\u53d6\u5efa\u7acb\u4e0e\u4ef7\u503c\u89c2\u4e4b\u4e0a\u7684\u575a\u5b9a\u6001\u5ea6\u3002<\/p><div><span style=\"font-size: 15px;
