line-height: 25px; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u9646\u6c11\u95f4\u7f51\u7ad9&#8220;\u516d\u56db\u5929\u7f51&#8221;\u521b\u529e\u4eba\u9ec4\u7426\u88ab\u4ee5\u6d89\u5acc&#8220;\u4e3a\u5883\u5916\u975e\u6cd5\u63d0\u4f9b\u56fd\u5bb6\u79d8\u5bc6\u7f6a&#8221;\u79fb\u9001\u56db\u5ddd\u7ef5\u9633\u5e02\u6cd5\u9662\u5ba1\u7406\u3002\u56e0\u62d2\u7edd\u8ba4\u7f6a\uff0c\u68c0\u5bdf\u9662\u8981\u6c42\u6cd5\u9662\u5224\u5904\u9ec4\u742612\u81f315\u5e74\u5f92\u5211\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u636e\u81ea\u7531\u4e9a\u6d32\u548c\u5927\u7eaa\u5143\u7f51\u7ad9\u7684\u62a5\u9053\uff1a\u4e24\u5bb6\u5a92\u4f53\u5206\u522b\u7535\u8bdd\u91c7\u8bbf\u4e86\u9ec4\u742685\u5c81\u7684\u6bcd\u4eb2\u84b2\u6587\u6e05\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u5230\u9ec4\u7426\u6848\u5df2\u5ba1\u7ed3\uff0c\u9ec4\u7426\u5f88\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u88ab\u91cd\u522412\u81f315\u5e74\u5f92\u5211\uff0c\u539f\u56e0\u662f\u4ed6\u575a\u6301\u4e0d\u8ba4\u7f6a\u3002\u4e3a\u9ec4\u7426\u8fa9\u62a4\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u5218\u6b63\u6e05\u7531\u4e8e\u88ab\u59a8\u788d\u9605\u5377\u529e\u6848\u800c\u63d0\u51fa\u591a\u6b21\u6297\u8bae\uff0c3\u67086\u65e5\u4ed6\u5230\u56db\u5ddd\u7701\u7ef5\u9633\u5e02\u770b\u5b88\u6240\u4f1a\u89c1\u4e86\u9ec4\u7426\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">2016\u5e744\u67086\u65e5\uff0c\u9ec4\u7426\u521b\u529e\u7684&#8220;\u516d\u56db\u5929\u7f51&#8221;\u53d1\u51fa\u4e00\u6761\u9898\u4e3a&#8220;\u56db\u5ddd\u7701\u516c\u5b89\u5385\u5b9a\u4e0b\u6253\u51fb\u5929\u7f51\u9ec4\u7426\u65b9\u6848&#8221;\u7684\u62a5\u9053\u3002\u8be5\u6587\u63d0\u5230\uff0c\u56db\u5ddd\u7701\u59d4\u4e66\u8bb0\u738b\u4e1c\u660e\u5df1\u4e0b\u547d\u4ee4\uff0c\u6307\u793a\u7ef5\u9633\u8b66\u65b9&#8220;\u6536\u62fe\u9ec4\u7426&#8221;\uff0c\u56db\u5ddd\u8b66\u65b9\u56e0\u6b64\u6307\u63a7\u9ec4\u7426\u6cc4\u9732\u4e86\u653f\u5e9c\u673a\u5bc6\u3002\u9ec4\u7426\u57282016\u5e7411\u670828\u65e5\u88ab\u6355\u540e\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u96f6\u53e3\u4f9b\uff0c\u5e76\u544a\u8bc9\u516c\u5b89\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u8981\u4ed6\u8ba4\u7f6a\uff0c\u5f53\u5c40&#8220;\u53ea\u80fd\u5f97\u5230\u4e00\u5177\u5c38\u4f53&#8221;\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 23px; margin-top: 30px; margin-bottom: 15px; color: #3a3939;\">\u9ec4\u7426\u6bcd\u4eb2\u84b2\u6587\u6e05\u544a\u8bc9\u5916\u754c\uff1a\u9ec4\u7426\u8eab\u60a3\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u80be\u708e\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u8fd8\u662f\u5168\u8eab\u80bf\uff0c\u4f53\u91cd\u4e0b\u964d\u4e8c\u5341\u591a\u65a4\u3002\u5979\u8981\u6c42\u5f53\u5c40\u7acb\u5373\u91ca\u513f\u5b50\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u9ec4\u7426\u7684\u80be\u75c5\u5f97\u4e0d\u5230\u6070\u5f53\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u5f88\u5feb\u4f1a\u8f6c\u4e3a\u5c3f\u6bd2\u75c7\uff0c\u5979\u5f88\u62c5\u5fc3\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u513f\u5b50\u9ec4\u7426\u4f1a\u6b7b\u5728\u72f1\u4e2d\u3002\u5979\u8c34\u8d23\u8b66\u65b9\u903c\u8feb\u9ec4\u7426\u8ba4\u7f6a\uff0c\u660e\u663e\u4fb5\u72af\u4e86\u516c\u6c11\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u4eba\u6743\u3002\u9ec4\u7426\u7684\u6bcd\u4eb2\u5199\u4fe1\u7ed9\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u6700\u9ad8\u68c0\uff0c\u53cd\u6620\u9ec4\u7426\u7684\u51a4\u60c5\u3002\u8fc7\u53bb\u4ed6\u5199\u4fe1\u7ed9\u56db\u5ddd\u7701\u7ef5\u9633\u5e02\u6cd5\u9662\u3001\u7701\u9ad8\u9662\uff0c\u4f46\u90fd\u6ca1\u6709\u6536\u5230\u56de\u590d\u3002<\/p><p style=\"font-size: 15px;
