line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u5317\u4eac\u5927\u5b66\u5b98\u65b9\u5fae\u535a\u5f53\u5929\u53d1\u5e03\u4e00\u4efd\u8bf4\u660e\u8868\u793a, \u5b66\u6821\u5bf9\u6b64\u4e8b\u9ad8\u5ea6\u91cd\u89c6, \u8981\u6c42\u6559\u5e08\u804c\u4e1a\u9053\u5fb7\u548c\u7eaa\u5f8b\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u7acb\u5373\u590d\u6838\u60c5\u51b5, \u4f9d\u6cd5\u4f9d\u89c4\u5f00\u5c55\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u5317\u5927\u7684\u8bf4\u660e\u8fd8\u8868\u793a, \u5e08\u5fb7\u5e08\u98ce\u662f\u5b66\u6821\u5efa\u8bbe\u7684\u6839\u672c, \u6bcf\u4e00\u4f4d\u8001\u5e08\u90fd\u5e94\u8be5\u4e3a\u4eba\u5e08\u8868, \u5b66\u6821\u6709\u8d23\u4efb\u4fdd\u62a4\u5b66\u751f\u6b63\u5f53\u6743\u76ca\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u5317\u5927\u7684\u8bf4\u660e\u8fd8\u5217\u4e3e\u8be5\u6821\u4e13\u95e8\u6210\u7acb\u6559\u5e08\u804c\u4e1a\u9053\u5fb7\u548c\u7eaa\u5f8b\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a, \u4ee5\u53ca2016\u5e74\u5148\u540e\u5370\u53d1\u300a\u5317\u4eac\u5927\u5b66\u6559\u5e08\u884c\u4e3a\u89c4\u8303\u300b\u5e76\u4fee\u8ba2\u300a\u5317\u4eac\u5927\u5b66\u6559\u5e08\u624b\u518c\u300b\u6765\u51f8\u663e\u81ea\u5df1\u5bf9\u6027\u9a9a\u6270\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u91cd\u89c6, \u548c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u660e\u786e\u5e08\u5fb7\u5931\u8303\u884c\u4e3a\u7684\u8c03\u67e5, \u5ba1\u8bae\u548c\u5904\u7406\u673a\u5236\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u5317\u5927\u8fd8\u8bb8\u8bfa\uff0c\u4eca\u540e\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u52a0\u5f3a\u5e08\u5fb7\u5e08\u98ce\u5efa\u8bbe, \u5b8c\u5584\u5236\u5ea6\u548c\u6293\u597d\u843d\u5b9e\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u4f4d\u4e8e\u7f8e\u56fd\u9a6c\u91cc\u5170\u5dde\u7684&#8221;\u4e9a\u592a\u6cd5\u5b66\u4e2d\u5fc3&#8221;\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e13\u5bb6\u5b59\u8fdc\u948a\u5c31\u6709\u4eba20\u5e74\u540e\u4e3e\u62a5\u4e0a\u8ff0\u6848\u4ef6\u8868\u793a:<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8220;\u81f3\u5c11\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u8bb8\u591a\u5dde\u9488\u5bf9\u8fd9\u7c7b\u6027\u4fb5\u6848\u4e8b\u5df2\u53d6\u6d88\u4e86\u65f6\u6548\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u56e0\u6015\u62a5\u590d\u800c\u4e0d\u6562\u53ca\u65f6\u62a5\u6848\u7b49\u3002\u800c\u82e5\u8bbe\u5b9a\u65f6\u6548\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u53d7\u5bb3\u4eba\u5c31\u66f4\u53d7\u635f\u4e86\u3002&#8221;<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u53e6\u636e\u65b0\u4eac\u62a54\u67086\u65e5\u62a5\u9053,&nbsp; \u56e0\u88ab\u6027\u4fb5\u800c\u81ea\u6740\u7684\u5317\u5927\u5973\u751f\u9ad8\u5ca9, \u751f\u524d\u66fe\u65ad\u65ad\u7eed\u7eed\u544a\u8bc9\u4e00\u4f4d\u81ea\u79f0\u662f\u5979\u95fa\u871c\u7684\u5317\u59271995\u7ea7\u793e\u4f1a\u5b66\u7cfb\u5b66\u751f\u674e\u60a0\u60a0, \u6c88\u9633\u5bf9\u5979\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4e0d\u6b62\u4e00\u6b21\u7684\u6027\u4fb5\u72af\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u62a5\u9053\u63f4\u5f15\u524d\u5317\u5927\u4e2d\u6587\u7cfb\u6559\u5e08\u8303\u3001 \u73b0\u4efb\u5357\u4eac\u5927\u5b66\u6559\u6388\u7684\u6c88\u9633, \u5bf9\u88ab\u4e3e\u62a5\u66fe\u6027\u4fb5\u5973\u58eb\u5e76\u5bfc\u81f4\u5176\u81ea\u6740\u4e00\u4e8b\u7684 \u56de\u5e94\u8bf4, \u4e3e\u62a5\u6587\u7ae0\u4e2d\u7684\u6307\u8d23\u5747\u4e3a&#8217;\u6076\u610f\u8bfd\u8c24&#8217;, \u5e76\u8868\u793a\u4ed6&#8221;\u4fdd\u7559\u63a7\u544a\u7684\u6743\u5229&#8221;\u3002\u4ed6\u8fd8\u8868\u793a, \u6b64\u4e8b\u5f53\u5e74\u90fd\u7531\u6d77\u6dc0\u533a\u516c\u5b89\u5c40, \u5317\u5927\u4e2d\u6587\u7cfb\u548c\u5317\u5927\u515a\u59d4\u8c03\u67e5\u8fc7, \u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e0a\u5bf9\u6b64\u4e8b\u5df2\u6709\u7ed3\u8bba\u3002\u4ed6\u5426\u8ba4\u81ea\u5df1\u57281996\u52301997\u5e74\u95f4\u4e0e\u9ad8\u5ca9\u53d1\u751f\u8fc7\u6027\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px;
