line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u6bcf\u5e74\u76844\u670822\u65e5\u300c\u4e16\u754c\u5730\u7403\u65e5\u300d\uff0c\u662f\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u6027\u73af\u4fdd\u8fd0\u52a8\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u4f1a\u7528\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u6765\u63d0\u5021\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u610f\u8bc6\u5e76\u843d\u5b9e\u73af\u4fdd\u7406\u5ff5\u3002\u88ab\u7f8e\u5a92\u76db\u8d5e\u662f\u300c\u8d44\u6e90\u56de\u6536\u56fd\u9645\u5178\u8303\u300d\u7684\u53f0\u6e7e\uff0c\u6c11\u4f17\u7684\u73af\u4fdd\u610f\u8bc6\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u9ad8\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u8fd1\u5e74\u4ea6\u61c2\u5f97\u7ed3\u5408\u6cd5\u5f8b\u634d\u536b\u73af\u5883\u3002\u6709\u73af\u4fdd\u4eba\u58eb\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u5730\u7403\u65e5\u624d\u54cd\u5e94\u73af\u4fdd\uff0c\u671f\u671b\u6c11\u95f4\u548c\u653f\u5e9c\u653f\u7b56\u4e92\u76f8\u914d\u5408\uff0c\u4e3a\u5730\u7403\u51fa\u4e00\u5206\u529b\u3002\uff08\u6587\u5b87\u6674 \u62a5\u9053\uff09<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u5728\u5730\u7403\u8d44\u6e90\u9010\u6e10\u532e\u4e4f\u4e0b\uff0c\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u518d\u751f\u5df2\u4e3a\u5f53\u52a1\u4e4b\u6025\u3002\u52a0\u4e0a\u968f\u8457\u57ce\u5e02\u5f00\u53d1\u548c\u73af\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u751f\u7269\u7684\u6816\u5730\u548c\u751f\u5b58\u90fd\u53d7\u5230\u5a01\u80c1\u3002\u53f0\u6e7e\u572890\u5e74\u4ee3\u672b\u5f00\u59cb\u63a8\u5e7f\u8d44\u6e90\u56de\u6536\uff0c\u4e5f\u7acb\u6cd5\u89c4\u8303\u4ece\u4eba\u6c11\u3001\u653f\u5e9c\u5230\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u73af\u4fdd\u8ba4\u77e5\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u6ede\u7559\u53f0\u6e7e\u7684\u5927\u9646\u5f02\u89c1\u4eba\u58eb\u9f9a\u4e0e\u5251\u5411\u8bb0\u8005\u53cd\u6620\uff0c\u5728\u53f0\u6e7e\u751f\u6d3b\u7ea62\u5e74\u65f6\u95f4\u91cc\uff0c\u4ed6\u611f\u5230\u53f0\u6e7e\u6c11\u4f17\u7684\u73af\u4fdd\u610f\u8bc6\u5f88\u5f3a\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5bb6\u5c45\u5783\u573e\u7684\u5206\u7c7b\u4e60\u60ef\uff1b\u800c\u5f53\u5730\u4eba\u4ee5\u53ca\u6e38\u5ba2\u6700\u559c\u6b22\u901b\u7684\u591c\u5e02\uff0c\u4ea6\u4f1a\u5728100\u5230200\u7c73\u5de6\u53f3\u653e\u7f6e\u5783\u573e\u7bb1\u3002\u4ed6\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4ed6\u8fc7\u53bb\u5728\u5927\u9646\u751f\u6d3b\u65f6\u65e0\u6cd5\u4f53\u4f1a\u7684\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u9f9a\u4e0e\u5251\u8bf4\ufe30\u611f\u89c9\u5230\u73af\u4fdd\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u5df2\u7ecf\u6df1\u5165\u5230\u666e\u901a\u6c11\u4f17\u7684\u5fc3\u91cc\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u5783\u573e\u5206\u7c7b\u5c31\u505a\u5f97\u975e\u5e38\u597d\u4e86\u3002\u5927\u9646\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u662f\u86ee\u9f50\u5168\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6587\u660e\u7684\u7d20\u517b\u8fd8\u6709\u5bf9\u73af\u4fdd\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u8ba4\u77e5\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4ec5\u4ec5\u505c\u7559\u5728\u53e3\u5934\u4e0a\u800c\u5df2\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u968f\u8457\u53f0\u6e7e\u6c11\u4f17\u7684\u73af\u4fdd\u610f\u8bc6\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u5f3a\uff0c\u5728\u9047\u5230\u4e00\u4e9b\u634d\u536b\u73af\u5883\u7684\u8bae\u9898\u6216\u6297\u4e89\u884c\u52a8\u4e0a\uff0c\u6c11\u95f4\u90fd\u4f1a\u8fd0\u7528\u6cd5\u5f8b\u624b\u6bb5\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u53f0\u6e7e\u86ee\u91ce\u5fc3\u8db3\u751f\u6001\u534f\u4f1a\u4e13\u804c\u5f8b\u5e08\u8521\u96c5\u6ee2\u8bf4\uff0c\u5728\u4e00\u4e9b\u5f97\u4e0d\u5230\u653f\u5e9c\u6b63\u89c6\u7684\u73af\u4fdd\u8bae\u9898\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e0a\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u9047\u5230\u8d22\u56e2\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u6c11\u4f17\u9010\u6e10\u4e86\u89e3\u5230\u5355\u9760\u6297\u4e89\u7684\u529b\u91cf\u662f\u4e0d\u8db3\u591f\u7684\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u5f00\u59cb\u7ed3\u5408\u6cd5\u5f8b\u624b\u6bb5\u53cc\u7ba1\u9f50\u4e0b\uff0c\u8ba9\u653f\u5e9c\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u4ecb\u5165\u89e3\u51b3\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u4ea6\u80fd\u53eb\u505c\u4e00\u4e9b\u8fdd\u6cd5\u7684\u7834\u574f\u73af\u5883\u884c\u4e3a\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u8521\u96c5\u6ee2\u8bf4\ufe30\u53f0\u6e7e\u7684\u6c11\u4f17\u73b0\u5728\u4e5f\u60f3\u5230\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5c42\u9762\uff0c\u6765\u89e3\u91ca\u5f00\u53d1\u884c\u4e3a\u6709\u6ca1\u6709\u8fdd\u6cd5\u7684\u4e1c\u897f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u627e\u8bdd\u90a3\u80af\u5b9a\u8981\u8fdb\u884c\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u5df2\u7ecf\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u666e\u904d\u4e86\u3002\u50cf\u662f\u5f88\u591a\u4e0d\u6b63\u5f53\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u6c11\u4f17\u53cd\u5bf9\u7684\u540c\u65f6\u4e5f\u4f1a\u7814\u7a76\u5728\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0a\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u8521\u96c5\u6ee2\u5f8b\u5e08\u53c8\u8bf4\uff0c\u534f\u4f1a\u4ea6\u8054\u540c\u5176\u4ed6\u4e2a\u73af\u4fdd\u56e2\u4f53\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u300c\u73af\u4fdd\u5f8b\u5e08\u300d\u7684\u57f9\u8bad\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u66f4\u591a\u5f8b\u5e08\u80fd\u53c2\u4e0e\u5173\u4e8e\u73af\u4fdd\u8bae\u9898\u7684\u516c\u5171\u4e8b\u52a1\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u54a8\u8be2\u7b49\u534f\u52a9\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u53f0\u6e7e\u73af\u5883\u8d44\u8baf\u534f\u4f1a\u79d8\u4e66\u957f\u9648\u745e\u5bbe\u5411\u672c\u53f0\u4ecb\u7ecd\uff0c\u53f0\u6e7e\u6709\u6c11\u95f4\u73af\u4fdd\u56e2\u4f53\u5341\u591a\u4e2a\uff0c\u8fc7\u53bb\u4e00\u76f4\u52aa\u529b\u63a8\u52a8\u5c9b\u5185\u7684\u73af\u4fdd\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u76d1\u7763\u3001\u5efa\u8bae\u653f\u5e9c\u843d\u5b9e\u6709\u6548\u7684\u73af\u4fdd\u653f\u7b56\u3002\u53f0\u6e7e\u7684\u73af\u4fdd\u7f72\u5728\u4eca\u5e742\u6708\u4efd\u5ba3\u5e03\uff0c\u53f0\u6e7e\u8981\u843d\u5b9e\u9884\u8ba1\u57282030\u5e74\u5168\u9762\u7981\u7528\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u7684\u5851\u80f6\u5438\u7ba1\u3001\u5851\u80f6\u996e\u6599\u676f\u3001\u8d2d\u7269\u5851\u80f6\u888b\u4ee5\u53ca\u5851\u80f6\u9910\u5177\u3002\u6b64\u4e3e\u4ee4\u5230\u4e0d\u5c11\u73af\u4fdd\u56e2\u4f53\u5e26\u6765\u9f13\u821e\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px;
