line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u6b27\u76df5\u4f4d\u9a7b\u534e\u5916\u4ea4\u5b98\u65e5\u524d\u8bd5\u56fe\u63a2\u89c6\u5218\u971e\u53d7\u963b\uff0c\u518d\u5ea6\u6380\u8d77\u516c\u4f17\u5bf9\u5218\u971e\u7684\u5173\u6ce8\u3002\u65c5\u5fb7\u4f5c\u5bb6\u5ed6\u4ea6\u6b66\u62ab\u9732\uff0c\u5f53\u5c40\u5bf9\u5218\u971e\u7ee7\u7eed\u4e25\u5bc6\u770b\u5b88\u3002\u5218\u971e\u53e6\u4e00\u53cb\u4eba\u4ea6\u900f\u9732\uff0c\u5979\u6240\u670d\u7528\u7684\u836f\u7269\u4ea6\u987b\u7ecf\u56fd\u4fdd\u4e4b\u624b\uff0c\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6709\u5371\u9669\u6027\u6f5c\u5728\u3002\u5fb7\u56fd\u7b14\u4f1a\u524d\u79d8\u4e66\u957f\u53d1\u8d77\u8054\u7f72\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u547c\u5401\u5fb7\u603b\u7406\u9ed8\u514b\u5c14\u6708\u5e95\u8bbf\u534e\u65f6\u6551\u4eba\u3002\uff08\u5434\u4ea6\u6850 \/ \u6797\u56fd\u7acb\u3000\u62a5\u9053\uff09<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u6d41\u4ea1\u5fb7\u56fd\u7684\u5f02\u89c1\u4f5c\u5bb6\u5ed6\u4ea6\u6b66\uff0c4\u6708\u5e95\u66dd\u5149\u5218\u971e\u300c\u4ee5\u6b7b\u6297\u4e89\u300d\u7684\u901a\u8bdd\u5f55\u97f3\u540e\uff0c\u5916\u754c\u9ad8\u5ea6\u5173\u5207\u5218\u971e\u7684\u8eab\u5fc3\u5065\u5eb7\u72b6\u51b5\u548c\u5904\u5883\u3002\u7f8e\u56fd\u548c\u5fb7\u56fd\u4e5f\u76f8\u7ee7\u5411\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u547c\u5401\u5c3d\u5feb\u8ba9\u5218\u971e\u83b7\u5f97\u81ea\u7531\u65c5\u884c\u6743\u5229\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u4e0a\u5468\u4e94\uff0811\u65e5\uff09\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6b27\u76df\u9a7b\u534e\u4ee3\u8868\u56e2\u3001\u6cd5\u56fd\u3001\u5fb7\u56fd\u7b495\u540d\u6b27\u6d32\u9a7b\u534e\u5916\u4ea4\u5b98\u8bd5\u56fe\u63a2\u8bbf\u5218\u971e\uff0c\u5728\u5176\u4f4f\u5b85\u5916\u906d\u770b\u5b88\u76d8\u67e5\u8bc1\u4ef6\u53ca\u963b\u6b62\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u5ed6\u4ea6\u6b66\u7fcc\u65e5\uff0812\u65e5\uff09\u518d\u4e0e\u5218\u971e\u901a\u8bdd\uff0c\u5218\u971e\u518d\u544a\u77e5\u4e00\u4e9b\u88ab\u76d1\u7981\u7ec6\u8282\uff0c\u5728\u5979\u7684\u697c\u4e0b\u4e00\u76f4\u505c\u6709\u8b66\u8f66\u548c\u770b\u5b88\u4eba\u5458\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5979\u8981\u51fa\u884c\u5fc5\u987b\u8bf4\u660e\u5730\u70b9\u5e76\u7531\u8b66\u8f66\u62bc\u9001\u524d\u5f80\u3002\u5ed6\u4ea6\u6b66\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5218\u971e\u62ab\u9732\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0e\u6b27\u76df\u5916\u4ea4\u5b98\u63a2\u8bbf\u5218\u971e\u9047\u963b\u60c5\u51b5\u76f8\u82e5\uff0c\u8bc1\u5b9e\u5218\u971e\u4f9d\u7136\u5904\u4e8e\u53d7\u4e25\u5bc6\u770b\u5b88\u7684\u72b6\u6001\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u5ed6\u4ea6\u6b66\u8bf4\uff1a\u5218\u971e\u8bf4\uff0c\u5979\u8981\u5230\u54ea\u53bb\uff0c\u4e0b\u9762\u90fd\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u8b66\u8f66\uff0c\u5230\u54ea\u53bb\u5c31\u628a\u5979\u62c9\u5230\u54ea\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u4ed6\u4eec\u5c31\u5728\u90a3\u513f\u7b49\u8457\uff0c\u6709\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u5efa\u8bae\u8bf4\u8981\u53bb\u529e\u62a4\u7167\uff0c\u5218\u971e\u95ee\u4ed6\uff08\u770b\u5b88\uff09\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u5f00\u8b66\u8f66\u7684\u5c31\u4e0d\u8d1f\u8d23\u56de\u7b54\uff0c\u8d1f\u8d23\u56de\u7b54\u5979\u7684\u73b0\u5728\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e0d\u9732\u9762\u4e86\uff1b\u8fd9\u6b21\u6345\u5f00\u4e86\u4e00\u5c42\u7a97\u6237\u7eb8\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u6345\u5f00\u54ea\u5929\u5218\u971e\u75af\u4e86\u4ece\u697c\u4e0a\u8df3\u4e0b\u6765\u5916\u9762\u4e5f\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u548b\u56de\u4e8b\u3002\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u53d1\u8a00\u4eba\u8bf4\u5979\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e2d\u56fd\u516c\u6c11\uff0c\u516c\u6c11\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u4eab\u6709\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u300c\u5f85\u9047\u300d\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u66fe\u57282012\u5e74\u7a81\u7834\u770b\u5b88\u5c01\u9501\u3001\u6210\u529f\u63a2\u8bbf\u5218\u971e\u7684\u5317\u4eac\u7ef4\u6743\u4eba\u58eb\u80e1\u4f73\u5728\u63a5\u53d7\u672c\u53f0\u91c7\u8bbf\u65f6\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u5e94\u8be5\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u897f\u65b9\u56fd\u5bb6\u5916\u4ea4\u5b98\u5230\u5218\u971e\u5bb6\uff0c\u5b9e\u5730\u9a8c\u8bc1\u4e2d\u56fd\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u5173\u4e8e\u5218\u971e\u5904\u5883\u7684\u300c\u8c0e\u8a00\u300d\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u80e1\u4f73\u8bf4\uff1a\u4f60\u770b\u5230\u4e0b\u9762\u90a3\u4e9b\u50cf\u571f\u532a\u3001\u50cf\u6d41\u6c13\u7684\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u548c\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u5176\u5b9e\u662f\u8054\u52a8\u7684\uff0c\u5916\u4ea4\u90e8\u5b83\u7edd\u5bf9\u4e0d\u627f\u8ba4\u4e2d\u56fd\u5171\u4ea7\u515a\u628a\u4e00\u4e2a\u8bfa\u8d1d\u5c14\u548c\u5e73\u5956\u5f97\u4e3b\u7684\u59bb\u5b50\u8fdb\u884c\u957f\u8fbe8\u5e74\u7684\u975e\u6cd5\u62d8\u7981\u3002\u5173\u6ce8\u5218\u971e\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\u5230\u5979\u5bb6\u697c\u4e0b\u53bb\u4eb2\u8eab\u9a8c\u8bc1\u8fd9\u4ef6\u4e8b\u60c5\uff0c\u4f60\u8ba9\u5979\uff08\u5218\u971e\uff09\u8bf4\uff0c\u6211\u6ca1\u6709\u81ea\u7531\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: 20px; margin-bottom: 15px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u72ec\u7acb\u4e2d\u6587\u7b14\u4f1a\u4f1a\u957f\u5ed6\u5929\u742a\u8fd1\u671f\u4ea6\u4e0e\u5218\u971e\u901a\u8bdd\uff0c\u5979\u6307\u51fa\u5218\u971e\u76ee\u524d\u6cbb\u7597\u6291\u90c1\u75c7\u4e0e\u5fc3\u810f\u75c5\u7684\u836f\u7269\u4ea6\u901a\u8fc7\u5f53\u5c40\uff0c\u5979\u62c5\u5fe7\u5218\u971e\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u6210\u4e3a\u4e0b\u4e00\u4e2a\u5218\u6653\u6ce2\u3002<\/span><\/p><p style=\"font-size: 14px;
