\u8be5\u793e\u8bc4\u6700\u540e\u4e00\u6bb5\u6709\u4e2a\u5e73\u8861\u6027\u7684“\u4f46\u662f”\uff0c\u8868\u793a“\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u8ba4\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u5e94\u628a\u52a0\u5f3a\u6838\u529b\u91cf\u4f5c\u4e3a\u538b\u5012\u4e00\u5207\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4e0d\u60dc\u727a\u7272\u5176\u4ed6\u91cd\u5927\u53d1\u5c55\u5229\u76ca\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u8fd9\u9879\u5de5\u4f5c\u5e94\u5f53\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e8b\u9879\u4e4b\u4e00\u52a0\u4ee5\u7b79\u5212”\uff0c\u523b\u4e0d\u5bb9\u7f13\u3002<\/p>

\u8fd9\u7bc7\u793e\u8bc4\u4e0b\u9762\u53d1\u8868\u51fa\u6765\u7684162\u4e2a\u8ddf\u5e16\u4e2d\u6709\u4e0d\u5c11\u652f\u6301\u6027\u8bc4\u8bba\u3002<\/p>

\u4efb\u56fd\u5f3a\u8bf4\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u6838\u6b66\u5668\u53d1\u5c55“\u59cb\u7ec8\u91c7\u53d6\u6781\u4e3a\u514b\u5236\u7684\u6001\u5ea6\uff0c\u59cb\u7ec8\u628a\u81ea\u8eab\u6838\u529b\u91cf\u7ef4\u6301\u5728\u56fd\u5bb6\u5b89\u5168\u9700\u8981\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u6c34\u5e73”\u3002<\/p>

\u4e2d\u56fd2015\u5e74\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u519b\u4e8b\u6218\u7565\u767d\u76ae\u4e66\u4e5f\u8bf4\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u575a\u6301\u81ea\u536b\u9632\u5fa1\u7684\u6838\u6218\u7565\uff0c\u6838\u529b\u91cf\u59cb\u7ec8\u7ef4\u6301\u5728\u7ef4\u62a4\u56fd\u5bb6\u5b89\u5168\u9700\u8981\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u767d\u76ae\u4e66\u8fd8\u8bf4\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u59cb\u7ec8\u5949\u884c\u4e0d\u9996\u5148\u4f7f\u7528\u6838\u6b66\u5668\u7684\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u575a\u6301\u81ea\u536b\u9632\u5fa1\u7684\u6838\u6218\u7565\uff0c\u65e0\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0d\u5bf9\u65e0\u6838\u6b66\u5668\u56fd\u5bb6\u548c\u5730\u533a\u4f7f\u7528\u6216\u5a01\u80c1\u4f7f\u7528\u6838\u6b66\u5668\uff0c\u4e0d\u4e0e\u4efb\u4f55\u56fd\u5bb6\u8fdb\u884c\u6838\u519b\u5907\u7ade\u8d5b\u3002<\/p>

\u73af\u7403\u65f6\u62a5\u7684\u4e0a\u8ff0\u793e\u8bc4\u4e0b\u9762\u7684\u8bfb\u8005\u8bc4\u8bba\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u4e3b\u5f20\u6539\u53d8“\u4e0d\u9996\u5148\u4f7f\u7528\u6838\u6b66\u5668”\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u3002<\/p>
