12pt;\">\u5bf9\u6b64\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u4fc4\u514b\u62c9\u8377\u9a6c\u5dde\u4e2d\u90e8\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u5173\u7cfb\u95ee\u9898\u4e13\u5bb6\u674e\u5c0f\u5175\u5206\u6790\u8868\u793a\uff1a&#8220;\u5ba3\u4f20\u793e\u4f1a\u4e3b\u4e49\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u65b9\u5411\u3001\u5ba3\u4f20\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u7684\u601d\u60f3\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u52a0\u5f3a\u8fd9\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u6559\u80b2\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u51cf\u5c11\u897f\u65b9\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4e2a\u66f4\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u65b9\u9762\u53ef\u80fd\u515a\u5bf9\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u9886\u5bfc\u3002\u56fd\u5185\u7684\u5927\u5b66\u4ece\u524d\u51e0\u5e74\u5c31\u5f00\u59cb\u662f\u515a\u59d4\u9886\u5bfc\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u515a\u59d4\u4e66\u8bb0\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u628a\u624b\uff0c\u6821\u957f\u662f\u4e8c\u628a\u624b\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u3002&#8221;<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u674e\u5c0f\u5175\u8fd8\u8bf4\uff1a&#8220;\u515a\u59d4\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u6821\u957f\u7684\u4e0d\u4e00\u6837\u3002\u6821\u957f\u7ba1\u884c\u653f\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u515a\u59d4\u662f\u7ba1\u601d\u60f3\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u653f\u6cbb\u5ba1\u67e5\u3001\u9879\u76ee\u6279\u51c6\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e2a\u6743\u5229\u5c31\u5f88\u5927\u4e86\u3002\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u7ba1\uff0c\u8fd8\u8d1f\u8d23\u5b9a\u5411\u3001\u628a\u5173\u3002\u76f8\u5bf9\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u5bf9\u5b66\u6821\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u8d77\u5230\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002 &#8221;<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u4e0a\u8ff0\u62a5\u9053\u4ecb\u7ecd\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u4e2d\u5916\u5408\u529e\u7684\u5927\u5b66\u662f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u610f\u4e49\u4e0a\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u517651%\u80a1\u6743\u7531\u4e2d\u56fd\u5408\u4f5c\u5927\u5b66\u63a7\u5236\uff0c\u5269\u4e0b\u768449%\u7531\u5916\u56fd\u5927\u5b66\u8d1f\u8d23\u3002\u515a\u59d4\u7684\u8fdb\u9a7b\u662f\u5426\u4ee3\u8868\u4e2d\u56fd\u5171\u4ea7\u515a\u8981\u52a0\u5927\u5bf9\u4e2d\u5916\u5408\u529e\u673a\u6784\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u6743\uff1f<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u4e2d\u6587\u653f\u8bba\u6742\u5fd7\u300a\u5317\u4eac\u4e4b\u6625\u300b\u8363\u8a89\u4e3b\u7f16\u80e1\u5e73\u63a5\u53d7\u672c\u53f0\u8bb0\u8005\u91c7\u8bbf\u65f6\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5f53\u5c40\u5c06\u515a\u7ec4\u7ec7&#8220;\u5b89\u88c5&#8221;\u5728\u5408\u529e\u6821\u56ed\u91cc\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u8ba9\u5176\u5728\u5173\u952e\u65f6\u523b\u53d1\u6325\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8220;\u5e73\u65f6\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u7ed9\uff08\u515a\u59d4\uff09\u5177\u4f53\u7684\u5b89\u6392\uff0c\u4f46\u653e\u5728\u90a3\u91cc\uff0c\u7b49\u5230\u9700\u8981\u7684\u65f6\u5019\u5c31\u80fd\u4ee5\u515a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u540d\u4e49\u53d1\u53f7\u65bd\u4ee4\uff0c\u8d77\u5230\u4e00\u5b9a\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u6bd4\u5982\u6559\u5b66\u5185\u5bb9\u3001\u5e08\u8d44\u914d\u5907\u3001\u6d3b\u52a8\u5b89\u6392\u7b49\u3002&#8221;<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u300a\u91d1\u878d\u65f6\u62a5\u300b\u7684\u62a5\u9053\u63f4\u5f15\u77e5\u60c5\u4eba\u58eb\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5927\u5b66\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u59a5\u534f\uff0c\u4f46\u4e00\u4e9b\u7533\u8bf7\u65b9\u4f1a\u5728\u6761\u6b3e\u4e2d\u52a0\u4e0a\u6709\u5173\u5c06\u515a\u7684\u5e72\u9884\u9650\u5236\u5728\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u8868\u8ff0\u4ee5\u4f5c\u6297\u4e89\u3002<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u800c\u674e\u5c0f\u5175\u5219\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff1a&#8220;\uff08\u5927\u591a\u6570\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u73b0\u5728\uff09\u5f88\u591a\u5b66\u6821\u53ef\u80fd\u5c31\u662f\u8d70\u8d70\u5f62\u5f0f\u800c\u5df2\uff0c\u6050\u6015\u4e0d\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u6469\u64e6\u3001\u77db\u76fe\u3001\u751a\u81f3\u5bf9\u6297\u3002\u5408\u4f5c\u529e\u5b66\u7684\u5916\u65b9\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u897f\u65b9\u7684\u79d1\u6280\u3001\u8d44\u6e90\u548c\u5b66\u5458\u90fd\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u73b0\u5728\u6c42\u4e4b\u4e0d\u5f97\u7684\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u4ed6\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a&#8216;\u5173\u95e8&#8217;\u6216&#8216;\u9000\u6b65&#8217;\u7684\u8868\u73b0\u3002&#8221;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u4e0d\u8fc7\u5c31\u662f\u5f62\u5f0f\u4e0a\u548c\u56fd\u5185\u7684\u5b66\u6821\u76f8\u4e92\u534f\u8c03\uff0c\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u6211\u60f3\u5408\u4f5c\u529e\u5b66\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5b66\u6821\u8fd8\u662f\u6709\u76f8\u5f53\u5927\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u6027\u7684\u3002<\/span><br 12pt;\">&#8220;\u4f60\uff08\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\uff09\u5f04\u4e2a\u526f\u6821\u957f\u8fdb\u53bb\uff0c\u8fd8\u662f\u8fdb\u5165\u4eba\u5bb6\u7684\u4f53\u5236\u3002\u4eba\u5bb6\u5916\u56fd\u5b66\u6821\u6709\u4ed6\u81ea\u5df1\u4e00\u5957\u5efa\u5236\u3002\u526f\u6821\u957f\u4e5f\u597d\uff0c\u8463\u4e8b\u4e5f\u597d\uff0c\u90fd\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u804c\u6743\u8303\u56f4\u3002\u4f46\u5b89\u4e00\u4e2a\u515a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u60c5\u51b5\u5c31\u4e0d\u4e00\u6837\u4e86\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u5728\u5916\u56fd\u5b66\u6821\u4f53\u5236\u4ee5\u5916\u7684\uff0c\u4ed6\u8ddf\u4f60\uff08\u5916\u56fd\u5b66\u6821\uff09\u662f\u5e73\u884c\u7684\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u80cc\u540e\u6709\u9760\u5c71\uff08\u4e2d\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\uff09\u3002 &#8221;<\/span><br \/><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u80e1\u5e73\u8865\u5145\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u515a\u59d4\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u4f1a\u4f7f\u5408\u529e\u5927\u5b66\u6821\u65b9\u8fdb\u884c\u81ea\u6211\u5ba1\u67e5\u3002<\/span><br \/><br \/><span
