\nthe saying goes, spring rain is as expensive as oil, but this year’s spring
\nrain is sad.
\nAccording to information released by the media, the number of new
\nconfirmed patients has dropped by almost half again after dropping to
\ndouble digits the day before. This is good news, of course. How will the
\ngovernment, which has implemented such a closure policy, plan its next
\nsteps considering the current situation? I don’t know.
\nA colleague received a phone call from her close friend this morning,
\nsaying that her father had rectal cancer and had called an ambulance to
\ngo to the hospital because his condition had worsened. It seems that the
\n120 ambulances had a rule that after sending the patient to the designated
\nhospital, the 120 ambulances would have to leave. The patient was finally
\nplaced at the entrance of one hospital, and the ambulance took off. Now
\nthe patient not only cannot be admitted to the hospital but cannot even
\nreturn home. The family contacted the community center to send a car
\nto take them home, but the driver did not want to go for fear of
\ncontamination. What to do? The community must ensure the safety of
\nthe drivers. In the end, they can only suggest calling 119 for help. From
\nthe information released by the media, many hospitals have already
\nresumed general outpatient services and started accepting other patients.
\nA colleague’s best friend said it was all a sham. I don’t know if the matter
\nis resolved or not. The colleague said, “This is what’s happening around
\nus. How many other things like this do we not know about? Could this
\nbe the tragedy of the early pandemic; when people with the virus were
\nwailing around waiting to die because there were no beds available? Will
\nit happen again? If the tragedy repeats itself, it will be a 100% disaster
\ncreated by people, and who should be held responsible?<\/p>\n

The person’s grateful words to the secretary successfully triggered
\nthe people’s resentment. Now the people are not as easy to fool as before.
\nAfter all, the cruel reality is in front of you. The most important thing is
\nto make sure that the people of the Internet are aware of this.
\nThere was a loudspeaker shouting for residents to come downstairs
\nand get their favorite vegetables for free. I happened to go downstairs
\nwithout a bag to carry the vegetables. The vegetable distributor said, “We
\ndo not have bags either. Why don’t you take some with your hands?” I
\nwas in a hurry to get to work, so I gave up.
\nDr. Wenhong Zhang said that the Chinese need not be anxious
\nabout the U.S. because the U.S. healthcare system, once activated, can

\nA colleague said that the news of Dr. Lee’s departure to Korea was
\nfalse. Suppose it is understandable that those medical experts hate people
\nlike Dr. Lee to protect the existing medical system. What attitude should
\nwe, ordinary people and patients, take?
\nWho wants to relieve the pain of illness?
\nToday, in addition to answering phone calls and responding to
\ncomplaints, the center remained busy until late in the evening with the
\ndelivery of vegetables and food purchased by the residents. Today there
\nwas a delivery of vegetables to two other districts. The residents have
\nbeen waiting for a long time. Although it arrived five or six days late, the
