\u78ba\u8a3a\u4eba\u6578\u7b49\u5404\u9805\u91cd\u8981\u6307\u6a19\u518d\u6b21\u6b78\u96f6\uff0c\u4f7f\u4eba\u5011\u5c0d\u89e3\u9664\u5c01\u9589\u7684\u9858\u671b\u6108\u52a0\u5f37\u70c8\u3002\u5be6\u5728\u662f\u4eba\u5011\u5728\u5fc3\u7406\u4e0a\u3001\u751f\u7406\u4e0a\u4ee5\u53ca\u7d93\u6fdf\u4e0a\u7684\u627f\u53d7\u529b\u90fd\u5df2\u7d93\u9054\u5230\u6975\u9650\u3002\u76f8\u6bd4\u7db2\u7d61\u4e0a\u4f9d\u7136\u5f37\u70c8\u7684\u5c0d\u8cac\u4efb\u4eba\u9032\u884c\u8ffd\u8cac\u7684\u95dc\u6ce8\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u5e02\u6c11\u66f4\u52a0\u95dc\u5fc3\u7684\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6642\u5019\u80fd\u76e1\u5feb\u6062\u8907\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3002\u8981\u5de5\u4f5c\u3001\u8981\u5c31\u91ab\u3001\u8981\u4e0a\u5b78\u662f\u6c11\u773e\u6700\u73fe\u5be6\u4e5f\u662f\u523b\u4e0d\u5bb9\u7de9\u7684\u8a34\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n

The weather was sunny, and the highest temperature reached 27
\ndegrees Celsius. I saw people wearing short-sleeved T-shirts. This winter
\nwas also a warm one with little snow. The old-timers used to say that if
\nwe don’t get a good snowfall in winter, the year won’t be good, many
\npeople will get sick, and the crops in the field will not grow well. It is true.
\nIn my childhood, every winter, snowflakes were flying in the sky. The
\nscene is rarely seen for so many years, but I miss it when a large group of
\nchildren skate and play snowball fighting in the street.
\nMore and more people are returning to work, so the community
\ncenter has assigned two people to this task. The government has issued
\nmany documents and notices. In my opinion, it is good to return to work
\nas soon as possible, but it won’t be easy. After more than two months of
\nlockdown, various difficulties were faced by enterprises, especially the
\nprivate sector. It will be difficult to resolve within a short period. The
\ngovernment should provide substantial support in tax revenue and loans,
\nand various incentive policies should be in place on time. A government
\nwith unlimited power naturally has unlimited responsibility. The practice
\nof emphasizing Chinese characteristics when exercising power but
\nshifting the blame to international practices and market economy when
\nit is time to take responsibility will only break people’s faith in the
\ngovernment. Over the years, some professors and scholars who claim to
\nbe Austrian economists have been silent when government departments
\nand large state-owned enterprises forcefully interfere with the market and
\nbusiness operations to pursue their interests. When the public demands
\nthe government to take responsibility for these transgressions, they come
\nup with a set of Austrian theories such as the free economy and market
\nlaws to defend the government and state-owned enterprises. They have
\nsmoothly transitioned from economists to government housekeepers,
\nwhich is laughable! They have ruined the reputation of economics.<\/p>\n

The number of confirmed patients and other important indicators
\nhave returned to zero, increasing the desire to lift the closure of the city.
\nThe people have reached the limit of their psychological, physical, and
\nfinancial capacity. The public is more concerned about when they will
\nresume their normal lives, while there is still a vital concern on the
\nInternet about who should be held accountable. The need for work,
\nmedical care, and schooling are the most realistic and urgent demands of
\nthe public.
\nIt should be said that the pandemic in China, including Wuhan, has
\nbeen effectively controlled, and the panic is subsiding. More attention is
\nbeing paid to the pandemic in international countries, especially in
\nEurope and the United States, amid an outbreak. There are reports on
\nthe Internet that anti-Chinese sentiment in the United States is on the rise.
\nThe Chinese in New York are coming out together to defend themselves.
\nWe don’t know the actual situation, but the exchange of words between
\nChina and the United States is particularly striking. According to a news
\nreport on Sina.com, the people of Wuhan are furious and have fired the
\nfirst shot at the United States. Honestly, as a member of the Wuhan
\npeople, I don’t know when and why I got angry. The U.S. is so far away,
\nand we can’t even take care of ourselves in a closed environment every
\nday, so we don’t have much energy to be angry about anything. According
\nto the Internet, there seem to be two opinions on the origin of
\ncoronavirus. One is Zhong Nanshan’s view that “the origin of the virus
\nis not necessarily in Wuhan or China.” And the other is Dr. Wenhong
\nZhang’s view that “the virus is not thought to originate outside of China.”
\nThe focus of the two is different, but I think the latter is more objective
\nand rational and a very frank and responsible statement that is more likely
\nto be recognized by the international community.
