href=\"https:\/\/www.rfa.org\/mandarin\/yataibaodao\/renquanfazhi\/hc-10202020132628.html\"><strong>\u201c\u51ef\u5947\u83b1\u6848\u201d\u4e3b\u5ba1\u6cd5\u5b98\u738b\u6797\u6e05\uff1a\u4e0d\u662f\u4eba\u8fc7\u7684\u65e5\u5b50<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"result-title\"><span class=\"discreet\"><a class=\"state-published\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rfa.org\/mandarin\/yataibaodao\/renquanfazhi\/nu-05102019111357.html\"><strong>\u201c\u51ef\u5947\u83b1\u6848\u201d\u7206\u6599\u4eba\u5d14\u6c38\u5143\u9053\u6b49 \u670d\u8f6f\u4e86\uff1f<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"result-title\"><strong><a class=\"state-published\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rfa.org\/mandarin\/yataibaodao\/renquanfazhi\/hc-03122019104542.html\">\u201c\u9655\u897f\u5343\u4ebf\u77ff\u6743\u6848\u201d\u66b4\u9732\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u6cd5\u9662\u526f\u5377\u5f0a\u75c5<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2017\u5e7412\u670821\u65e5\uff0c\u672c\u8be5\u662f\u5f81\u6218\u4e2d\u56fd\u591a\u5730\u3001\u591a\u7ea7\u6cd5\u9662\u5341\u591a\u5e74\u7684\u8d75\u53d1\u7426\u80fd\u5982\u91ca\u91cd\u8d1f\u7684\u4e00\u5929\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u6700\u9ad8\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u5f53\u5929\u5728\u4e8c\u5ba1\u5224\u51b3\u4e66\u4e2d\u8ba4\u5b9a\uff0c\u8d75\u53d1\u7426\u521b\u7acb\u7684\u51ef\u5947\u83b1\u80fd\u6e90\u6295\u8d44\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u4e0e\u9655\u897f\u7701\u5730\u8d28\u77ff\u4ea7\u5c40\uff08\u540e\u79f0\u897f\u52d8\u9662\uff09\u7b7e\u7f72\u7164\u77ff\u6743\u5f00\u91c7\u7684\u5408\u540c\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u5e94\u7ee7\u7eed\u6267\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u6848\u6d89\u53ca\u9655\u897f\u5317\u90e8\u6986\u6797\u6a2a\u5c71\u53bf\u6986\u6a2a\u77ff\u533a\u5317\u533a\u9762\u79ef\u8fbe339\u5e73\u65b9\u516c\u91cc\u3001\u5730\u8d28\u50a8\u91cf15.68\u4ebf\u5428\u3001\u53ef\u5f00\u91c7\u91cf\u8fd111\u4ebf\u5428\u7684\u6ce2\u7f57\u4e95\u7530\u4ef7\u503c\u5343\u4ebf\u7684\u77ff\u6743\u5f52\u5c5e\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u8206\u8bba\u79f0\u4e3a\u201c\u9655\u5317\u5343\u4ebf\u77ff\u6743\u6848\u201d\uff0c\u8d75\u53d1\u7426\u7f20\u8bbc\u591a\u5e74\u80dc\u8bc9\uff0c\u53ef\u4ed6\u6ca1\u6316\u51fa\u4e00\u5428\u7164\uff0c\u8fd8\u78b0\u4e86\u4e00\u8eab\u6296\u4e0d\u5b8c\u7684\u7070\uff0c\u5f97\u8fdb\u76d1\u72f1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u4ed6\u4eec\u505a\u7684\u8fd9\u4e00\u5207\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u593a\u8d70\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u63a2\u77ff\u6743\u3002\u738b\u6797\u6e05\u8bf4\uff0c\u662f\u6211\u5148\u751f\u6307\u4f7f\u4ed6\u5077\u62cd\u5377\u5b97\uff0c\u6211\u5c31\u95ee\u4e86\uff0c\u4ece\u5934\u5230\u5c3e\u738b\u6797\u6e05\u548c\u6211\u5148\u751f\u90fd\u662f\u5206\u5f00\u5ba1\u7406\uff0c\u53c8\u90fd\u662f\u79d8\u5bc6\u5ba1\u7406\uff0c\u4e24\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u6ca1\u6709\u5bf9\u8d28\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e0d\u662f\u8fde\u57fa\u672c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7a0b\u5e8f\u90fd\u4e0d\u9075\u5b88\uff0c\u8fde\u620f\u90fd\u4e0d\u6f14\u4e86\u5417\uff1f\u201d\u8d75\u53d1\u7426\u7684\u592a\u592a\u674e\u5973\u58eb\u627f\u53d7\u7740\u5e9e\u5927\u7684\u8eab\u5fc3\u5b89\u5168\u538b\u529b\uff0c\u63a5\u53d7\u672c\u53f0\u4e66\u9762\u91c7\u8bbf\u65f6\u8d28\u7591\u8fd9\u6b21\u5ba1\u7406\u7684\u5408\u6cd5\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u7591\u70b9\u4e00\uff1a\u6cd5\u9662\u76d1\u63a7\u5de7\u5999\u9ed1\u5c4f<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u5377\u5b97\u6d88\u5931\u53c8\u51fa\u73b0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u738b\u6797\u6e05\u662f\u5f53\u65f6\u8d1f\u8d23\u5ba1\u7406\u8d75\u53d1\u7426\u8bc9\u897f\u52d8\u9662\u5408\u7ea6\u7ea0\u7eb7\u7684\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u540d\u6cd5\u5ead\u5ba1\u5224\u5458\u3002\u8981\u5148\u5398\u6e05\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u57282018\u5e7412\u6708\u5e95\uff0c\u56e0\u524d\u592e\u89c6\u4e3b\u6301\u4eba\u5d14\u6c38\u5143\u7206\u6599\uff0c\u5916\u754c\u624d\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u8d75\u53d1\u7426\u5343\u4ebf\u77ff\u6743\u5408\u7ea6\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u4e8c\u5ba1\u5377\u5b97\u79bb\u5947\u6d88\u5931\uff0c\u800c\u738b\u6797\u6e05\u81ea\u79f0\u627f\u53d7\u6765\u81ea\u4e0a\u7ea7\u9886\u5bfc\u7684\u5e9e\u5927\u538b\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5f53\u65f6\u5d14\u6c38\u5143\u76f4\u6307\u6700\u9ad8\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u9662\u957f\u5468\u5f3a\u662f\u5e55\u540e\u9ed1\u624b\uff0c\u201c\u8fde\u8001\u9f20\u90fd\u8fdb\u4e0d\u53bb\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\uff0c\u5ba1\u7406\u5377\u5b97\u53ef\u4ee5\u8bf4\u4e22\u5c31\u4e22\u201d\uff0c\u9662\u5185\u76d1\u63a7\u5f55\u50cf\u4e5f\u4f1a\u78b0\u5de7\u201c\u5931\u7075\u201d\u9ed1\u5c4f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u7b2c\u4e00\u65f6\u95f4\u66fe\u5426\u8ba4\u4e8c\u5ba1\u5377\u5b97\u6d88\u5931\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u8206\u8bba\u6cb8\u817e\u540e\uff0c2019\u5e74\u521d\u4e2d\u5171\u4e2d\u592e\u653f\u6cd5\u59d4\u4ecb\u5165\uff0c\u6210\u7acb\u591a\u90e8\u95e8\u53c2\u4e0e\u7684\u8c03\u67e5\u5c0f\u7ec4\u540e\uff0c\u738b\u6797\u6e05\u906d\u5e26\u8d70\u3001\u6210\u4e3a\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u4e0a\u592e\u89c6\u7535\u89c6\u8ba4\u7f6a\u7684\u72af\u7f6a\u4eba\uff0c\u8d75\u53d1\u7426\u4e5f\u5377\u5165\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u6839\u636e\u300a\u8d22\u65b0\u300b\u62a5\u9053\uff0c\u738b\u6797\u6e05\u4e0e\u5f53\u65f6\u5ba1\u5224\u5ead\u957f\u7a0b\u65b0\u6587\u7684\u4e00\u6bb5\u5f55\u97f3\u5bf9\u8bdd\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u738b\u6797\u6e05\u5728\u88ab\u8981\u6c42\u8865\u5377\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c\u4e22\u5931\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u5377\u5b97\u53c8\u795e\u5947\u5730\u56de\u6765\uff0c\u53ea\u662f\u6ca1\u4e86\u5173\u952e\u7684\u9886\u5bfc\u6279\u793a\u3001\u7eaa\u8981\u7b49\u5185\u5bb9\uff1b\u300a\u8d22\u65b0\u300b\u5f53\u65f6\u62a5\u5bfc\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u738b\u6797\u6e05\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5377\u5b97\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u91cd\u8981\u5185\u5bb9\u88ab\u4eba\u5077\u8d70\u4e86\uff0c\u7a0b\u65b0\u6587\u8fd8\u53cd\u95ee\u738b\u6797\u6e05\u201c\u662f\u4e0d\u662f\u6000\u7591\u662f\u4ed6\u5077\u7684\uff1f<\/p
