不大不小的雨下了一整天，感覺又回到了冬季，感覺春天還離我們很遠，也許春天已經錯過了我們。
我們急切需要晴朗的天氣和不斷增加的溫度。
向市民推行十元十斤的蔬菜包消息，沒有任何人提及，好像只有我一個人有所耳聞。莫非又是謠傳？我覺得這是可以惠及百姓的好事，哪怕是謠傳或者有心人通過謠傳的方式提出的建議。當然這涉及很大的一筆政府財政開支，而且將那麼多的物資分送到幾百萬個家庭並非易事，但這不也正是我們的政府最拿手的事情嗎。短時期的統購統籌統銷而已。
個人的見識終究有限，面對各種消息總是滿懷疑慮。
從網上得知，近期韓國也遭受冠狀病毒的重創，該國大邱這個地方患者激增，面臨與我們同樣的難題，缺少床位及醫療設施和醫生。通過視頻我們看到首爾市政長官向大邱喊話，請把患者送過來。毫無疑問，這才是真正的一攬子救援方式。其實當初我們面臨同樣的困境時，我也這樣想過，我也相信有很多武漢人這樣想過。我覺得將部分重危病人轉移到醫療條件好能力強的其他城市，對我們來說其實並不難，還非常符合國情。我相信那些專家權威、那些有影響力的網紅不會不知道這一點，但是，沒有但是.......，難道是我的想法不近人情?一段來自異國的視頻讓我感慨不已。
中午時，一幫人無事，閑聊起國際關系，說到美國如何趁這次災禍向我們下刀子，如何不給我們援助，派專家來也是想刺探我們在治療及病毒研究方面的情報，又說到美國在國際上如何霸道無理，還說到病毒與美國及軍運會的關系等等。大家的信息來自各個方面，依據則主要取自於環球時報，可見環球的影響力多麼大，與我們社區工作者的關系多麼密切而不是曖昧。
下午，中百超市的團購商品到達小區，社區負責維護小區內的秩序，組織安排各個樓棟的居民按順序到廣場領取。由於訂購的量非常大，足夠社區人員忙一個下午。目前居民購物買菜大多采取這種方式，但很多老年人因不會用手機，沒辦法團購而叫苦不迭。當然各個社區情況並不一樣，方法也不一致。我因為負責與來居民小區消毒的單位對接而沒有參加。
中午就接到街道通知，說是政府部門要派專業人員到各個居民小區消毒，讓社區派人到小區大門口與前來消毒的單位對接，確保消毒工作落實。因為催的急，吃罷午飯就急吼吼地穿上雨衣趕到距離居委會辦公地尚有一大段距離的小區門口等待消毒單位的到來，結果這一等就等到下午五時許。老天一直下著雨，風冷颼颼地，感覺那些把守小區的人還真是不容易。約五點二十分的時候，終於看到消毒的車輛駛來，車上首先下來一個環衛的人，一個五十來歳的婦女，見我揚手便徑直穿過馬路，跨過隔離欄，嘴裏嘟囔著：老子到底是圖了個什麼。其實具體承擔消毒任務的是一個名叫藍天消殺的義務服務組織，都是一些非常好的年輕人，志願者。

It was raining all day, and it felt like winter again. It feels like spring
is still far from us, maybe because we have already missed the spring.
We desperately need sunny weather and increasing temperatures.
I am the only one who seems to have heard of the news of the
introduction of 10 yuan for 10 pounds of vegetable packets to the public.
Providing a wide range of services to the public is a good thing that can
benefit the people, even if it is just a suggestion. But, of course, it involves
a lot of government spending. It's not easy to distribute that much food
to millions of families, but isn't that what our government is best at? It's
just a short period of cooperative purchasing and distribution for the
government in the pandemic period.
My knowledge is limited, and I am always skeptical in the face of all
kinds of news.
We know that Korea has recently been hit hard by the Covid-19
virus from videos on the Internet. Daegu, a place with a surge of patients,
faces the same problem: a lack of beds, medical facilities, and doctors in
hospitals. Through the video, we saw the mayor of Seoul shouting to
Daegu to send their patients here. There is no doubt that this is a practical
rescue package. When we were faced with the same dilemma, I thought
the same thing. I believe many people in Wuhan thought the same thing.
It is not difficult for us to transfer some critically ill patients to other cities
with good medical facilities and capabilities. But why do they not do it? I
believe that those experts and authorities, those influential netizens, will
not be unaware of this. I'm not sure if I'm thinking in the right way.
