2016年5月9日，我们母女俩遭到了钱财丢失、无处居住的困境。我们找到了难民服务机构JRS，打算通过他们解决困难。殊不知，遇到一个中文翻译拦路，态度恶劣地说你们不符合救助条件。张淑凤说：“JRS是一个救助机构，有困难要找你们”。该女翻译员傲慢地说：“我们JRS想救助谁就救助谁”。张淑凤要求面见JRS的领导陈情，而这位后来打听到名叫Gary的女翻译员竟然大言不惭地说：“我就是领导。”我说：“怎么才算是够条件，我们现在身无分文、流落街头，这还不够条件吗？”我女儿说：“你们能给难民解决什么呢？大事小事都解决不了，你们JRS就是一个虚设机构。”女翻译不言语。这件事一直没有结果。
而且当时我们往联合国UNHCR投诉、博讯网等多家媒体都给报道过。
我们现在生活极度困难，我们欠房东2个月的房租，我们在被逼无奈的情况下，又一次来到JRS。2017年1月23日，我们等了一天，这个自称是领导、也是女翻译的Gary说：“我2点有个会议，需要你等，”我说：“可以，”我们等到4点多，JRS值班的工作人说：“你们先走吧，明天再来。”第二天我们又来了，一位叫K的工作人员接待的我们，我把我现在的情况告诉她了，K说：“我也做不了主，要向领导汇报，”我说：“你们JRS在困难到什么情况下才能救助？”K不言语。
中午时，这个自称是领导、也是女翻译的Gary说：“必须在跟我谈，”我说：“K说跟我谈完了，”Gary说：“必须跟我谈，跟K谈的没有用，”就因为我们曾经投诉过Gary ，所以她现在打击报复，对我们更加变本加厉，而且这个自称是领导、是女翻译的Gary威胁我们说：“我要往联合国UNHCR写信，让你们拿不到正式难民身份。”我女儿把房东电话写在一张纸上，我亲自递到Gary手里。我们就走了。
我们母女遭到中国政府的严重迫害，逃到泰国还要遭到JRS这个自称是领导、是女翻译Gary的迫害，使我们身心受伤，我们现在生活极度困难，我们欠房东2个月的房租，我们母女所有的钱财丢失、签证过期，属于非法滞留，泰国没有签署联合国难民公约，泰国不承认难民法。我们母女无法正常的工作，我们生活在泰国曼谷最简易的房子，现在的生活非常的艰难困苦，我们有苦没有地方说。
我很气愤，这位貌似来自中国大陆的年轻女领导Gary，不但不顾及同胞之情而且傲慢无礼，故意为申请救助的难民设置重重障碍。让我在泰国的JRS看到了中国政府的官僚式作风，就因为我曾经投诉过她，她就打击报复、更加变本加厉的迫害我们“要往联合国UNHCR写信，让你们拿不到正式难民身份”，向Gary这种人太卑鄙、龌龊了，让我看到作为一个JRS的领导的内心险恶，Gary不配做JRS的领导，她就是JRS的害群之马，我们谴责JRS的Gary傲慢无礼、见死不救、没有人性，我们强烈要求向Gary这种人就应该清除出JRS。
请联合国UNHCR官员考虑我们现在的紧急情况，给予关怀，让我们母女俩早日摆脱困境；我希望联合国UNHCR官员能客观公正的解决此事，还我一个公道。

We are now extremely difficult life, we owe the landlord 2 months rent, we in the case of be compelled helpless, once again came to JRS. On January 23, 2017, we’ve been waiting for a day, the self-proclaimed leader, is also the female translator Gary said: “I have a meeting at 2 o ‘clock, need you,” I said, “yes,” we wait for more than 4 points, JRS work on duty person say: “you should go first and come back tomorrow.” We came again the next day, a man named K staff receive us, I told her my situation now, K, said: “I also can’t do the Lord, and to report to the leadership,” I said: “what you JRS in difficult cases to help?” K no words.
At noon, the self-proclaimed leader, is the interpreter of Gary said: “have to talk to me,” I said, “said K finished talk to me,” said Gary: “must talk to me, talk to K is useless,” just because we have been complaints about Gary, so now she retaliation, is for us, and the claim to be leaders, the interpreter is Gary threat we said: “I want to write to the UNHCR, let you can’t get formal refugee status.” My daughter write on a piece of paper, the landlord call me personally to Gary hands. We had severe persecution by the Chinese government, to flee to Thailand and by JRS the self-proclaimed leader, is a female translation Gary persecution, to our physical and mental injury, we now live extremely difficult, and we owe the landlord 2 months rent, we had lost all the money, visa expired, belong to the illegal detention, not signed the UN convention on refugees in Thailand, Thailand does not recognise refugee law. Our mother and daughter can’t work normally, we are living in Bangkok, Thailand, the most simple house, now life is very hard, we have no place said.
I am very angry, and apparently lead Gary, a young woman from mainland China, not only regardless of our compatriots and arrogant, deliberately set obstacles for applying to rescue refugees. Let me see the Chinese government in Thailand JRS and bureaucratic style of work, because I once complained about her, she will retaliate against persecution, is our “to write to the UNHCR, let you can’t get formal refugee status”, to Gary this kind of person is too dirty, dirty, let me see as a JRS heart sinister, the leadership of Gary unworthy JRS’s leadership, she is the black sheep of the JRS, we condemn the JRS Gary insolent, desert, no human nature, we urge to Gary this kind of person should be cleared out of the JRS.
