TUESDAY, FEB. 25, 2020
Today the temperature is stable at 25 degrees Celsius. As a result,
many people took off their cotton coats.
It’s no exaggeration to say that today, community service center
workers are dismissed on time for the first time, which is an essential turn
of situation. But every person, group, and organization have their
perspective and criteria for judging things.
In the past two days, WeChat and QQ groups, including cell phone
text messages, have been full of information about the government’s
efforts to solve the difficulty of buying drugs for patients with severe and
chronic diseases. Subsequently, the city has added 50 new designated
retail pharmacies for the purchase of medicines.
Some residents called to urge the community service centers to help
buy medicine early in the morning. But the center is short of the
workforce… too busy. Although the government has placed many of its
personnel into the community center, they are only responsible for
guarding the door. After all, to guard the door is the most important thing.
Some people in the community center do not like these cadres from the
City Hall. The cadets from the city hall also dislike the cadres in the
community. Maybe the cadets from the city hall do not understand what
these community service center workers are going through.
Today, some government officials went to the community center
for inspection. It is said that they have, in some communities, engaged in
phishing-style questions with community workers, such as this
community service center is very close to the supermarket. It is very
convenient for shopping, after all, the family members also need to be
taken care of first. In short, they think you would use the working time
for shopping. They are also very suspicious. Of course, this does not
mean that community center workers in front of them are not respectful
unless you do not want to keep your job.
When a person is in danger, they will be like a cat with four paws on
the ground, eyes wide open, ears up, catching all the information around.
At least that’s how I am now. A colleague issued a community certificate
at noon, ready to drive to the supermarket to pick up, and asked who
would help. I immediately dropped what I was doing and said, “I’ll go, I’ll
go! Of course, I wanted to take the opportunity to buy some items for
my family. Nowadays, most supermarkets only make group purchases
with the community. The supermarket we went to allowed us to go in
and pick up our goods for ourselves if we had a community certificate.
The total cost was over 400 yuan.
It may be hard to imagine a few small community center security
guards earning only 1,000 yuan or 2,000 yuan a month; They would get
together to discuss how to resolve the various conflicts and problems
existing in the pandemic prevention operation. Still, it’s true, and they
found the ultimate solution. However, their final solution was to resort
to violence on those who disobey, grab or beat them up. Perhaps you
think they are childish or ridiculous, but they have a theoretical basis, and
it is this theoretical basis that we must face up to. That basis is a saying:
The minority obeys the majority. Many people and cultures have
understood that the so-called subordination of the minority to the
majority can only lead to the majority subordinating the minority and all
are subordinating a few or even one person. Only when the rights and
interests of every person, every specific living person, are protected can
the rights and interests of the so-called majority be safeguarded. There is
no such thing as a majority. Each of us can only be in a minority position.
Almost without exception, those who have shouted for the majority to
be obeyed by the minority throughout history, have turned themselves
into a miserable minority. When you kill off the minority to protect the
majority, a minority will emerge from the remaining majority, and so on.
However, theories are only theories, and strictly speaking, theories of
cultural people are only theories, at least in our case. The theoretical ideals
