 2）我们如何才能对中共《国家安全法》（National Security Law）进行反击，该法律甚至在美国社会蒙上了自我审查的阴影？ 我们如何才能阻止更多像黄之锋的人被捕？ 最近，有十二名香港年轻人在公海上试图逃离到台湾在海上被捕，拘押在中国。我们是否应该启动一个新的黄雀行动来帮助那些拼命逃离的人们？ 美国和国际社会如何对香港施加更大压力？

 

 3）美国何时与台湾建立正式外交关系？ 台湾如何加入联合国？ 增进台湾关系下一步该怎么做？捷克議長剛剛帶領一個隆重代表團訪問台灣，美國是否可以跟進？

 

 4）我们能否将中国的人权记录与贸易联系起来？這完全可以通過「中国人权自由法案」来立法实施。是否应该把摧毁GFW作为贸易谈判的先决条件？ 我们如何防止跨国公司成为北京的帮凶走卒？

 

 

Questions we asked with Congressman Smith, same we want to ask the U.S. Congress and Government.

I hope both presidential candidates can answer these questions.

 

1) Should U.S. set democratization Of China as its ultimate goal for China policy? How could the U.S. support the democratization of China? Why hasn’t U.S. broken the firewall or make breaking the GFW as am important target? Can you introduce a Chinese Human Rights and Freedom Act, after similar acts have been passed for Hong Kong, Tibet, Uighur to the great effects. It is natural to extend to China.

 

2) How can we fight back against the National Security Law which is casting a shadow of self censorship even in the United States? How can we prevent more people like Joshua Wong from being arrested? Recently, a dozen young people were attested at the open sea trying to escape to Taiwan, should we start a new YellowBird Operation to help these people who are trying desperately to flee? How can U.S and the international community more pressure on Hong Kong?

 

3) When will the United States establish formal diplomatic relationships with Taiwan? How could Taiwan join the UN? What can be done next to elevate Taiwan relationships? Czech parliament is visiting Taiwan with a huge delegation, should U.S. follow up, after the visit of Health Secretary Azar?

 

4) Can we relink China’s human rights record with trade? A human rights and freedom act for China will do it. Should GFW be removed as a precondition for trade talks? How can we prevent multi nationals from being the pawns of Beijing?
