天氣晴朗。溫度達到攝氏十八度。一些年輕人已經脫掉了棉衣。往年的這個時候人們已經開始計劃出去旅遊或到郊外踏青。

看上去管控有所松動，但多數人還是認為三月份不可能解除封閉。而有些人好像已經習慣了這種被封禁的生活，他們覺得五月份前解除封閉的可能性不大。小區依然空寂，雖然行人比以往增多，但還是顯得身孤影只，如零星的草芥。

返漢複工人員不斷增加，他們通過手機向所在社區申請，索要電子版的許可證明。

一些醫院開始恢複專科門診，但程序頗為複雜，需要各種非發熱、未被感染等健康證明。同樣，就診病人還是要經社區許可，還須有社區人員陪同。

這些都向人們顯示，風險依然存在，雖然風險從來都存在，自從有人類以來就存在。其實很多人都明白，控制疫情仍然是目前的頭等大事，沒有哪一個官員會冒著被追責的危險去過多地考慮其他的事情。我們常常說，觀念很重要，但對多數人來說維護眼前的利益才是最重要的，這就是人性。當然為了眼前而犧牲未來，為了自己的利益犧牲他人的利益，這同樣也是一種觀念。人的行動從來都不可能超越觀念。

如此說來，秉持什麼樣的觀念才是最大風險。生活中我們經常看見有些人不習慣講道理，那是因為他們心中有一個不講道理的觀念在作祟。

我們向來輕視邏輯，因為我們更加注重現實，注重當下的利益。這也給我們帶來一個好處，就是特別有人情味，只是這人情向來不會與外人更不會與不能給自己帶來好處的人同享。這種人情味道太濃的社會，於科學，於規則，於律法往往不太講究，缺乏尊重。這幾年有句話特別流行，即所謂，存在就是合理的。我們為什麼老是對這種半吊子話感興趣並將其奉為經典呢。思考，尤其獨立的思考是個好東西，可惜我們沒有。孔子說，形而上學謂之道，同時又說，未知生焉知死，於六合之外存而不論，這實在是拒絕思考的典範。我們向來缺乏思辨的能力，於哲學於宗教於信仰無不顢頇糊塗。科學於我們這裏永遠都是小道只是個器，我們向往崇尚的是逐鹿中原，江山永固，所有一切包括科學都要為這一主題服務。

有一則消息很有意思，標題是《美國的病死率為啥高?鐘南山說出真相》，一看正文才知道，原來鐘先生只是猜測。猜測出來的真相，這是啥邏輯。

最近與武漢臨近的孝感市也不知怎麼了，又被披露某小區小孩子被餓死家中的悲慘事件，但願這不是真的只是謠傳。

社區的人還是在搬運蔬菜、糧食等等，這當然是無窮無盡的。現在的社區還真有點人民公社的味道，只是這公社只管消費不管生產。

grass.
The number of returning workers is increasing. They are applying
to their community centers via cell phone to request electronic proof of
permission.
Some hospitals are starting to reinstate specialty clinics, but the
procedures are complicated and require various health certificates such as
non-febrile and non-infected. Similarly, patients still need to be seen with
community center permission and accompanied by its staff members.
All of this shows people the threat, although the threat has existed
since the beginning of humankind. Many people understand that
controlling the pandemic is still the top priority. No official would risk
being held accountable for overthinking other things. We often say that
concepts are important, but it is human nature to protect immediate
interests. Human action is never beyond this concept.
In this way, the biggest risk is what kind of concept to hold. We
often see people who are not used to reasoning in life because they have
unreasonable ideas in their minds.
We have always despised logic because we are more realistic and
focused on the interests of the moment. That also gives us the advantage
of having a uniquely human touch. Still, this human touch is never shared

with outsiders and even less with those who cannot bring benefits to
themselves. This kind of society is linked by personal relationships, which
pay less attention to science, rules, and laws. There is a particularly
popular saying these days that goes: "Existence is justified. " Why are we
always interested in this half-baked speaking and hold it as a classic?
Thinking, especially independent thinking, is a good thing, but
unfortunately, we don't do it. Confucius said, "The Way is the way of
learning in the metaphysical sense. " At the same time, he said, "How can
we know death without knowing life? We cannot always think, and we
are always confused about philosophy, religion, and faith. Science has
always been a small path for us, but only a tool. We aspire to fight for the
Central Plains and the eternal stability of the kingdom, and everything,
including science, has to serve this theme.
Today, I read a very interesting new article: "Why is the disease and
death rate in the United States high? Zhong Nanshan told the truth."
Once looking at the article itself, you will find that Mr. Zhong only
guessed. What is the logic of guessing the truth?
The city of Xiaogan, which is close to Wuhan, has recently been
revealed to have had a tragic incident in which a small child was starved
to death in his home. I hope this is not true and was just a rumor.
The community center is still moving vegetables, other food, and so
on, which of course, is endless. Nowadays, the community smells like a
people's commune, but this commune only cares about consumption, not
production.
